My recent experience at Sabji Mandi has been nothing short of disappointing, both in terms of product quality and customer service. On January 19,2024, I purchased Jivraj 9 tea from this convenience store, only to discover that the seemingly routine purchase would turn into an unsettling ordeal.

After consuming the tea at home for about 6 to 7 times, I noticed a distinct and unpleasant change in its taste. Alarmed, I checked the packaging, revealing an expiration date of August 2023, contradicting the store attendant's claim that it was manufactured in the same month. This revelation raises serious concerns about the quality control processes at Sabji Mandi.

The disappointment didn't end there. When attempting to address the issue with the store's employee, a middle-aged man who identified himself as the manager, the encounter took a disheartening turn. His lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills, coupled with an initial refusal to accept responsibility for the expired product, left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Furthermore, the manager's communication skills, particularly in English, were lacking, which, while not a mandatory qualification, is crucial for effective customer interactions. The gate attendant's uncooperative attitude and refusal to acknowledge the potential health risks associated with selling expired products highlight a dire need for improved customer relations.

Upon requesting to speak with the manager, the gate attendant insisted that he held that position, though his demeanor and evident lack of customer service skills made this claim dubious. The situation called for a fair and gentle resolution, considering the gravity of selling expired products.

I strongly urge Sabji Mandi to prioritize comprehensive training programs for their employees, particularly those involved in customer relations. Adequate training in handling customer concerns, effective communication, and basic courtesy can significantly enhance the overall shopping experience.

This experience has not only cast a shadow on my perception of Sabji Mandi but has also emphasized the urgent need for employee training in customer relationship management. I sincerely hope the store takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Easy to find merchandise in a store that is neatly laid out. Everything was stocked well, organized. The cashier was a little unsure of herself.

Very disappointed. Went there for grocery shopping. Picked up one packet of turmeric powder and it was torn out from bottom. Everything went on my clothes and shoes.
Bad maintenance. Bad service.

If less than 1 star exists, I would give that. The worst place to shop your groceries. I bought milk yesterday and it was 3rd time in same month that the milk was spoiled. When we go there to ask them for replacement, they says it’s your fault. Every time they are like this. Worst place and customer service.

Today I bought chilli chicken that was not tasty it's look like fresh chiken mixed with old chicken stuff and very saucy and savoury

My experience is very bad with this food restaurant. Service is very slow. I ordered two noodle burger and they took more than half an hour to prepare burger and the taste is very bad. I also tried kulcha and aloo petty from here and these two also taste is very bad. I never recommend this place for food.

Meat department I bought 4lbs chicken Thai and after grinder he gave me only 3.3lbs.

Used to be good. Quality is going down day by day. Brought pao for bhaji, opened at home, fungus already there. Packed Almonds were already dry. Didn’t mention on packed peanuts, roasted or not roasted. Reviewing so that owners can pay attention, not to repell customers.

It's a good place to buy Indina groceries and veggies. Few were little overpriced, but looking at everything you can buy at in place, it's 70% feasible.
