Mostly i visit this place whenever i plan trip to Niagara region. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breads are freshly baked and fresh veggies.highly recommend the scott street subway to try their best subs and amazing service.

Love this Subway! They have the best staff with such great service. The food is also always so fresh along with the store being so clean and a great place to dine-in at.

I love this sub and mostly order it. I like that everything is always fresh. I like the selection of breads that you can choose from. The price is great. It is conveneient and fast. The staff are always pleasant.

But a 12" foot long sub with ham asked if I could put veggie's and sauce on the side they only offered me a cookie bag how do they figure that would last in a cookie bag this is the only location that I was not offered a soup container with the top how pathetic do they not want to spend the extra money to make their customers happy by offering them a simple Soup container spend $9 on a sandwich to get a cookie bag with veggies in it pathetic

This is the second time i got sub delivered from this store and disappointed again like hell. When it was clearly mentioned more of mayo there was just little bit of it and also the other dressings were too less. These people just serve bread with veggies in it. This is the second time where i did not get proper dressings. Worst sub i have ever had. Never ordering from this store again. Horrible experience

They just keep assuming you’re order to save time which makes the order take longer and the customer more agitated. Wait until the person slowly provides the steps to take in order to complete the purchase efficiently.

Be careful when eating here. I quit eating Subway years ago after reading articles about how they put edible plastic filler in their buns, but decided to try them again as I was pressed for time. I had the assorted on white, with lettuce, tomatoe, onions, and olives. Across eating 3/4 of the sub, I found three hard pieces of something in it, that actually hurt my teeth when I bit down. I assume they were olive pits - but it would be weird to have so many defective olives in one sub? As my teeth hurt after the last piece I decided not to risk it and simply threw the remainder of the sub in the garbage.

There are much better, higher quality sub places out there that I've eaten at regularly without finding hard chucks of stuff in them. Frankly I'd rather pay more and not have to worry about eating carefully, than to pay less for a meal.

I've noticed sometimes people write things to try to get free meals, so I'm going to make it clear that this is not my intent - I have no interest in eating at any Subway ever again. My first Subway sub after literally years, and it was meant for the garbage. It was a pretty bad experience.

Placed an order on the app. When I showed up the employees claimed the order wasn't showing up on their end. When I showed them my order confirmation AND my banking statement to show I had been charged, they said there was nothing they could do and would not give me my food.

They did call later when the order came through and apologized for the mix-up.

Me and my family just ordered 3 subs from this location using your Subway app: I wanted 1 footlong tuna sub, toasted with Swiss cheese and red onions.

Instead I get a NON toasted tuna sub with NO onions, but instead lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and green peppers I never asked for (I hate green peppers, and I hate untoasted, soggy sandwiches). The other two were messed up in similar ways.

I guess your app is not correctly communicating to you, the location, what the customer actually wants.

Not a fun experience. For me to retract this review, I want the money back. I know it's not the fault of the workers.

Your app is malfunctioning.

Worst experience ever, subs wrong, argued with me. Had to drive all the way back across town to get subs replaced. Will never go to this store again, girls were very rude, put onions on my sub and I'm allergic to onions, wrong cheese and wouldn't replace subs

Only been to this location a few times, always made a great sub, however, last night we went in and probably had the best subs ever made at Subway. It's not rocket appliances, but Preet did an A+ job. Exceptional customer service and a hello how are ya as soon as we walked in. She even let me have my wife's portion of cheese on my sub since the wife didn't want any on hers. Most places just wouldn't even ask that, but we are paying for it after all, so thank you:) Our subs were delicious and we will obviously come back again.

I love steak subs so much, I sometimes eat them for breakfast:) I usually order through skip the dishes, and I know it's not just this location, but, I always have to call to modify my order because they don't have green olives listed as a topping, or Miss Vickie's chips, or chocolate milk, and there is no longer a special instructions section to add these items. I think if it's offered in the store, it should be offered on skip as well. Otherwise good.

This Subway has exceptional staff who are always polite and friendly and the food is ALWAYS fresh! I have been to many subways over the years but this one is my favourite.

The staff here are not happy and do not care. They seem to get mad when you ask for extra veggies. Or sauce to be on the bottom for the pizza sub. I hate going to this location.

The store is bright and either fairly new or recently renovated. It seems like a newer example of what the brand would like the stores to look like. Still the same old food that you'd expect.

Sandwich was amazing and the service was much faster than I predicted, my only complaint is that a good amount of pepper was added to my sub, even though I did not mention pepper at all.

Amazing customer service, every time we come here everyone is super helpful. A few of the girls recognize us, which is a great feeling. Bread and veggies are always fresh. I'm a huge fan of the 6 inch veggie on 9-grain honey oat bread. Washrooms and eating area are very clean.

Brought my kids here for a meatball sub. Meatballs were cold. They remade the sub but the meatballs were still cold. They didnt even put the whole bin of meatballs back in the microwave. Just left it in the hotwell. The staff have no sense of food safety at all. They didnt even take the temperature of the meatballs to see if they were done like they are supposed to. I work at Subway myself and i would never serve customers cold, unsafe meatballs.

I am a frequent flyer there. Mani is one of my go to workers on the night shift. Always cheery and comfortable to talk to while she takes my order. She's never gotten my order wrong in the time I've been helped by her.

I am a support worker for a man with a clearly visible developmental disability. We stopped in to have a sub and initially had good service from the employees. As we worked our way to the condiments we were now being served by an older woman whom I assume was the owner as she was also working the cash. It was at this point the service went from good to rude and disrespectful. There was a line behind us and my client who was working on life skills was trying to pay for his meal with his bank card, he took a little to long and the time limit for payment expired, the woman then reset the payment option and said hurry up this time, I then spoke up and told her it would take as long as it takes him, after this she was overly polite to the client. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! I will also tell everyone I know about this disgusting display of customer service.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Probably worst customer service I have ever received. The people working here are always miserable and extremely rude. I have never once had a good customer service experience here. I usually will go to other subways in the city just to avoid this one even though it takes me a good 10-15 minutes out of my way.
They're always trying to rush your order and get mad when you ask for extra toppings. Today they sloppily put together the two subs I order and we're rude the whole time, not only to me but to the other customers in front of me as well.
They pretty much tell you what you're having instead of asking what you'd like on your sub. The girl threw my subs onto the counter and when I asked for a few extra napkins she shoved them in the bag, crushing one of my subs and then walk away to the next customer.
I wouldn't mind as much if the girls were just having a bad day and this was a one off but this is the typical experience I have every time I come to this location. Not sure who runs this place but their employees need some training on customer service.

I’m not impressed
I say mayo I get mustard.
I say white cheese. I get orange cheese
I say green olives. I get black olives
I say I would like a chicken bacon ranch sub please

I get friggin turkey. And I don’t notice it till I get home cause I trust they know the difference between chicken and turkey. Especially since I didn’t say I wanted a turkey sandwich

You have yet again ruined my meal.

Least you could do is.

. If you don’t understand what I’m saying. Don’t work in the industry where people pay good money for food. Seriously.
