Very rude staff, and rude replies. As a vegetarian who doesnt eat egg or meat, they kept cheese and all meat items in same section where there was beef lying on top of cheese and when I asked the girl to put the cheese from different section as of religious purpose, the girl started giving me attitude. Wont eat or recommend this subway atleast or go tims just beside.
Nice and clean place for in restaurant bite. Subway Food is as usual tasty and light on stomach. Recommended for people like me who look for vegetarian options or only alongwith chicken only.
The employees are well-spoken and understand their job professionally. Apart from the up-to-the- mark sandwich, I highly appreciate the cleanliness of the store itself and the washroom (very rare).
The ladies behind the counter were rude and disregarded anything we had asked. Due to allergies, we need to be specific, and when I asked for a clean knife to cut the sub, she responded with cutting the sub in 3. I then tried to talk to her, and she disregarded the whole conversation.
Worst customer service and rude associates. We ordered 3 footlong crispy chicken picked up the order at 8: 45pm, the chicken was raw and hard, we didn’t eat and call the store at 10pm to suggest us what we can do, she said we cooked and thats not their responsibility. She literally disconnected the call and we tried calling them couple of time, they didn’t responded. This was so unprofessional. We used to visit this location every week but now done with this place and Subway.
Worst subway bowl. She made bowl with full big cut veggies not even chopped it big slice of cucumber tomato and onion and big chicken pieces and thin green pepper. Its not even easy to eat. Very poor management
Highly unprofessional staff with no training at all on how to attend a customer super rude lady at the counter who just rushed me for my order at 11 pm when the store is closing at 12, she just did not even give me time to select and kept asking what do you want even when I told her give me a min. The drink vending machine was working and she denied you can’t use it saying it’s non functional. All she cared about is closing the door and did not even let me dine in when I w told her I am dining in, when I sat she said you can’t. There were already two other boys dining in. And she said oh they were here before. What a unpleasant experience please hire better staff
They shared some other price on board and billed something else when asked she said its been a month price has been changed worst ever experience with this outlet
Sandwich was good but the person who made my sandwich didn't use a knife to open the bread so when it was constructed and even after eating it, I ended up falling apart on me.
I tried their subway and I have to say they have zero knowledge of checking temperature of stuff they put in the sandwich. My sandwich was veggie patty and I swear it was cold like ice and The moment I touched my sandwich I knew something was really cold in it but I am really surprised at the girl who made it because when I called them to tell about it they said we didn’t know it was that cold. I swear I’ve never such a bad sandwich from subway before. Never coming back there was no apology even when I called to complain about it. Please train your staff let them know if the veggie patty is ice cold you are supposed to microwave it or do something about it and make it hot atleast warm so it can be eaten. Really disappointed.
If i could give a ZERO I would Horrid HOrrid Horrid they drop the food then put it on a sandwich NOT! Also tried to give me raw bacon FOR REAL! DONT EAT HERE BOARD OF HEALTH COMMING IN
The problem with this subway is not the food, it is the employees who clearly are not qualified or understand how to speak politely to customers. That reason alone gets you the 1 star.
I had watched the employee for 5 mins before entering the store, 1 employee was NOT WEARING MASK, chatting it up with plenty of laughter. As I entered the employee continued the convo & did not even attempt to put mask on. #notfollowingcovidguidelines 5: 40pm 04/01
Just ordered and bought three subway sandwiches - ordered via the app to qualify for the current offer - when I picked up we had to open all three sandwiches to determine which one was which - you mean in the midst of a pandemic they neglected to label the subs? Really poor service!
Honestly they need proper training for customer service, two punjabi girls are soo arrogant. Zero sense to make sub. Really disappointed with the service.
Ordered skip the dishes. I called to follow up because they have been inaccurate with our orders several times. After speaking on the phone, they still messed up our order. I do enjoy subway, however they clearly just let anyone buy their franchise without checking in. Very concerning, and I will look elsewhere for after work food. SUBWAY.what a disgrace that you can’t monitor and confirm the franchise runs as expected.
Visited this location on Oct24 (Saturday), 11AM. The girl was very welcoming. Made me really good veggie sandwiches. She washed her hands, changed gloves, and made a perfect delicious sandwiches.
Horrible subway place. Dont even want to give them a 1 star. 1 person working and she is serving skip the dishes before customers waiting. Subway should take there franchise away.
I went at this place twice within a month to order food. I asked for washroom both time to wash my hands. Both time they told its closed. I am surprised. Is it right?
I just came by this location it is super busy in evenings. But I think the owner of this location is being cheap they don’t want to hire more workers it was just one girl working there she had to cater all customers and than do Uber orders as well. We waited for 20 minutes and we just left to go for another restaurant cuz it was taking forever. The worker was doing pretty good as this location was so busy. I would say to owner of this location please stop being cheap, you are at better place so act like you are part of it. Hire some good workers do a favour to your employees. I just can’t get it how much they can save by not hiring one more employee.
What a subway to go waste time. I waited 20 minutes to order but no employee even asked what you want to order they are busy with there own stuff. I don’t know how people run there businesses. I rate it -100000. Such a waste
Was just served by Harsharn at this Subway location. The unprofessionalism and lack of workmanship displayed was terrible at best. I left with my purchases unsatisfied and will not be returning to this location.
Employees are not very good at listening asked for ranch dressing and one of the girls put house dressing on instead, i told them i wanted ranch dressing than the girl said "yeah" and continued to make my sub
Terrible rude service. Staff cleaning, serving and cashing with the same gloves, talking in their language about customers Not putting attention what customers want. I had to repeat 2,3 times everything. First and last time.
