Why would your guys sign say closes at 4am if you guys lock your door at 330am? False advertising. Also tried to dine in at 310 and he kicked us out saying the lobby closes in 10 minutes

Firstly the staff were behaving very bad, secondly the owner of this store is so unprofessiol with his workers that i think he doesnt know how to deal with newcomers. Its hard to think how students are working over there and might be dealing with depression.

This is the absolute best subway! I order here quite frequently and I've never been let down. I am quite particular with my subs and they never so much as huff or puff and are always polite and make sure we're happy. Tonight they were out of tuna so they gave me double meat on my substitute sub to make up for it.

Labour market standards not matched. Never ever visit this place bro. They are so bad with the new team members.

The young man who was working when I came in the other day did a great job. Very friendly, happy to accommodate, and made my sandwich perfectly - a great looking and tasting sub.

The location was clean, the vegetables were fresh, and the service was quick and courteous. Can't ask for much more.

The subway is absolutely disgusting I order through Uber eats one foot long sub and one pzza of sub and I got a steak wrap which is worth about $6 when I spent about $25 thankfully Uber refunded me the entire order, however that does not excuse this subway. If you want your food done right go to another Subway stay away from this one

Terrible.
1. USED app to order ahead, arrived 5min before order was supposed to be ready. I see my order printed, still haven't started order I tell them I'm just waiting for my online order. Employees are chatting, customers walkin make there subs and another person and so forth.so I should have walked In and just order

2. Buns not fresh
3. Topping were not fresh. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, etc

I believe this is just this location problem.
Will not return to this location

I do not think that is right to blame the delivery driver for a missing item in a sealed bag. Just wrong. Don't pass the blame. You forgot. Horrible service.

The place is Clean, nice location with many seating areas. Employee was nice and quick.
Not an accessible location as there is a step to enter the store. Great selection of subs. Check out the board for deal of the day subs.

Placed our order online and they didn't even make it. When my boyfriend complained they kicked him out. Seemingly no refund either. Awful service

See the salad! How i am going to eat this! No fork and also, she never crushed it! Worst location! Bad service! I dumped in the garbage! Absolutely ridiculous! I have never eat a salad like that! Other subways are good and i eat subway salad from last 5 years! Dont go here

Inconsistent I ordered two of the same sub and they were nowhere near the same sub. And sometimes I go there and it's closed when it should be open as per the hours listed.

I was never a big fan of subway, but recently have been excited about the subs I have received. Great food!

Havent been to this location for quite some time, wasn't sure if they were open late or not but this one opens till 4 a.m, so that's good to know in the future. I stop by on Thursday, turkey special day which is my favourite, but saw them making a meatball sub and just had to have a 6 inch meatball with my 6in turkey, lol, was delicious! N fresh.staff was friendly, professional n place was clean, highly recommend

Order here a few times on Uber, haven't gotten my order right once. Please pay attention to the order details. It's not like it's being spoken over a phone in tunnel. It's written on an electronic tablet.clear as day.

Staff seems incompetent. A suggestion for management at this store perhaps lessons in manners and reading would help improve your ability to make orders correctly. Big difference between chipotle sauce and mayonnaise.

Place is starting to charge ridiculous prices for their subs and almost $4 for extra cheese,
By the time had put extra cheese on both subs i could have paid for a whole additional sub and got my extra cheese off it. Also seeing prices increase while quality and quantity decrease. I would recommend Atlantic Subs as their subs are cheap they are not affraid to dress your sub with out having to pay ridiculous prices for extra toppings. Only good rating ill give subway is its friendly staff.

Tried to order online but their website kept giving me an error and said payment not accepted. Gave up and got my food elsewhere. Three hours later, someone calls to ask if I'm picking up my food. I explained what happened and that I was unaware my order went through and asked them to ensure my credit card was not charged. He referred me to their customer service. Customer service gave me a vague answer that they would adjust it "as appropriate". I asked for confirmation that that meant the charge was reversed. No response. Several weeks later I get my credit card bill, they billed me for it and did not reverse the charge. That's theft. Been a customer of this location for years too. That's the last money they'll ever get from me.

This was the first time ever I had the worst service.the manager was so rude and called me liar and didnt help me at all I really hope his day gets better cuz he was not nice

I have met the worst and unprofessional person when I came in this morning. Stay home if you don't want to work. She didn't even ask how do I like my salad, chicken on top or mixed. She made it in her way and that's it.

1 star because I had to, literally doesn't listen, then when you voice your issues, laughs in your face. Typical to chince on toppings & charge an extra $3.50 when asked to split on cheese oh and of course charges extra for bacon when you asked for a chicken & bacon sub.worst subway in the city, do yourself a favour and drive the extra distance. You'll save $, a headache and the ignorance of being laughed at for spending your hard earned money there!

I walked inside and there was two people in front of me. (one of them was being served) Also both people in front of me just ordered a drink and a basic sub. Well I still waited about 20 mins. Plus they were out of cucumbers. I find subway charges too much for their subs now I have had really good subs from every where else and they cost more then half the price. But at least the items that were available were in fact fresh.

Staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the location is handy. Between the lot and street, there is plenty enough parking. Try to avoid during the nearby school's lunch break as it gets inundated with students.
