I just went their to get a crispy chicken wrap. I had worst experience ever. The girl working there her name is "Ish" is very rude and her behaviour with me and my friend is not good. She added very less toppings and she didnot even grill our wraps when we ask her to do so, in very rude way she started grilling and without grilling properly she gave us back and misbehave with us.

I will never set foot in this location again! They are so sneaky! We ordered a Turkey and Ham sub, they charged us for a Turkey Sub with the Ham charged separately as an extra.

To top it off, I ordered the Green Goddess Veggie Sub and noticed she skipped the smashed avocado. When I asked she told me it doesn't come with the sub, that it's extra. Ummm, it's written right on the board that it comes with it.

I thought the location on Upper Ottawa service was bad but they're actually worse here. What is going on with Subway in Hamilton? I'll stick to Mr. Sub from now on!

Didn’t accept our order and last time we ordered for pick up they didn’t even have it ready for us and had to wait an extra 15 minutes

I love Subway, but this is the second time they got my order wrong. Specifically with the sauce. I ordered a cold cut combo with ceasar sauce, and the first time they gave me mayo instead. I don't like mayo, but that wasn't as bad as the second time, when I ordered the same thing and they put on chipotle sauce. I can't handle spice. I wasn't expecting it to be spicy, so when I took a bite, my lips, mouth and throat were burning. For context, I had it delivered from Uber, so it's not like they did it in front of me and I could correct them.

I've never been to a subway this bad before. I was super polite to the two girls, both times i went, and they acted like they would rather be anywhere else. That's fine for me, but both times I asked for mayonnaise and all jokes aside, they each covered roughly 10% of the top of the sub. Didn't even make a line, they just put a dab of it right in the middle. So weird. I've also heard that when people ask for more toppings or condiments, that the owner argues. So no doubt he's trained his employees to put the smallest amount of toppings on.

An advice from formal employee - " If you care about your health, don't eat from this store"
I worked here for about 3 months, most of the regular customers might have noticed that I don't work here anymore. The reason to quit was, I don't want to serve people bad food, which might affect their health.
The owner/manager uses cheap methods to save few bucks, compromising the health, quality of food and hygiene.
Dishes here are washed with just water, no soap/detergent is used (to save a few bucks wherever possible). There is no sanitization done here.
If you anyhow find soup available here don't have it. It can be weeks old. Soup here is only made before the inspection from Subway. Also meat balls are not prepared daily, they are mostly reheated leftover from the earlier day.
Nothing is maintained, as well as prepared according to Subway standards. Everything is maintained till the inspection, once its done everything goes back to worse.
Owner/manager here keeps only one employee at a time, imagine how just one person can manage everything and still maintains hygiene and subway standards, I means its not possible. If you find your sandwich bad, please don't blame the employees, they work really hard and have to do some things, that might not be right, still have to do as instructed by the Owner/manager.
That's all I can do, its just an honest review, no offense.

I went in tonight (Thursday January 20th, 2022). And the lady at the counter was so nice. I went in at around 9: 40 was there for 20 minutes just talking to the lady behind the counter. She was so nice, VERY friendly. We were joking around the whole time. I didn’t quite catch your name but thank you whoever you are. You turned my already really good day into an amazing one. If your reading this (probably not) thank you.

The manager wasn’t even wearing his mask properly, and he tried making me pay for my food before it was even getting finished being prepared, and they never change their gloves.

I asked for 2 combo's for my son and myself. Go to pay and came to 25$ and then I asked for my cup as my son had his already. She told me I only asked for 1 combo. I said clearly that I wanted 2 combos why would I want 1 for 2 people. Anyways she tried to charge me for another one so I just left. After eating the sandwiches which were great my son gave me one of his cookies and I almost lost a tooth they were so stale. I hope this helps people in the future.

Waited for approximately 10 minutes for the employee to even acknowledge my daughter and I.
Waited even longer as the employee was assembling two Skip the Dishes subs. I would have assumed that in-person customers would take priority, but obviously not in this case.
With a Covid 19 addition. The employee was wearing his mask on his chin, I know human anatomy quite well, but I never heard of anyone breathing from their chin.
We both ordered cold cut combo's and the container was empty, so he needed to add more to the container. In my opinion he should have been wearing gloves and his face covered.
Very disappointed with today's service.

Ordered a turkey wrap signature meaning extra meat. He tied giving me regular meat.
He grill it so much it was almost completely flattened. Debit machine was apparently not working. I usually have positive things to say for subway but not this time

My 1st visit at this location went ok with no issues. Friendly and timely service in a clean environment. You can find your typical Subway offerings at decent prices.

Staff here most of the time is pretty friendly usually in a good mood on staff member you get it's just a downer on a day but when you get the right staff on the right day it's awesome best service yet

Good subs as always, but real cheap on the meat and theres a young girl that works there that rushes you, doesnt even want to give you time to decide what toppings you want.

The owners/workers at this place are extra rude.they really dont care about customer service nor the food they serve.veggies there are really old and dry, wraps taste wet and old.owners always have a look on their faces like they hate the world and the job.over all this place is one BIG 0.i would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

The store is clean. But the people working here speak bad english and dont change their gloves after touching computer screens. I'll go to the nearby mr sub instead next time.

For the 3rd time this week I have had to ask the person to use new gloves after touching the computer. I work in the plaza told them multiple time of my food allergy and they don't care. Worst food handling I've ever seen. Should be shut down

Service was garbage. I can't stand when companies try and cheap out. It doesn't cost a lot to put a generous amount of lettuce or olives on a sandwich.

Don’t accept coupons anymore and they let you know AFTER you order. Literally no reason to come here anymore, also subways subs as a whole suck dookichowder. Go to firehouse subs.

Absolutely the worst experience. The ONLY Subway location that doesn't accept Subway issued coupons, and isn't afraid to advertise that with a big sign. Seriously? Will never go there again. Do NOT come here.
