Clean shop but communication with staff was a problem as they were having a conversation amongst themselves. We ended up leaving without food and going elsewhere.

This Subway location is awesome! I eat there almost everyday for lunch and my order is always ready for pickup on time. The staff are very friendly and efficient! Highly recommend ordering from this location if you’re in Milton.

Hire some good people who behave well with customers. Girl who took my order started arguing with me that I did not order a veg pattie. If it was unclear while taking the order, there is no reason to get irritated when customer is adding something to the order. Totally unnecessary argument and bad attitude. I felt like leaving right way but decided to stay as I do not like wasting food. Definitely deserves zero tip

This restaurant location has effectively ensured that I will never return. When I go to subway i always order the same thing. Ever since subway changed the chicken for that shredded garbage I’ve enjoyed it less and less. Recently at another location the artist behind the counter subbed my chicken for the chicken breast and it made all the difference. However at this location, the staff refused to sub the chicken out acting like my request was preposterous. I will NEVER support this location again due to the incompetent staff who work there.

The worst subway experience in my life at this location. Chicken was stale and i had to throw the whole, cant even go back to return and show them because of work break. Poor customer service

Horrible wait had 3 customers in-line waiting to order food and the guy made 3 Uber orders b4 he asked anyone was they wanted very unprofessional if u don’t have staff coverage turn the online apps off

Very so, even with multiple employees, what really turned me was that when I paid, I gave the girl $20 bill, and after she gave my change, she went and started to prep sandwiches WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES. In times like these, you would think hygiene would be #1. Won't go back here again.

Subway was OK. But when I got in there debit machine was down. They said I could etransfer but I said no. I went to the bank and got cash. Cash is still king.

Great Sub.
We recently stopped to pick up a sub for lunch truly wasn't expected to be wowed but we were. This isn't our normal area to stop for lunch as we usually visit a location closer to our home.

Their bread was fresh and lettuce crisp which contributed to a delightful, tasty lunch.

The two ladies working there were very pleasant not just upon greeting us but even cashing out.

Well done.

Gotta give them a mediocre review sine the lady behind the counter was very sparse when it comes to measuring out the meat. NOTE: I’m talking about shaking the scope so much that you get what looks like less than a full scoop. This kind of chinsiness - thinking to save maybe a few cents worth of meat - is what actually costs businesses like this customers, and is therefore a bad business model. I’ll take my business to other stores that are more reasonable and less stingy.

Not very friendly, my sandwich had very little meat and on top of that I don't take no veggies or sauce on my sub! Wow Never go back to this location

Subway is always a pretty okay choice. However, this locations cookies are quite often very hard.

Great restaurant. Place was amazing. Everything was well maintained. Food was amazing. Food came out of kitchen was fresh and flavorful. Great services provided by great staff.

Servers dont care all that much, somehow still do a decent job every time. Consistency is key, I suppose

Nobody when i came in a women and man behind the counter.took a while for them to stop talking and the women to take my order.had a roast beef flatbread pretty good

Loved the subs. Eye contact and vocal volume higher then a mouse might be recommended for this locations male staff though.

Amazing customer service. They have been providing catering swevice for me for the past 5 years and are always amazing!
