I order on Uber eats and had some promotions. After about 7 minutes from order theys end me a notification saying they wanted 33$ instead of 28. So I canceled it and they tried charging me 20$ still I haven't tried the food but it looks good. Just avoid using the on Uber or slip

Takes 30 minutes just for 2 slices mind you their not even making it their just warming it up but it still tasted good

I wish i could give a zero star.
Worst food the chicken was smelly and cold in the sandwich. The restaurant is a small place with load of dirt and bad smell.
They treat you bad and the food makes you vomit.
Please dont go there!

Got two burgers and they were so soggy, bread as smushed and I was surprised at the appearance to be honest. The beef bacon was also hard as a rock. Pizza was not good the cheese is not melted properly and it was a little soggy as well. Will not be ordering from here again.

Me and my kids usually love their poutine but the one I just got has barely any gravy, it’s really dry.

Went a couple times and loved it. The guys that served us were great to talk to, and even remembered that one of us was lactose intolerant on a return visit. The food is very good, and the fries have always been given in a heaping helping. Great place!

So lately they've been short on poutine sizes.
So I chose to express that.
When picking up, a man said you want to look. Said I trust you.
Had the most under gravey poutine.
I'm discusteted and don't recommend this restaurant.

I'll make my own poutine sauce.

This place is awesome. Great tasting food, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service, would recommend 10x over. And their fries are literally 100x better than your favorite fry place.

Most affordable and best tasting restaurant in Ottawa. Check out their walk-in specials - amazing prices. Pepperoni and Meat Lovers pizza is perfect with right amount of toppings & cheese! Philly Cheese Steak options are and their meat and cheese pies are pretty good. Buffalo chicken poutine has perfect amount of cheese curds, gravy and tangy chicken. Cheap and best large pepperoni or cheese pizzas. Sambousa is the only mediocre thing. Friendly service.

Food was great price point awesome and staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean definitely ticked all my boxes

Had really good burgers and poutine from here! The beef patties were thick and juicy, and the overall burgers were delicious. The poutine was incredible with the buffalo chicken. The fries were crispy too! Cant wait to try the pizzas next!

My mother was worried that it was not halal and I was able to prove to her it is. She did not want to believe that such amazing fast food can be halal but it is. The pizza is the most beautiful looking pizza i have ever ordered in ottawa. I get the pepperoni without extra cheese and even friends and family agree on how well it is made. The flavour is far beyond what you would expect from a low priced large pizza. Seriously, the prices are amazing. The boneless chicken wings are spicy and flavourful, almost like a nugget without bread, with all the flavour and heat of normal chicken wings. I will only ever order fast food from here from now on. I hope they never change the way they do things (at least from what i have mentioned), cuz this is truly a diamond in the rough.

Ordered pizza and dessert tonight and it was delish! The cheese had that perfect crispness on top and the cake was moist and so, so good. Will be back!

Always a great hospitable vibe and quality economical food options. Staff are all-around excellent and consistent. The Philly steak options (sub, pizza; etc) are a must try and so are the pizzas and poutine with house garlic.

They have good deals and decent garlic dipping sauce, pretty sure its homemade. I got the large walk in special and they gave me a free topping. Thank you

Awesome little place, I don't know the name of the nice lady who owns it but she did a great job turning this place around from what it was before she took over but once you did she made it great. As a Muslim I can appreciate very much that it is 100% halal. As an Arab I can tell you that her chicken shawarma as much juicier the 95% of the other Shawarma places. I just ordered a shawarma sandwich with some samosas on the side, and it was awesome. I wholeheartedly recommend this Gem of a place that serves everything from shawarma to signature poutine, to Pizza, burgers and awesome desserts. Check out their menu and order from here. We took burgers, it was everything but burger. Take a look at the pictures you’ll get what I mean. Last time I’m ordering from this place, extremely disappointing.

Very very good food! The pizza was amazing! Great flavor and the crust was really good, airy andfluffy. The poutine was very good with cheese curds and dark gravy and fries cooked perfectly! Would highly recommend this place, prices are fair as well.

Went back today January 22nd for the Philly cheese steak pizza, again super well made, great crust and good flavor. Very impressed once again.

I like the gravy in the poutine, meat and cheese pie which is Yummy and great sambuza.friendly staff but the taste and the quality of the food is not consistent so hopefully you go on a good day.

Wow so many postings that it's Halal. Very artistic design inside and the food is fast food but quite decent. You can ask for custom toppings.

Decent pizza, but pretty obviously a frozen-food aisle pizza that they baked. Not bad, and reasonably priced, but don’t go in there expecting a fresh pie.

I've found the quality of the food to be very inconsistent. The -only- reason I continue to order is due to the deals they often have on ubereats and how fast delivery typically is. I've had burgers with the wrong toppings, samosas (2/3 times) being undercooked and I ALWAYS get the crispy fries and yet this time around they were undercooked too. It almost seemed like the crispy fries weren't "fresh" or maybe were microwaved? Some were cold and others were hot.

If the food was consistent I'd happily pay more, but there's always at least one thing wrong and I only put up with it because it is so inexpensive. At the end of the day it's very 50/50. Quality control is just not there.

(The one samosa order I had was cooked to perfection. A nice golden brown and hot on arrival. It was amazing. It's unfortunate that's not what you'll typically get.)

The food tasted great! Very reasonable prices and big portions relative to the prices. Their cheese burgers are REALLY tasty! Fast-food usually makes my stomach hurt a bit, but I felt fine after eating here. Thank you!

Ordered a large meat lovers through skip the dishes and have to say I'm very happy I tried it out, the quality and price are amazing especially with how much other pizza places are charging nowadays, well try again in the future thanks for the pizza!

Very pleasant staff, the place was clean with parking in the back which is always a bonus. We had the philly steak sand which was delicious and a good size.

Not bad! They have a pretty good spread of choices to choose from. We ordered 2 large pizzas, poutine, mozerella sticks, and house garlic.

Here are my comments: the pizzas were okay (I found them salty and undercooked, but my husband said they were decent), the poutine had a lot of gravy but not a lot of cheese, the mozerella sticks were so good but there weren't a lot, and the house garlic never came: ( (they forgot about it?).

So overall, not bad for the price you pay- but not excellent.

An awesome community focused restaurant - something you don't see often enough. I order pizza and burgers here, and while its nothing fancy, it always hits the spot! Thank you for delicious food and good value, all the best!

Truly awesome staff and they are very generous. I ordered from uber eats and they didn’t have an option for sodas so I put a note saying I couldn’t find an option for sodas so if you kindly would put one in there for me I’d appreciate it. They absolutely did and this was a very prominent act of generosity. Truly speaks about the staff and management. Great experience. Also their double cheese burger is da boooomb so juicy and cheesy. Great work guys keep it up.:)

It's great service and awesome food. Just dropped my five star to a three star review. Just went and ordered in store a mushroom melt platter. The fries were over cooked.and way to much salt. The melt it's self although tasty was way to many onions a you cod taste was onions. I will return as this is the first time I got food I didnt like.

Hidden Gem!

The poutine is pretty dang good and comes with St Alberts cheese curds, the only thing I would change is the French fries but that’s me being picky.

The burgers are on par with 5guys and they are half the price.so so good and I highly recommend the double cheeseburger.
