Sandwish is made in very unprofessional way and not wrapped correctly, poor way to make it

Probably one of the worst subways I’ve been to, such slow service and so stingy and very rude manager

Picked up a sandwich, so little beef in the sandwich, made me laugh actually (not in the store of course), funny experience tho

Horrible service from Arshia or Arisha. Always rude and disrespectful to customers. Not sure if she's the owner's daughter but that would be the only explanation as to why she still has a job there. She throws the ingredients on the bread like she's disgusted and couldn't be bothered. She argues and talks to paying customers like garbage. Everyone else is nice. Unfortunately one bad employee has ruined it for everybody else. I really liked the older lady, she was so nice and friendly, unfortunately I haven't seen her around in awhile. It goes without saying that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The skinny girl works there she's disrespectful. Comes to me ask how can I help. I told her what's my order. Instead of she doing my order she went and grabbed her phone! And start talking and laughing. Doesn't worth half star. And in top of that she is very serious don't smile in face.who the hell are you She's like just grab your order and go. It's look like we don't pay for that

Your food all depends on who's working. I ordered a salad last time and received a bowl that was basically empty. Haven't been back since and I used to come here 5 days a week after the gym.

I like this location. It’s smaller, so I usually take out. The staff is always friendly. Food quality is consistent and on par.

Use to have daily deals but took that down recently. They now have the prompt to tip when you pay with interact which is insane. If they were actually bringing my food to my table and checking up on me I would see a reason to. This just looks greedy or the employer isnt paying them enough. Slightly overpriced now 12$ for mid tier sub.

I've been there a few times since it's the closest subway in my area but it seems that everytime I go there it's a bit of a mess or the ingredients don't look as fresh as it normally is in other locations.

Unbelievable how negative my experience was here, and I’m not one to leave bad reviews as a business owner myself, hopefully the franchise owner will see this and change things up, whoever was working at 12: 20am Oct 8th isn’t cutting it.

Man this has got to be the worst subway in the city, it’s always slow the employees are always brand new and have no idea what’s happening and the sub I had today was absolutely disgusting, mushy old meatballs not worth eating, paid 29$ for two subs which were not worth it whatsoever

I'm used to Alberta's Subways that have more veggies and staff that fill the buns. A loaded bun should build, this did not. Friendly though.

Loved my meet balls subway, the lady who served us filled up our sub with lot's of vegetables, it was so so good, will go back for sure, hope she's there when I go back

Very clean, small location with the ability to eat inside, no patio. I just went in with my wife and had the pleasure of being served by two young boys and an adult. What a great team, very fast. Good to see kids that age working a good hard job. I love seeing this.

Not the best experience. Customer service was really poor. The staff here would grab 3 pieces of spinach and rip it into smaller pieces when you asked for more lol and didn't wash their hands after handling money from the previous customer. They even scoffed and got upset when I asked them to wash their hands before handling my food.

Another visit to Subway, another fine experience. Firoozeh runs such an awesome establishment. As always, the staff were friendly. It was a last minute decision to pick up a couple of subs and although Firoozeh was nearing the end of her shift and trying to get her other duties done, (Sorry Firoozeh) she put everything aside to make our subs. She is a credit to your company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to go get some fresh and delicious food from her store.

By far the stingiest subway I've been to. I had to ask for extra pickles three times! He may as well have put one slice of pickle every time I asked for extra pickles. The tomatoes were rotten and although I asked for Spinach INSTEAD of lettuce he went ahead and put lettuce on it anyway. I could have told him to remake the entire sandwich again but I knew he would have to throw it away so I wasn't going to waste food. Absolutely awful. Who ever reads this, take my advice, go out of your way and drive to the next location because this place is disgusting. Awful food. Awful service. Awful employees.

This subway is not clean. They take money without gloves and iv seen them take orders from anyone without a mask on. How they haven't been closed during covid-19 is beyond me.

Cheap on meat ask for a signature wrap double meat I got a single shot of meat I been told that the way they do it here cheap not coming here again

My experience at this place was excellent. All the staff members were very helpful and polite. Food quality was wonderful.

They serve fresh food and staff was so cooperative. A must visit place if you are passing by. I recommend it!

I can't believe that businesses can get away with serving old or outdated food. I ordered a sub and asked for it toasted. When I got my sub home and picked it up to eat it. The bread literally crumbled and the sub fell apart. I will never go back to this subway, If any at all. I prefer quiznos anyways. Wtg subway.

Very unprofessional handling. Yesterday took my 2 grandchildren to eat, order was paid for when my 10 years asked the green avocado sauce to be added to the Sandwich.first girl said 75 cents extra, I said yes yes go for it.then second man called me 75 cents extra I said yes please ok.gave 2 dollars to the kid to pay.then the manger came out sir 75 cents extra.they created a Deen I felt eating poising with attitude.we paid 75 took our poison promise then never again

Patient with my kids. Ingredients seem fresh. Staff was friendly. Still, a little overpriced for sandwiches though. But that's because my kids don't put anything but mayo.

This is a great location. Staff are courteous and helpful. Restaurant is quite clean. Good bathrooms also. Wide variety of sandwiches. This location is 24 hours also. All in all a great place to rest.

Idk, it's subway, I like subway and this place is a subway. It'd have to be really disgusting and dirty in there for me to give it a bad review, which it's not. Plus they recently redecorated I think

The ingredients were fresh and staff was welcoming, the place was clean and the ambience was great. 10/10 would visit again.

One of the better ones in Ottawa! Ingredients are always fresh, they don't cheap out on the veggies, and they have pretty decent customer service for a subway.

The employee working on Friday April 19th over night shift, kept me waiting for 10 minutes while he was preparing uber eats orders that have still not been assigned drivers yet, when I asked him hih many orders you have left he said 2 more, so I walked out and left. Maybe management needs to teach their employees what priorities are and how to treat customers.
Never eating there again

They cheap out hard on their food. We asked for double steak and the employee half filled the scoop for the meat. If that’s considered double, they barely put any meat on their regular sandwiches. I also ordered a salad the week prior and had to tell the employee to add more lettuce because the container was 1/3 filled. Your employees really need some training.

It was my first time eating at Subway. Employees are really and very sociable. They talked me throughout the whole thing and it was an awesome experience with my dad. Well thumbs up for this one

This location has the best service that I have ever seen at a Subway restaurant. Keep up the great work!

Sooo good! But be vague with the employees. I worked here and when customers are specific what they want, it makes the employee usually feel better instead of guessing what amount of toppings to put on.

A healthy quick meal on the run.and did I mention cheap. I wish they offered the breakfast sub all day.

When there's two staff members working on a Sunday afternoon there's some explaining to do it's ridiculous how on a busy location like Southgate where does Shoppers Drug Mart is 24/7 they would have two employees working.fast food restaurants better franchise such a Subway food is the same across the board so service really stands out and in this case the lack thereof stood out.
