The staff are always ready to serve you. They are always helpful and friendly. The place is well kept. Good lunch choice for my kids

They are always out of breads, I visited 2-3 times in last two weeks, they have only white or brown bread which is really disappointing. They should work on it.

Love the staff here! They’re extremely friendly and make the most amazing subs! Definitely choose this location to satisfy your cravings.

New management is awesome! The place is super clean and they do a great job of putting a lot of veggies! I would highly recommend going here for a great sub:)

Found slightly deteriorated service. Sandwiches were not properly toasted, seasoning was sprinkled less. Hence two stars reduced.

The girl that works here late nights, never washes her hands. Ive also seen her grab the washroom keys from someone that just came back from the washroom with her gloves on but continued to make someones sandwich with the same gloves.i would never want someone to lose their lively hood, but if you are the manager of this location or owner, please, especially during these times of covid make sure your workers wash their hands, wear masks and if theyre gonna grab the washroom keys at least use different gloves after! Never been so disgusted, do not eat here! You'll get sick

They don’t allow customers to use the washroom. According to Ontario’s law you have to open washrooms for customers if you are providing the dine-in service. All truck drivers and uber drivers have right to use washroom. But the poor girl said it’s owner’s instructions to close the washroom and according to her owner is bigger than the Law. HAHAHAHA

Mr. Owner choose your staff wisely. Otherwise they will ruin your business. I think you are paying $5/hr may be that’s reason they’re not giving good customer service.

The staff and Owner of this location is very friendly, As I am big fan of SUBWAY Sandwich, this is one of my preferable option. And very close to my place as well so, looking forward to visit more and eat best SUB in my area.

The girl with glasses was saying ‘our owner does not pay us even minimum wage that’s why we can’t provide best customer service.

This particular outlet had fast service. But the reason I am giving it a 2 star is that THIS location would not let my 10 yr old use their bathroom.

Me and wife we got 2 subs in here on Tuesday and we have been dealing with the food poisoning for a 3rd day now.

Sadly I've had to change my 5 stars to 2. At around 6: 30pm when I arrived, this location only had two kinds of bread. Pretty disappointing considering how early in the evening it is, I didn't arrive at closing or anything. And for the second time in a row, (a month or more apart), when I ask for a receipt, because the total sounded a bit high, I was told I couldn't have a receipt.

They did not even bat an eyelash when my baby boy asked for a foot long with no lettuce, no meat, no cheese, no [ every sandwich-decorating item on the menu ] and then requested having 10 cookies put on the bread, cut it, and "Half of it toasted, please - I like warm chocolate chips". Their regular sandwiches were good, too.

YOU ALL STRAIGHT UP MESSED UP. I had an order for pick up today 2: 55pm on April 2nd 2021. I got 4 6 inch subs. ALL of them were wrong. All 4 were wrong, they were missing sauces, missing toppings, or had toppings that weren't listed. We still ate it because I didn't wanna drive back there. But come on? I wi be calling the manager tomorrow.

I live in the neighborhood and go here often, always friendly and fast service, I would pick up lunch for my kids they always did a great job and had everything we wanted, thanks.

Never any fresh bread or toppings. Staff is also very unfriendly! The place is also pretty dirty with garbage on floors and counter tops where food is served! Waled in and walked out!

I was rather shocked that they serviced a customer with no mask and put the other customers and themselves in danger. The two girls either need to be provided with more protection or let go. If I test positive i will explore my options to sue.

I had a bill that was slightly torn on edge with numbers intact that I just got from the machine and he waved his had and refused it.no no no, i explained it was good and held up the line. I was embarrassed.he demanded I pay tap.luckily I just had enough to cover it. Very rude man
I bought 5 subs and I did not have a choice. He looked at me angry cuz I was holding up the line. He was not wear gloves and handled my wrapped items that the girl prepared and rushed me while people stared at me. I could not read his name. He was an older man, no smile, maybe owner

Great subway location. Accepts all form of payment, and aren't stubborn about adding more of the veggie toppings.

Very rude service. She’s not friendly I was picking up the order, and long day on the road. I thought I can get the comfort, But no. It’s only for dine-in costumer. How she thinking I’m not a costumer? Maybe she forgot that we are delivering their food to the costumer too. For sure checking the address first before getting the order, and if it your store hundred percent I’ll drop it or decline it.

Extremely rude staff ever seen. Would have given 0 star if possible. Declined using washroom even we are in stage 3 of covid-19.

Shame on this guys they won’t let front line workers use their washroom.

How would you guys expect to eat your sandwich for some one who is on the road all day without washing their hand.

January 29th. Went there an hour before closing and asked for a meatball sub. The girl working refused to make me a meatball sub because she " didnt have enough to give another customer if they were to come in and she'd have to make more" then I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and the girl literally put just 4 pieces lol.

Worst subway ever, the lady here at 11: 05 pm on 02/05/2020 is honestly a terrible employee, she has the place messy at all time and she was really rude not only to myself and my girlfriend but the people that were also ahead of us and behind us. Her server id is 623-468-707484

Tried to order and the girl had nothing but excuses for telling me I can't have the rotisserie chicken I have to have the fake chicken chunks. I will never go to this subway again.

Thought about having a steak sandwich so I popped in today. The ladies working there were nice and service was quick but here I am 9 months pregnant and I can’t eat inside the place because their chairs don’t pull out. Obviously pregnant women have larger bellies so extra accommodation is needed. Bad design. They should have thought about the types of people that would be dining in their place.what about handicap people or obese people? So for $15 I ate in my car.

Great lunch today. Sub was done properly. I always ask for extra pickles and today they actually put extra pickles, not just 2 or 3 like most other locations.

The employees are miserable and need to be changed. All subway run by same type of employees and level of poor service.

Going there for 10+ years. Management has changed 2+ times. Better than many places as they fill the Subs with Veggies upon request and i like my veggies and they prepare well. I don't go anywhere else.

This location was the only one that would provide us with a tray of sandwiches last minute. My family is at my brothers visitation today. It's a long day and you took care of our needs. Thank you for your support and condolences. I highly recommend this location as the manager and employees were so wonderful. Thank you again!

Nice and clean location with attention to detail staff. My friend and I went here an hour before they were closing on a Friday night and found the restaurant to be super clean for closing hours. The lady who served us handed out food with great care and made our subs very neat and presentation. On top of they she went above and beyond to add the exact amount of toppings we asked for and that in my opinion gives each sub its own unique quality and taste. Overall great location with even better service.

So Subway has a promotion for chicken Tzatziki Subs.
Thought I'd try it out.
They had no idea what I was ordering.

And in the end I received a sub that said lettuce Roti On the Wrap and contained lettuce, tomato, exactly three cubes of chicken that was not grilled by any stretch of the imagination.and mayonnaise because they had no idea what tzatziki sauce was.
Basically a glorified chicken sandwich.

Every single Subway franchise is the same now run by the same ethnicity of people don't understand what you're ordering and don't care they're so cheap on the food it's not even worth it when you try to use a coupon. Go elsewhere. Subway does not care I have repeatedly complained to their head office to no avail. Save your money go somewhere else.
