Best place for Bing Chilling and their options are so diverse. There are so many things to try and I would come here when I suffer from indecision because there's nothing to eat in London.

Rude staff was waiting for order in our seat and got up because it took 40 minutes and staff doesn’t even acknowledge you and food has been sitting in fridge. Had to stand up to give order and stand up to get food how is this allowed? Poor training of staff

The service is problematic: chatting loudly in front of customers.tasteless main dishes.will probably not go back and not recommended unfortunately.

This place served us an undercooked waffle. We called them 5 times to come over and look at it. They gave us another one with the waffle perfectly cooked. I asked them why they would even serve us an undercooked waffle that looks like it’s been squashed. They kept ignoring us even after us calling multiple times and I had to go up to her and tell her. Even after there was no apology or recognition. I definitely would not recommend this place the service is awful. The waffle is nothing like it was pictured. We also waited 30 minutes for this waffle and when we tried to order and ask questions they just walked away while asking them. Go somewhere else.

I used to frequent here but have since gone elsewhere and today decided to come back only to be extremely disappointed with the service.

Menu has changed and workers are incompetent with using it. Small portions. Poor service. Not worth the time or money. Moreover the servers are extremely rude and not even aware how their ordering system works. It is a self ordering system through a QR code that is available on the side of the table, where all almost all items are now DIY and require you to choose many options through several steps. The instructions are poorly written with added charges that do not make sense on certain options.

Upon ordering and placing the order with special instructions, the servers spent well over 40 minutes to prepare our three orders even though we were the only customers in the restaurant, and did not read any instructions on the custom DIY egg waffle order. When I inquired about the extra scoop for the charge, one of them came back to rudely say there are no mistakes and did not even know there was special instructions. I had to pull up my order on my phone to show them the order notes in my order history and they needed a whole team to decipher this order behind their computer, while the rest of our friends finished eating their order. The workers rudely dismissed the concerns and told me the DIY instructions don’t apply as there are surcharges for different flavours. They brought out a separate physical book/menu that indicates all this (even though this physical menu is not available to customers). I don’t understand why this was not made available for customers to order from, despite that they don’t even know how to use their own electronic ordering system.

It was beyond disappointing and my friends and I were extremely unsatisfied with the poor customer service, the unjust charges that are not transparent, and the fact that they are not accountable and lack the knowledge to even use their own ordering system. Portions did not match the price and they also try their best not to serve you at the table, and make customers come up to the counter. Strongly would not recommend.

Paid 11.49 dollar for this deep fried mixed balls. Not even worth half of the price. The portion is too small and the food is chewy like eating rubber. Very disappointed and will not come back.

Generous portions, beautiful presentation, high quality desserts! I had the strawberry banana mille feuille which was delicious, and the jasmine fruit tea which was also wonderful. Definitely a cute place to have a sweet treat.

First time ordering it. Worst ice cream ever. I will never eat again. Who put corn flakes in ice cream. It got stuck in my throat, it took sometime to swallow it. I cant imagine I spent $20 on this.

The food is excellent and the service was great! We were worried about trying here because of the reviews but quickly were wrong. Normally me and my sister never finish dessert but we did here because everything is so light.
Will definitely go again!

I haven’t been to one since college bc the location in my hometown shutdown so I was excited when I saw it open. Great desserts. Staff were so polite and fast. Loved the vibe and atmosphere. And the food was amazing. Prices are super fair in my opinion!

Yesterday we drank lychee and aloe vera tea at Tangji in Toronto and found it delicious, so we decided to order a cup in London today, but I didn’t expect it to be two different things. The quality is terrible. I don't know that the taste of the same chain store can vary so much. Too disappointed!

Build your own bubble waffle is my go to with fresh fruit and toppings! We also ordered marshmallow toast and takoyaki! I also enjoy their different flavours of popcorn chicken. Nice and crispy! One of my favourite snacks spots if I'm craving something sweet or savoury!

Their main dishes are okay- honestly I’d only recommend their sweets and appetizers.

Not sure what happened to this place. Came here a year after a previous visit and the quality has really diminished. Maybe a bad night, but the food was simply awful.

Cheesecake was extremely dry. Putting a fork through it made it crumble like dry sand.
All the chicken dishes we had seemed to be made with the worst parts of the chicken. Full of hard cartilage and fat.
Noodles we had were extremely overdone. Basically disintegrating into the bowl.
Even the fries were mediocre, but they were the only thing my friends and I ended up eating.
