Bought the worst vegitable pakora this morning from this place. Very smelly and went stright into garbage bin where they belong to.

There are many Indian grocery shops here, but none so specious. Lot of counters for checkout and lot of variety.
Highly Recommend.

Indian vessels are also in good range.

Veggies are fresh but the store is trying to sell a brand called delight. They do it by using familiar packaging. The attached photo is not maggi noodles but delight brand.
I got fooled once by buying a bag of rice which looked very similar to a brand I buy but after reaching home it was delight brand.
This is very shady and they keep this delight brand items right next to the original to confuse

Every other day cashier charges something extra in bill, ensure check your bill every time after checkout.

Big desi (Indian/ Pakistani) grocery store near work. Convenient for picking up quick veggies/ fruits that are not available in regular grocery stores and for all other South Asian food/ snacks. 1st time, didn't get to look around much as I went in specifically for certain items

Love this place, good option for local grocery, prices are little higher than Sabzi mandi @Mississauga-Brampton area via Derry Rd. Staff is little rude. They need to train staff to serve customers better.

Good store with all varieties of vegetables and groceries. It will be good if this store adds Gongora leaves in vegetables. So that, need not to visit other stores separately for missing items. Also, there are good offers on sona Masoori rice very frequently.

Has all that you need. Except fresh flowers! Recommendation to keep
Flowers too during religious festivals, that will help.

Mixed a low price and high price sweet and charged at higher price for whole thing. Felt being cheated.

Giving 2 as it is a better place to shop for Indian groceries else would have given 1 star.

Definitely fresh vegetables and good fruit selection.
You will get most of the Indian grocery items here but they are on the higher price side.
The chaat section has been disappointing so far. Even the meat section we prefer to skip!

This is by far the biggest store carrying Indian grocery and vegetables in GTA. It also has a meat section with chicken and goat and the staff there would help cut into pieces as we need. The arrangements in the aisle are good too and the prices are reasonable.

Excellent choice. Better prices for many vegetables. Recommend their samosas and pakoras. Sweets are just ok though, what I have tried.

Wide variety of groceries. Neat and clean place. Pleasure doing shopping there.

Bought some cooked fried fish today. Asked for 2 lbs and after it was ready it weighed 1.100 lbs only. Got cheated. Will never ever buy cooked food from there. Very disappointed with the place. Cannot trust them anymore.

Good selection of groceries. I was looking for an item, staff was not able to help with that and said they do not sell it. That item was sitting right near the front counter.

The store is clean and tidy. Variety of food products, but their prices are high. When I visited, I have noticed very few customers in the store, not sure why. They have halal meat section and traditional Punjabi veg and non veg food.

These review are ONLY for the sweets & Snacks counter. The rest of the store is superb-excellent assortment and well planned store. As far as sweets and snacks quality is concerned- I am myself is a foodie and have travelled around the world. In my opinion, the samosas and pakoras served here are nowhere close to what it should be. The samosas/pakoras are by far the worst I ever had. I actually garbaged the gobhi pakoras and could manage to finish my first samosa somehow. Sabzi Mandi Management has to work on this very-very seriously. I recommend that they buy these very basic snacks from 3-4 competitors and review internally with their team and see what I am talking about. I am happy to hv their feedback.

Very good place to get groceries.very neatly arranged and very friendly staff. Especially Krithika, she helps us a lot. Even though it's far from where I live, I go there for groceries.

Liked the variety in the store but was disappointed with the restaurant. It looked hastily put together as an after thought, not at all like an arranged marriage.

I was a regular customer to one of their Brampton locations as was excited to see Subzi Mandi opening a new store in Mississauga. But my this subzi mandi is way below other locations in the quality of veggies n fruits

Big Indian super market. It has all the groceries. Some of the veggies are fresh but not all. Little bit expensive too compared to other Indian markets.

Zero stars! The Restaurant is ABSOLUTELY UNHYGIENIC. Bought a dish and it had a strand of hair in it, which was clearly from who ever was incharge of making that dish. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Never going back. Complained, Manager wasnt around, asked for the Manager to call back. The manager Dint even bother to check back. Wondering, do they take such complaints seriously?

To the Management: Its about time you took HYGIENE Seriously.

Very nice and spacious with lots of parking and very convenient location compared to Ray Lawson one. I am sold and now will now always shop here. Only down side the butchery which can be a bit pwkward for strict vegetarians. Otherwise all good,

Equipped with a fresh fiesta of ferns, shrubs, herbs, roots, tubers, shoots, seeds, pulses, grains, meat.lots of meat. I mean I could go on but you get it. It's a good grocery store, clean, spacious, good produce, good price and a plethora of Asian goods. Cheers!

Good to have a big Desi store. The other ones in nearby area are neither so spacious nor clean. Friendly people and fresh stocks. Found the Prices marginally higher but for the experience its ok.

Parking can be issue over the weekend

Unfortunately I miss no frills. This is not my kind of store. Meat selection is very little, veggies are wilted and expensive. I can't read in this language. And I find kind of annoying that I have to pay for the meat separately, same for the sweets and take out. Then I have to line up again for the rest of my groceries. Strange. In this area we need a store that will cater to all us.

Subzi mandi is one stop shop for all requirements. First they have a very clean meat section. The goat and lamb here has a amazing taste. They have halal options too. Little food court is also so good. Samosa and snacks are very nominal rate.chana batura is just 4.99 $ and veg thali is 5.99$. We can also eat full within 10$. I find some products are high in rate than others. Vegetable are large varieties and very cheap than other shops. The only disadvantage is their rice section which has only basmati rice, not much south indian varieties rice. Overall they are very good. Before we were shopping in couple of other Indian shops, but now we only go to subzi mandi

Produce was mostly wilted and not fresh. Food in the freezers had freezer burn. Prices seemed higher than the Brampton location. Other than that it's very nicely laid out. Big place with a lot of choices. Hot table was not good. Chicken curry was just mush in a lot of curry.

Exhaustive stocks of desi items at better prices than elsewhere.the nonveg available is fresh instead of the frozen nonveg that one gets at other places

They seem to be a decent store. Hot food is a bit pricey, vegetable selection a little small but ethnic food options are there and plentiful.

Price is cheap and quality of food and grocery.always fresh.gujarati, Punjabi, indian and Pakistani grocery items are available in this shop

+4 stars for the variety and choices available of Asian food. -1 for the prices being too high compared to other local stores. I understand that prices are subjected to supply and demand. Since the same stuff is available in other stores for very reasonable prices, it doesn't make sense to charge a premium. They should definitely be competitive while providing quality. Which requires a lot of efforts though.
