Called the night before placing a 13 sub order ($200) to ensure that it could be done. The worker said yes. I ordered just after 9: 30 in the morning and upon my order pickup time (12pm), was texted that my order has been cancelled. The pick-up person was even at the location to get it. Called the location and the employee didn't really care, and said that they can't do orders like that, and that they "never got it". Interesting when I got an order confirmation. There shouldn't be an option online to place that large of an order if it couldn't be fufilled. Unprofessional and rude service.

Everyone except Abby shouldnt be making subs. Make sure Abby makes ur sub. Otherwise youre getting out of there late and with a mangled sub.

Food quality is good and fresh however only 2 stars since the lady behind the counter was rude and trying to rush us even though there was only one other person waiting to order, did not even answer the question we had about the cheese properly.

Similar to the balloon in this photo, this restaurant was very underwhelming. Our dinning experience started with being asked which type of bread we wished to eat. They happened to be out of our first and second choices only to be told they only have multi grain, cool why offer a choice if you don't have it, then we had to repeat each of our 5 subs no less than 10 times, all while again being asked what type of bread we wanted. Kids reluctantly agreed to eat this while continuing to have to retell then what sub they were building. Then while putting my Club together asked if that included bacon.
The tables were a mess and we hurried to leave following our disappointing meal. Safe to say our family will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The manager, Dhaval, was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. His customer service makes me want to give up subway for life and take my business to Mr. Sub. I feel bad for his employees as they have a terrible boss. I wish I could give zero stars. Dhaval if you ever read this your the reason I stopped eating 12 inch subs…

So I thought I would get a sub so I downloaded the app loaded the app and ordered a sub for me and my girlfriend girlfriend after paying online I realized $32 with taxes was way too much for 2 subs. Check my receipt and I paid for 3 subs the 3rd I did not order I had to call the store to have them cancel it then they said I can reorder so I waited a few minutes hoping the money would return to my card to my card and it didn't I was informed it takes up to 5 business days to get my money back it's super annoying annoying they take your money in 30 seconds but there's always awaits to be reimbursed I used to work at a Subway no where near organized In all honesty if you want a sandwich go to a different store if you must go to Subway do not use this location or the 2 in strathroy I have to wear a mask as a customer they should be wearing a mask as employees who makes a sandwich with no mask and no gloves and then is rude when you ask them about it!

My family was looking forward to their Subway dinner, but when I placed the order on the their non-intuitive app the store called me and stated that they only have brown bread. I am unclear how Subway prides themselves on the wide selection of breads they carry, but they are not always available. Now I have to monitor my credit card for 4 days to insure that the money has been refunded. I would NOT recommend Subway.

This is a new age subway!
Everything has a new fresh look with fresh vegetables on display and all. It was late at night but Jason is a great sandwich artist and made up some delicious sandwiches with care.
Pop machine was out of carbonation but milk is better anyways.

There’s only ever one employee working who has to make online and in person orders so if there’s a line and you’re in a hurry turn around and go somewhere else

Ordered on Uber eats, pizza sub wasn't toasted and ended up in the trash. Added bacon to a cold cut sub ended up with bacon bits rather than real bacon.

I’ve seen a lot of negativity surrounding this subway but I received pretty good service. The employee making my sub very nice and got the order to the T! Great service and will definitely be coming here again!

As soon as I walked in the guy said “you’re gonna be waiting a while. ” He started counting the online orders he had to me and he said the online orders go first before any customer at the store. So I had to go to another location to get a sub. The policies are not right serving online orders before in store customers, and only having one guy working.

I do not understand why other people are giving this Subway a bad reputation. I have been here over 10 times and I have been treated with kind words and people who are happy to work there.

If you stay respectful and use your “Pleases and Thank Yous” like you learned as a child, anyone will be happy to serve you anywhere.

I've been to a couple of subways in london. But this one is by far the best one. The ingredients are so fresh, and the staff is always super kind!

Super slow service. Rude staff. Staff continuously touch and adjust their mask whilst making subs. Call to speak to manager and they don’t answer the phone.ever.

Customer service was just ok. Third time I have been to this location and they only have one type of bread. There was also very little of everything else, onions almost gone, no spinach to be had for people who don't eat lettuce. Counter was a mess! Being that it was only 5: 30 (normal supper time), having little available for toppings is unacceptable. Cucumbers were noticeably turning yellow, obviously over ripe. Will not be returning as they don't seem to care about the store and it shows!

Went there at 10: 45 pm and store was closed should of been open till 11 pm lazy buggers made me drive to another location
