The food was awesome I love their desserts menu specially the shaved ice

Their kimchi Fries was a 10/10 - spicy and savour and warm!

Service was quite quick and servers were kind.

I do wish they had more seating available on weekends!

Extremely disappointed and wish I could get my money back. I waited 40 minutes for 1 waffle. They didn’t assemble anything and just threw the waffle in a paper bag. They weren’t busy and provided no customer service. Once again, wish I could speak to a manager to rectify the dissatisfaction… don’t recommend.

Got shaved mango ice. Tasted good, was good enough to satisfy any sweet tooth craving.

The location was nice, lovey ambiance, great choice in music.

Must say though, the process of ordering the dessert/meal online while being in the store was slightly odd to me, but it worked and I enjoyed it.

Would have been better if they had more of their menu options available, all of them were sold out. Not exactly sure if it was because they didn’t have it, or because it was late at night. Would overall rate 6.8/10

Very disappointing, the ingredients were stale and didn't fit the menu, everything tasted like it was microwaved and the taro balls were hard.

Such a cute place. Food was priced reasonably and was really really good! Would def recommend the shaved ice and any kinda fries.

I wouldn't come here for dinner, the quality isn't the best. Ide recommend the mixed fried appetizer and kimchi fries they are worth trying. The dessert on the other hand has never let me down, the portions are also very generous. Everything is pretty cute, and reasonably priced. Would recommend for a sweet tooth and IG.

Food and drinks are fairly priced and pretty good. A bit of a wait time on Friday and Saturday nights. Taiwanese fried popcorn chicken is one of the best items on the menu. Highly recommended

Service takes awhile, Unfortunately this is how everything is now a days. Everyone is short staffed.

I ordered a black glutinous rice ball with tarp and coconut milk dessert, and also the mango bingsu. They first made a mistake and almost gave me the wrong thing. Then when I got the order - the glutinous rice balls were hard and not chewy. It also had way too much red bean (which I don’t recall being part of the item, but maybe I misread). Also I had asked for extra condensed milk for the mango bingsu, and I asked for it on the side. The Bingsu did not have extra condensed milk and it was also not on the side. This was a takeout order so I could not go back to the restaurant. Overall, a waste of $20 for desserts I was really craving - and both of them were ruined.

The food was served in a timely manner and a staff member that goes by Lee made it so much better, he was super kind and gave off good vibes. A gentle giant indeed.

They have a system that separates the bill by online ordering and they still had us separate bills ourselves.the food was alright our server were really hands off aside from delivering the food. I felt like we did their work

I'd love to make this store succeed. They will, if they do the following:
1) hire a polite staff that will make conversations with the customers, the person serving there has a sad face the whole time and not showing even a smile. Have someone who is friendly to your customers and not serious all the time.
2) improve your lights, change your lights to white brighter lights. The lights right now are yellow and dull, it makes the store looks sad and dull.
3) remove the clutter from the store. You cannot have a freezer and boxes at the front in front of where customers are sitting.
4) repaint the walls to a lighter colors, it's currently black and sad. I love the look of the bricks and lines on them.
5) change the black board to an LED screen to show things clearly.
I hope these things will be considered. The food is good so I'm giving 3/5 stars. I will change to 5/5 starts once I see better changes.

Mr. Lee is the most nice waiter here, he has a nice attitude and a good manner, btw, I love the 绵绵冰 here, it tastes so good, hopefully next time Lee will still here to serve me when I come!

I met up with a new acquaintance and we had a fantastic talk! I ordered 'Cheesy baked creamy chicken cutlet pasta' and she ordered 'Taiwanese styled popcorn chicken with rice. ' This was the first time I had a fresh meal at sugar marmalade, and it was unexpectedly excellent and hot. I was excited!

We even had a Taiwanese bubble tea shaved ice dessert, which was the perfect way to close our night!

Placed an order for 4 items on their menu at 11pm on my way home from downtown.

Now it's 1120pm and they tell me my order is canceled so I walked in because I'm already here parked and she tells me their kitchen is closed.

I'm like "there's 40 mins left"
and she shrugged and just apologized.

Horrible. Just inconsistent.

Do not accept credit cards and especially no American debit cards? U get one star. 6.2022.two stars because they still don't accept credit cards.

Bought a BG1 and other foods for takeout. The BG1 dessert tasted sour and it was precipitated.we realized the dessert went bad. They sure didn’t make their dessert from fresh when you order.

We arrived 1h 15mins before closing to place an order. Upon arriving we were told it was last call although they just seated another set of customer a few seconds before. We then proceeded to ask if we could place a takeout order. The staff informed to write down our order and giving it the waiter in which we did. A few minutes later we were told that 3/4 items were sold out. We then proceeded to look through the rest of the menu and a few seconds later they also seem to have run out of the last item we wanted. It probably was the truth but the service that was provided for the time we were there was extremely unprofessional and it made it seem like they just didn't want to serve us.

I surely will not be visiting this establishment again.

Good serving portions, serve times are okay. Server forgot to give cutlery and napkins. Using the qr code menu is tricky if you're used to using physical menus
