Came in to pick up some sandwiches for lunch, and the girl at front was extremely rude and had an attitude problem.my brother ordered two sandwiches, and it was fine, and when my sandwich was made incorrectly (the girl who took my order misheard). And when i asked if the meatball sub was a suprimo, it didn’t feel like she understood/heard me because at this point i’m raising my voice at her.and when my brother spoke up for me, and asked the girl checking him out if the meatballs were the suprino, she began showing him attitude to the point where another customer in the restaurant spoke up and told him not to pay for it.the lady didn’t offer an apology, but the one that served me did.though it was not her fault that she misheard, but the main issue is that staff should not be rude and show attitude to customers when the mistake came from their end.extremely disappointing and disrespectful.the subway at allen & sheppard is so much nicer.

Owners standing in the back chatting and EATING IN THE KITCHEN (HEALTH CODE VIOLATION) and not helping staff at all during a busy rush, multiple people waiting while they just eat food and laugh.

Had a good experience, listened to my requests, answered my questions, respected what I wanted.

Deliver the wrong order and when called to complain, they asked me to come pick ụp myself and said they will give me free as a complement, I went to pick up the right order myself… i paid for delivery charge and tips for nothing and they di not even give me another one as a complimentary …

Bad customer service. Didn't even answer my question. Instead, they were speaking among themselves

I ordered 2 subs and asked for 2 drinks, which I even had to wait 20 minutes for. The girl at the counter says the cups are downstairs and she can't go and get more. I literally had to leave with no drinks. Terrible customer service. Never coming back here.

Both employees were very slow and were whispering between eachother with no attention to the customers.

I believe the freshness of the food varies throughout the day, but in my opinion, the food is better when it opens rather than the afternoon. Something doesn’t feel right usually seeing the food displayed from morning till closing. Just make sure to check an eye out for both the food and the utensils being used for the food as cross-contamination is a thing nowadays.

The guy was eating at the back of kitchen, when I came in, he still has food in his mouth, and ask me what do I want. This guy is so slow that the whole process took him 12 mins (I counted). And his face was really bad, like someone owns him. Such bad experience!

Great place despite its a bit small, yet it has an eating place. Only disadvantage, it leaves your hair clothes with a smell. I do think that the air vent needs to be cleaned. Nonetheless, staff and manager is excellent

This was my second visit. I think they may have new owners not sure but I didn't like how my sandwich was prepared and they should be wearing hair nets and clean their knives after each use. Alot of people have allergies.you know cross contamination.just saying. I think I'll stick to my usual location.

I was waiting to order in line with this other couple, the only guy working there was having a conversation with a customer that seemed to be his friend instead of taking our orders. I left after noticing and the couple left too.

I shouldn't even rate this at all. I placed my order and I was shocked to the food was not up to standards, unless you wanted browning vegetables and old looking meat. The store was dirty, gross, and their personal hygiene was disgusting. Like I said, I walked in and I walked out and it couldn't be fast enough. I don't recommend this store at all. Your family and yourself will end up getting really really sick. And I never lie, I just tell it like it is

If you get anything with Avocado, make sure they include it. Every time I order a wrap, they don't put it in. Every time.

This store is always understaffed. Always 1 person working and lineups. Stop doing a disservice to your customers and staff and stop being cheap with labour!

Very disrespectful indian guy at the Keele & Sheppard location. I am DoorDash driver and he is not responding well to drives as we are chipe drivers! JAY is his name i came around 6: 30Pm in afternoon to take the order and not getting orders on time I asked how much time he was like it will take 25-30 min to make on subway that’s not good behaviour to customers and with the drives

Costumer service is great, the restaurant is clean and staff are very friendly. I usually get lunches or dinners from here. They're great at making platters for any occasion, I usually get them for bdays, very convenient and cheap

Pathetic subway, if your next door do yourself a favour and drive as far as you can away go to any subway even if you have to commute 10km away. I got 1 oz of steak max go take a look at the picture on the page of this subway.embarrassment,

Come here once in a while for lunch, ingredients are usually fresh and if they're not they will change them. Never had any issues only positive experiences

Service was quick but food wasn't as flavourful as other subways. Staff here tend to put very little toppings unless asked to add more.

This location has wonderful staff. They always make sure to make sandwiches with care and an abundance of toppings. Absolutely one of my favourite locations.

Very disrespectful indian guy at the Keele & Sheppard location over charged me for a footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich which came to $10.25, he charged me $15+ and when I asked him why it came to so much he said because I got different topping on each side, I told him he can't charge me for having tomatoes on one side and not the other and he gave me the middle finger. My 2 children were there a 12 yr old boy and my 5 yr old daughter. Never again I will go back there, as a matter of fact I will never go back to any subway sandwich restaurant.

Fairly decent location. Parking can prove to be an issue. The interior is clean and nice to look at, and emits a nice welcoming atmosphere, albeit somewhat cramped.

The staff seem to be hit or miss; you can get someone who looks happy to serve you or you can get someone who doesn't appear so enthusiastic. The food itself is decent and again can be hit or miss; the amount of toppings (such as lettuce or sauces) can greatly vary depending on who you get.

Strangely, and it seems to be different for many Subway restaurants, this store does not give you a receipt with a free 6 inch sub to redeem, which some stores do.
