Subway @ 5091 Sheppard Ave. East

I wish i could give 0 star. Customer service is really bad, behaviour was rude when I asked for some extras. Its not just one time, they were rude before in couple of my past experiences too.

Not sure if Subway is going bankrupt or the business as a whole isn’t doing so well well but let me tell you the amount of free subs I have gotten from them from various locations throughout Scarborough at least… I ordered from this location at 8: 30pm today; September 14,2023 and got a full refund because…. I ordered a white chocolate cookie, Doritos, Sweet Chicken Teriyaki 6 inch with double meat, spinach, banana peppers, Jalapeño peppers, black and green olives, monetary Jack cheese, sweet onion sauce, buffalo sauce pickles and EXTRA PICKLES. It was ordered to be toasted and was orders through Skip The Dishes. My package was also not closed properly. This is what I got.
Also, it wasn’t toasted and was super cold, chicken was super dry as well.

The BBQ Rotisserie chicken sandwich is my choice at Subway. I love this sandwich, I added Sriracha cream sauce " it's spicy" and Mayo which take the sandwich to the next level of taste. Customer service is friendly they are opening until 10 pm every day except Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they are open until 11 pm.

The lady who is closing on 4 august has zero customer service skill.she does not know how to deal with with customer.

The person that was making my sandwich took a knife and scrapped the knife between a gap in the counters to clean the crumbs etc.between them. The person then proceeded to cut my bread with the same knife. I watched the incident and questioned what they were doing. The person apologized to me and offered to make me another sandwich with a different knife. I said "no thanks". I won't be going to Subway again. Very unsanitary is a understatement.

We asked for a foot long with a veggie patty and we didn’t wanted patty in one half of the subway, the owner of the restaurant told that we can do that you have buy two separate subs that way they can earn more money, instead of charging of one footling with any higher price, would never rate this place to go again.

We reached the store around 9: 15 pm on Tuesday March 28 - The gril who served us was impolite and handled everything with negligence.we had plans to dine in but decided to take out because of her atitude.

Probably won’t go back to this store location a afterall why should we when we have other subways with great customer service!

Poor customer service with negative attitude!

They didn’t give me any fresh peppers when I said I want all vegetables, just because I went to get drink and not watching, they cheated on me! And only 4 types of vegetables in it, mostly chopped lettuce. This is not the right way to do business!

Don't get their sidekicks, overpriced and bread was stale. This is what you get for $5!

Very bad customer service, they don’t even know how to talk with customers.

Apparently you can’t use the washroom only if you buy something. I don’t even know what to say. January 18 2023.11: 20am, rude employee.

Came in for a DoorDash pick up that was for 12, I asked the lady for the order and she said 10-15 mins when the order was a 6-inch that didn’t have much in it, ended up taking way over 20 mins, have more than one person working.

Restaurant although part of the subway franchise doesn’t support coupons. Maybe just call it sub place.

10 minutes before I visited the store this is my first time I’m trying subway. The staff is very good the younger girl is very polite and help me to choose all the stuff and she makes very delicious subways both veg and non - veg. She’s very kind. I don’t know her name but she’s very helpful and talk to me like friend. Thank you very much.
