I had a friend from out of town visit and we wanted to have a little spa day. We both chose the sparkle package which included 30min massage, facial and pedicure. We added an extra 30 min to the massage and we had a wonderful time. Reasonably priced and the employees there were great! Carol provided the massage and Katie provided the facial and pedicure.

I booked a manicure, carefully reiterating to the receptionist via phone, I had shellac polish on from another salon, I wanted it removed (if that was possible) and was hoping to get a nice relaxing manicure, she didn't hesitate at all and booked me in immediately. Let's be honest here, I can have my shellac removed anywhere.
My sister had a mani/pedi done here a month ago and raved about it so I thought I'd give it a try.
Upon arriving the receptionist looked at my nails and said "are these acrylic"? To which I replied "No, they're not", again as stated over the phone, these are my nails with shellac polish, knowing that full well, and I'm not sure how much more clear I could have been, she took me to the back where I waited and was greeted by a lovely lady. Lady working on my nails told me transparently, it will be a challenge to take the shellac off, however, she will be able to do it. My old polish was removed, nails were filed, new colour was applied, a different type of polish, which I am aware of. The manicure portion was not done, I wasn't going to make a fuss at the end of the night, I was tired and wanted to go home as I'm sure the ladies working were as well.
I paid $70 for the service plus tip because it was well deserved, again, I could have gone anywhere to have polish removed and reapplied, literally ANYWHERE for a fraction of the cost, I came here for the experience, that not only did I NOT get and sprinkled with some attitude.
I spoke to the manager over the phone, whom not only made me feel like I knew nothing about nails, and repeatedly kept saying I had acrylic nails, along with some other non-sense. I could clearly sense she was getting irritable and was rude at this point, then she finally asks "Natalija, what would you like me to do"? Well Becky, I would like for you to give me my 1hr and 30mins back, oh and my $70! If you cannot perform a service don't say you "CAN" and take my money, I would rather you turn me away, I would have had no problem with that. Manager stated over the phone that had she been there at the time of my appt, she would have turned me away, that's not a professional answer and at that point you're just a terrible manager, as all of you employees should be aligned with you on that matter.
Don't be rude and condescending people, especially if you have a "Manager" role.
It costs $0 to be nice and polite.

I have been for a pedicure and facial
this past week with Shasteen and she is wonderful! I am an aesthetician so I am picky bc I know what should be expected. Shasteen did a meticulous job on my pedicure and she knows how to provide a fantastic facial! 5 stars for her!

Usually really good but haven’t been able to book online here.
Their online booking service doesn’t let you scroll to the bottom and agree to terms of service and submit it.
Not sure about on the computer but I had to book elsewhere.

Sarah S has been doing my brows for a about a year now. I would not trust anyone else with them! I would drive an hour to get them done by her. The front staff was so incredibly sweet, they explained that they now have a new booking system so I bc can’t request Sarah online but they can help me through insta dm. The building is beautiful, great aesthetic. The woman at the front was actually following up with a woman on the phone after she noticed she hadn’t been in for a bit, that’s great customer service! I will be back again and again

Went in for a ' boujie' facial, it was anything but!
I believe they are running a scam. I left after arriving freshly showered looking and feeling like I had been dragged through a kindergarten class.
I can provide better facial care standing in my bathroom with a tub of Noxema.
Don't waste your time or money on this ridiculously overpriced spa!
I'm a very good 'tipper' and I left without so much as a hint of guilt for not tipping.they need to get staff in there that are experienced and use products that actually cleanse your face (it's what your paying for)
I had to pick off some sort of green paste from my face for a half hour after leaving, which was quite noticeable.

If you’ve never been to a spa, and have zero expectations this place will do just fine; if you’re looking for professionalism, and services that you won’t be disappointed in then I recommend a place like White Oaks, or even OGGI Spa.

I had such a wonderful experience here. As soon as I walked in the air was calm and relaxing. The staff were helpful and kind. I am very happy with the pedicure I received from Emma. She was sweet and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend Sugar & Spice to anyone who wants to be pampered!
