I used to have a great experience here. The last 2 times have been dreadful. Upsell every 2 minutes despite already telling them no every time because I'm on a budget.

The last time I was there she cut me on both my big toes when cutting my nails for ingrown nails in the corners. She also left half way through and someone else came to paint my nails without saying anything and that person left me in the chair to air dry forever instead of putting me under the dryer. Also ended up getting pushy upsell from both people. I ended up getting infections in both of those toes and my toes hurt for 2 weeks.

I'm never going back.

Worst pedicure experience i’ve ever had and my first time here.she was very pushy with the upsell and was trying to get me to get the $80 hot stone pedicure my friend was getting so we would be done at the same time.i got the $55 lavender one and was still done at the same time as my friend.did a good job on my nails but when someone tells you what they want and then to proceed to constantly push me to get the more expensive package is unacceptable.i will not be back.

Loved it. I loved the attention to detail they had on our nails, while still holding nice conversations. My mom definitely enjoyed her experience. Even massaged our arms an hands when we were done, never had that and felt amazing.

Never in my life have I met a group of humans that are all equally amazing in their own way. When you walk in you feel like your family, this is absolutely the best place in Sudbury to get your nails done and so much more. My four year-old daughter runs in and hugs them. They’re all so friendly. You guys are awesome never change and thank you for the service you do here in Sudbury!

I went this evening and usually it's not too bad here for walk ins but today when I told them what I want they were so pushy to up sell and add the stupid hot wax, they dont take no for an answer. It's $10 extra and it doesn't do anything. Warning: The staff talk about you and gossip while your there.
I don't want to go back.

This is my go to place for pedicure. Although on the pricey side, its totally worth it. I always request Rose for my tech. She's pleasant, friendly and always does an amazing job and has great attention to detail. Her leg and feet massages are amazing! Totally recommend seeing Rose!

Upsell, upsell, no speaka English.
Charged 13% HST on a cash payment when we know they won't be paying the taxman. Avoid this place. I will be in the future

Terrible service. Constantly trying to upsell and pressure you into spending more than you’re comfortable with. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Top coat has dark streaks and my feet don’t even feel smooth. Lots of surprise extra charges at check out. Never again.

Like a hit and miss experience. Some good, some aweful.
My last visit, he applied a pearl powder without my concent. An acrylic fill, French, was $72, that's with no tip. Add 5,77 bucks for a fill! Dirty as well. Flying nail, skin cells. Used pressed paper files and obviously un sanitized grinder bits. White with last clients DNA.

I got gel nail extensions on for a trip on April 10 and they are still going. Great place with experience people

I don’t like to post negative reviews but I’d hate to see someone else disappointed for such lack of service for money. Firstly, I can’t believe how DIRTY it was. The station they set me at hadn’t been cleaned from the last person.super gross- even after I left she continued to watch tv on her phone and still didn’t clean the table. I had a manicure. I think it took about 7 minutes at max. My cuticles weren't even pushed back. The bowl of water she gave me to soak my hand for 10 seconds was cold. She continuously tried to up sell me on more.even brought more over without me agreeing to it. My skin has nail polish on it. Overall really poor experience and I wouldn’t return. I can’t see this business staying in business operating like this.

I visited with my daughter for a manicure and pedicure and we had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were great with my daughter. We will definitely be back.

I went for a pedicure with my friend when asked what I wanted I said the 1st one (regular) when the lady kept on bugging me to get the most expensive one. After I was done I ended up having to pay 85$ for a simple pedicure when I believe she priced me for the most expensive one. Would highly not recommend as I was taken advantage of.

Mary gave me the best manicure and pedicure I've ever received. She was precise and thorough and really took her time. She cut every nail perfectly to avoid ingrown nails, there was not a speck of polish on my skin, and she had the perfect amount of pressure in her massage. I will definitely come back here again, and I hope to get Mary again!

Went to get my nails done with a friend, service was good everyone was very nice. But they didn’t say anything about pricing, then proceeded to do multiple designs I didn’t ask for, and after I said no to a hand massage my tech insisted on, which was an extra 10 dollars I did it which I didn’t want. I have two crooked nails and one nail sticking straight up and ended up paying over $100 for things I didn’t even ask for in the first place. I’m a student who’s not rich so this was very very disappointing

I will never return to this place. It's so dirty and they rush u out. My nail tech kept telling me i would need to get my eyebrows fix cause there not even
She would not want to paint my nails black because she said its bad luck. Then i decided to look at other colors and she told me to hurry up cause other people where waiting. Her filling sucked nails are not even. And expensive. I am so disappointed i have nothing good to say about this place.

Such a disappointment. Cold water, I asked for her to warm it up and nothing. I asked for basic pedi and she really was forceful about bigger packages. Pushed chairs forcefully to the dryers and spoke in a different language the whole time.
I always try and come a second time (give a benefit of a doubt) but don't think this will be the case. I spoil myself once a month, what a disappointment.: (

I visited today and the nails are very nice. However, I was charged an extra $20.00 for services I did not ask for. They added a top coat of the same colour and charged me an additional $10.00 & gave a wax massage on the hands without disclosing that it would be an additional charge, nor did they ask me if I even wanted it. It was nearly $100.00 for a set of standard acrylic nails without any designs that should not have costed no more than $65.00 - $70.00 at most. As a student who budgets carefully, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of disclosure to clients about additional costs. My friends who were with me also had their own issues. One was pressured more than once to pay for an eye brow shaping because they were 'bushy' and the other has blood on her cuticles from rough handling.

I will not be going back to this particular nail salon, I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service.

Ivy is excellent at acrylic nails, 100% recommend to anyone wanting their nails done. Best in sudbury!

When I booked the appointment I spoke with a man who gave me prices for the 3 children, two of them for pedicures he priced 35-40 dollars and the other child he priced 55$ for nails
When we arrived we got seated and asked what we wanted, I stated we called in, she gave me a sheet with NO pricing for us and then suggested what myself and the two children one who is 3 the other ten should get, I agreed thinking it would be the pricing for children under 10.
My bill ended up being $360!
Insane! The one child’s acrylic nails went from 55$ to 75$, was not told why it went up either and the other two children’s pedicures were adult prices over $80! Each
This place is a joke and rip people off!
Do not go here to get your nails done!
I feel like the tactic of showing the paper with no pricing and then pushing the services they suggest is how they go about getting more money out of you.
I was very clear on the phone I wanted the kids under 10 pricing.

I used to buy gift cards for family friends all the time will never again
Now that I have looked into this salon I see so many bad reviews, I should have done my homework

I will be putting this on every platform I can to warn others of this
Save ur self money and go somewhere else
I will say the women doing the girls pedicures were very nice but not worth feeling like you were completely hustled
Lesson learned - 1- be very very clear when your getting something done, double triple check the price because obviously when you make an appointment and confirm the price suddenly they just do whatever they want to get the most money out of you
2- never ever go to this salon again
