We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and usually the chicken covers the whole thing and we told the guy that it’s not even covering the whole thing. And that when we usually get it from here, it covers the whole sub. He just put extra chicken and without telling us tried to charge extra for it. I don’t know who was that guy but no sense of talking nor listening properly what we want and finally talking in anger and saying take the food for free. That’s ridiculous I just left the food over there and came out. No point of returning to this store again after this behaviour.

I've never had a bad experience at this subway, other than the screaming music from the bar upstairs.

He answered his personal phone with his gloves on while making the sandwich, I walked right out.

Watch out for Kinjal. She will yell in your face with her mask pulled down if she doesn't like what you ask her to do. Changing your gloves after handling cash was too much to ask. She would be fired immediately if this were my store. It's very unfortunate as myself and my family have been going there for 20 plus years. One employee can sour your experience so much that you won't go back again.

I wrote this review 11 months ago when the location was under new management.

I believe this location offers the freshest of ingredients. Very clean and friendly. Lots of parking. The meats and fish have a pleasant taste, and the vegs are nice and crunchy with no freezer burn. And never an expired bottled beverage.

Now 11 months later, a new owner and horrible staff. This location is always out of the Basic Cold Cuts. The Tuna appears to have been there for weeks as it's discoloured. They do not honor the coupons I find in my mail box. I've always used the coupons. I even have some old cards with stickers in them that I never got a chance to use.
The staff I had to deal with this morning did not speak English to well, nor understood me. No Cold Cuts, No Tomatoes, only 2 types of bread available and no swiss cheese.

I do not recommend this location (1677 Bath Road).

My dog told me to give it a 5 and I'm ok with that they spoil him and it's always good, better then that place with yellow m.

Lovely customer service, said no one ever. They apparently got a big order for subs in-the guy told me it would take about ten minutes to take my order as he had to fill his “huge” order. Meanwhile there was a girl in the back of the store…could she not have taken one order for a 6 inch sub!? Apparently this was too difficult for them to accomplish? !

As I was leaving (because they obviously were going to keep me waiting for the ten minutes while he filled the large order), he said “thank you very much! ” In a very sarcastic tone. I won’t be returning back to this subway.

Friendly staff through and through, but Nick's as good as it gets when it comes to customer service. Friendly greeting every time I go in, greets me by name and always working with a smile on his face.

10/10 would recommend

The staff are friendly, it's always clean, and once in a while they give you an extra cookie with your meal. Great people love going there and getting a friendly "hello" when I walk in the door

I always like subway. They have wonderful daily specials. As well you can get flatbread, if you don't want a whole lot of bread in your sandwich. Very tasty. The staff are always very nice and accommodating. The place is always very very clean, including the tables. This is very important. All in all a great place to get quick take out. Oh and I have to add their cookies are Shear Delight.

Absolutely nothing the new owners sell is fresh, they like to keep food as long as its not greenish in color they will not throw it out, for fear of losing money, wich is just stupid.

Understaffed, only one guy doing everything. He doesn't even have time to change his gloves. Over 20 years ago Subway locations were better. They changed their gloves before making a new sandwich. Now all these locations handle garbage and handle your food and handle money and handle your food. They don't want to spend that couple of seconds, or that quarter of a cent to change their gloves. Restaurants that nickle and dime, don't get my business. Cheapo's who own these locations don't care about repercussions.

New renovations look very great and make the restaurant feel very spacious. The food is made fast by the staff that will quickly get to know you if you come frequently. They are friendly and respectful, asking all the right questions on what to put on your sandwich and informing you on new deals. The issue I have is the amount of seating, as it feels like since the renovations have been done, the seating has been split in half. Nonetheless, the freestyle machine is fun to use and try out if you never have before. Can’t wait til I get to go back.

Order subway through Uber eats And got the wrong kind of chicken on the wrap and didn’t get cucumbers on my sub when I called the store and told him that he had messed up my order he came up with excuses and told me he put the correct chicken and that I am wrong,
I understand that this kind of stuff happens when working in the food industry but I didn’t even get an apology for the mess up of the cucumbers missing and instead he just argued with me. He was very rude and unprofessional with the way he handled it.
