The young woman that usually works during the day is my favourite ️ she makes my sandy perfect. And I'm picky it has to be a certain way with my OCD

May 2,8: 30 am. I was glad I ordered the breakfast sandwich. I almost walked out at the side of the meat counter that was filthy from the day before. I actually asked the staff to come see the meat counter from my perspective on the client side. I did not understand his explanation. Secondly, the restaurant was empty and I can only find 1 table out out of about 8 that were not dirty. There was definitely noone that cleaned the restaurant from the day before. Totally unacceptable.

The staff is very friendly and the food seems to be fresh. The only points I'm taking off is due to the lack of Wi-Fi as it does not work and it has not worked for a long time. I don't know why they still have a Wi-Fi router if every time I connect to it it says an error.

This location is not recommended because the staff are unprofessional, rude and they make fun of certain people in their language. I happened to speak their language. What do you speak from the people who make fun of you. They must be retrained, about the customer service, food handling and respect. Thank you

Best sub ever! Oh yes, they do carry veggie patties and so if you are looking for one, this store got you. Staff was amazing, they literally made the sub like home! Service was outstanding and had various sauces as well.

I go there to get my lunch at least once a week and let me tell you this, their veggies are dry and moulded! And when I informed the workers about it they pretended that it’s normal. Be careful when you get your subway from there, don’t recommend this subway.

Was very busy and it was a long wait. Good sandwich though and still managed to find a table to sit at. Bathrooms were not very clean though.

Wasn’t very busy when I went into the store. But the place was clean and staff were nice and spoke clearly. I got the steak toasted and it was delicious! Bread was nice and fresh and veggies were fresh! I will return to this location!

I love their food.its really good, it was empty cause of covid and all but that didn't bother me.they took nice precautions as well wi try social distancing everyone.will come again.

We booked to visit here when we stayed in Newcastle after reading the reviews, we were not disappointed in the slightest. Early Bird menu is fantastic! Such good value for money, really tasty and well presented food. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and service was quick!

Good sandwiches but staff needs to stay on top of it and be aware. I ordered 5 and got back to my hotel with 4. I called to find out why and they said it was still waiting for me. I picked it up and Nish, an employee, offered 2 chocolate chip cookies for the inconvenience.

Good food, employees always in bad humour, specially mornings. I hate going in the mornings for the way they treat me, rather go to Timmy's.

Used to love subway but their quality has really gone down in the last few years.the vegetables are no longer fresh and the meat is disgusting. Prices have also gone up

I went there today and the employees were very friendly and the service was great. I just got a bit upset when I saw this customer in front of me giving the employees a really hard time. Other than that, everything else was great!

I come here often, and the staff are usually very welcoming. Subs here are among the best. Bread is usually very moist compared to other locations.

Nice staff, good service. Been years since I was in one. This one has a nice clean smell. I love their new melted chicken bun, however I change up the sause for hot chipotle sauce. Yummy!

Ive been to a lot of Subways my entire life but this by far is the cheapest/stingy store I've ever been too. I saw a customer in front of me order a sub asking for extra olives and didn't think anything of it until i saw the owner/manager talk to the employee which was new to put on half the ingredients which in my opinion was the basic amount. I ended up with 4-6 sliced olives on my sandwich after asking for more.all other ingredients were the same. I always ask my footlong sandwiches to wrapped individually and thought I might actually get charged for 2 6 inch subs. If they are this cheap I asked myself what other corners are they cutting (spoiled food) I would totally avoid this place.

Went here for lunch. Got 5 pieces of spinach, asked for more 3 times, each time they put 1 leaf each time, for a total of 8 leaves. I asked the employee if he would get in trouble for putting more than one more at a time, he said yes. I used to manage a subway, and we are taught to put a 6 inch portion on a footlong, when they ask for more. Also got very low amounts of other vegetables, but didnt bother haggling for the proper amounts. Never going back here, nor is my crew of workers
