New owner doesn't care like old one, dirty nothing works don't go there its disasters not ever going back change attitude and qualities omg its not like before, staff its amazing love them but he doesn't treat them well

**Update - Sept. 10,2023: Still dirty and messy, and on top of that, the employees were taking up nearly 75% of the machines during prime laundry time, leaving very little available for customers. And those employees are definitely not congenial, and primarily ignore every customer who comes in. ** What happened to this place? Before the pandemic I used to be in here every week to do my laundry. I was upset when the electronic payment system ripped me off for $20 (And the owners never returned my messages regarding it.), but I still kept coming because it was the cleanest and most well maintained laundromat in the area. Even during the pandemic I would venture out occasionally with the laundry and the standards were lower, but noone expected miracles during that time. However, I returned tonight after some time and I am horrified by the conditions.the floors, the machines, the whole place is filthy and feels neglected and run down. I'm afraid I may never return. So sad to come to this after what it was.

I have been using suds regularly for years and, have to say it is the best laundromat in the area! Clean, convenient and wonderful staff.

The ladies working here greet everyone with a smile and always working hard to keep it clean and an enjoyable experience all around. They are always there to answer any questions and assist when needed. I can’t say enough good things about the staff!

Who let these out of the slaughterhouse run a circus down here? I went in on Tuesday August 22 at roughly 10am. I have been going here back when it didn’t have a name, and all these years never had dealt with any issues until these swine started working there. HORRIBLE is an understatement. Both large laundry machines had clothes in them; (there are only 2 of the large machines there) — 1 was in use with 12 mins left on the clock, and the other one had clothes in it but wasn’t turned on— just clothes sitting there. The manager (yes, apparently she’s a manager with no customer service skills whatsoever), saw me standing there by the idle machine, started SMILING TO HERSELF and walked away into the back. After waiting over 10 minutes from when I came in, I asked her if she can take those clothes out because I’m not sure if the person will be coming or not. She said she already put the soaps in so she will just start it… YES it was her stuff in there, mind you; she saw me standing there at least 5-7 minutes in… she could have started it without my need to tell her considering she was doing absolutely nothing but walking around trying to seem important. She looks at the other machine and says it has 4 minutes left on it. I sit down and wait. I must have not heard the machine go off but I notice i’d been sitting close to 10 mins. A customer comes in to TALK with her and they just keep talking meanwhile she sees I’m there waiting, but she won’t make eye contact because she wants to ignore. Finally the guy leaves and she says oh yeah the machine, she says she will tell her coworker i think her name is Karina, to take the clothes out. I see the manager SIT DOWN OUTSIDE on that round pavement thing, PULL OUT A CIGARETTE and start smoking. I give it about 1-2 mins before I’m like hell no I’ve been waiting for far too long this is ridiculous, i poke my head out and KINDLY ask “hey would you be able to take the clothes out” and KARINA with her big rude mouth says “well you’re gonna have to wait. I’ll be in there soon” in some rude nasty attitude and tone while she’s done smoking, and the whole family is out there. About 4 minutes pass and she’s coming in and taking her sweet time to empty it. After that I notice there’s liquids in the top back 2 compartments; i ask the manager what that is she says it’s water I ask how do you know she says she will bring out a jug to flush it out. She comes back out with a jug full of water I asked if her solution is to pour more water in there to flush it out she says yes and I tell her then nevermind because I don’t understand why you’re filling it in the back when there is a sink at the front where I can tell it’s water… i don’t trust her ONE BIT I don’t feel comfortable her pouring an unidentified clear liquid in the machine my clothes are in. She empties it and fills it up talking about how she’s never ruined anyone’s clothes and says what do you want me to wash the jug out too I said actually yes I’d prefer that. She rolls her eyes huffing and puffing almost blew the whole place down talking about how in her 8 years this and that, I tell her quite frankly everyone has their own story they have what they’ve been doing for 8 yrs I don’t care when she’s giving attitude and that I’ve been waiting at this point close to 30 minutes to start my laundry. Karina opens her big mouth when no one was talking to her and says “well the whole world doesn’t revolve around you just because you asked to empty the machine doesn’t mean everyone is just going to stop what they’re doing for you” — valid point for customers NOT when you’re an employee and you’re aware I’ve been waiting for over 20 mins and you guys are outside smoking AND giving attitude about it? Get a grip. Do you go to work to just start problems with everyone? This place is filthy with roaming around and in charge. Racist too. Disgusting people disgusting place. Next time i will call animal control

So happy with the assistance of Crystal at Suds Launderette, Port Credit, today. She was very friendly and helpful. I found the facility clean with ample machines and parking.

Fair prices and staffs are so cooperative

I started using Suds Launderette during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and haven't stopped. Rather than lugging my laundry down the street in a bundle buggy, and having to reach far back into washing machines to retrieve my clothes (bad back), Suds now takes those often tedious and potentially risky (to my back) parts of doing the laundry away from me. It's also a cost savings since I wash some items, by hand, between Suds pickups, and find the laundry bag option quite reasonable.
The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with.

I highly recommend you give Suds a try. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised with the pickup/delivery service just like I was.and still am.

Suds Launderette picked up, delivered on time; clothes were clean, fresh, & unwrinkled. I’ll definitely use Suds again!

Great laundromat, I love the option to use an app instead of coins. The app isn't the most user friendly and I've run into a couple issues but still very glad to have the option and works great the majority of the time!

Unacceptable not to have an employee on site! We started the whole process for laundry, but the machine was broken, we used our money, soap, softener (and the place doesn't have those to sell). We had to arrange again and move our clothes to another machine. I want to be reimbursed not only for the coins inserted but also for the material that was spent. At least put a notice when the machine is broken! Provide a phone number (where someone will pick up) and/or keep someone responsible to solve the problems on site! Edited after your answered: Nobody was there, a laundry's car it was parked by our side, but nobody in and the place where usually employees be it was closed by that white fence. We called at the time to the phone number on the sign, nobody picked up, we left voice message with our number for you call us back. It was machine number 17.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.

GARBAGEPLACE. Very bias, Ver unfair treatment of customers. Weather you go there to wash your clothes then dry somewhere else. Or wash somewhere else and choose to dry here. Should not matter if you are paying for the machine or service. Service should not be based on race, what you choose to wear that day or weather you simply want to use one machine then leave. Refusing customers in this way can lead to a lawsuit.

I actually really really like it here. There's an app that pairs with the devices in the laundromat and to me that's brand new. The people are friendly and the neighborhood is really nice. Plus convenient parking in the back. I only gave it 4 stars because it's quite expensive

I highly recommend Suds Launderette - they provide friendly service and maintain very clean facilities.

They are a courteous staff and foster a welcoming environment. During my time there, all patrons were treated kindly and with respect. The prices were also very reasonable in my opinion, especially for drying.

I hadn’t previously used the payment app and I was walked through it step by step which made paying for the washer/dryer very easy. Everything is in one app and it was great for keeping track of the various cycles going on and how much time was left.

The facilities were impeccably maintained, the machines worked well and there was ample space to organize your belongings. Highly recommend if you’re in need of laundry services.

Laundromat is big and has several machines. It’s open till 11pm which is a nice option and Monday to Friday’s they have a 50% option from 5am to 8am
