Melissa was wonderful - handled my phobia so well and made me feel as comfortable as I could. I will definitely be returning!

THIS WAS AMAZING EXPERIENCE MRS YESKOVITCHS VIBE ACTUALLY CALMED MY DISTRESS SHE TOOK THIS MIRROR WITH A BRUSH AND WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT I ACTUALLY HAD. SHE IS LIKE THE MOM/ GRANDMA YOU NEVER HAD.
SHE LOOKS SO YOUNG. AS A GUESS ID SAY SHE LOOKS BTWEEN 37-43. EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL WHEN I MENTIONED WHAT GENDER I WAS WANTING TO IDENTIFY AS. SHE EVEN ASKED ME IF SHE CAN CALL ME MR Z. HOW RESPECTFUL IS THAT?
IF THATS NOT RESPECT THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT IS. SHE EXPLAINED MY CONDITION IN TERMS I WAS ABLE TO COMPREHEND. SHE WAS VERY VERY CONFIDENT IN HER ABILITIES. WE DEFINITELY NEED MORE DOCTORS LIKE HER. SO MRS YESKOVITCHS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Am an Academic at college level and attended here twice. Appointments are never dealt with with a timely manner. Staff are Not courteous and even gossip about other patients while you sit there! I finally just left and did notify OHIP that I did not receive treatment while there as No doubt, they will try to bill as if I was there. I do Not recommend this establishment. This Clinique is located in a terrible location of the city hard to locate and homeless folks everywhere, not really Safe.

The Bela MD treatment brought a glow to my face and my skin feels fresh and renewed. Every time I go to Sudbury Skin Clinique I learn so much about taking card of my skin. The Teoxane products are the best!

Unfortunately my visit was cancer related, however credit must go where credit is do. The entire process was truly amazing. It starts with the soft spoken Roxanne who greets you. She’s a great representation and first point of contact for this clinic.
Dr. Giroux is second to none in her level of knowledge and her commitment to thoroughness. She provided answers to every question I asked and she holds both poise and class.
Her various trained technicians were equally helpful, including the medical student in practice. Christine was great at putting together the medical history and prescreen report. Melissa was so kind and truly professional throughout the entire somewhat painful procedures. Her years of commitment to this clinic were fully evidenced today. Last but not least, Christine was another very patient and helpful frontline staff who made the last part of the process really easy-thank you!
To have this level of medical expertise and fully professional staffing is a feather in Sudbury’s cap! Keep up the great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them medically or if ever I need a “refreshing” someday.
