It's a really good place for healing your body. They have good Support staff. Their Professional staff is well trained and accommodate all your problems during your therapy.
Zeaky was the one who attended me and was too good with her work. Definitely I ll be visiting again for relaxation therapy.

One of the best massages I ever had. Barbie was so good with her hands and clearly understood the pain points and gave the treatment accordingly. Also, she gave a real full-body massage. Highly recommend Barbie for a full-body relaxation massage.

Walid gave an excellent massage! Staff were friendly and welcoming! The waiting area looks so cozy! Kudos to the front desk for the last minute accommodation. Will definitely be coming back.

I am so pleased with my experience here. I've come back. The staff are very friendly and efficient. There is a nice seating area. The place is very clean and personally, I might even say it's my favourite place to get a massage in the GTA at the moment. Since it's a little far for me, I don't get to visit often but I strongly recommend this place.

Both my husband and I went here for massages and were pretty pleased with their services. We got swedish and deep tissue massages and the RMTs were amazing! We felt relaxed and really enjoyed every minute of it. They had a private calm room for us with relaxing music that was perfect and were very nice. Will definitely come again!

I went here for my first sugaring and it was honestly a great experience! It was quick and nearly painless. The regrow was great as the hair came back so thin. I can never go back to regular wax! Also the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

My first time appointment was with Brittany. She spoke with me to calm me down, and was as gentle as you can be while getting sugared. She made the experience not so dreadful, and I left wanting to do it again- and I have! It was great experience with her and I would definitely recommend this place.

It was my first time getting a body scrub and Guri made me feel very comfortable. I also did my eyebrows with Ara and they turned out perfect! The place was very clean too.

The salon staff is very professional, they have the best body massage and facials. I’ve tried multiple other salons, their the best. The massage therapists and RMTs are well versed and know the pressure points which is the most important aspect in my opinion.

I’d recommend their facials and body massages whether it’s a relaxation one or deep tissue - I’ve been coming here since a few years now and glad I found this place.

First, I want to say Walid did my massage and he does not deserve 2 stars. He was excellent, 5/5.

However, I booked a couples massage for my wife's birthday. This spa failed to mention that couples massages are not in the same room due to Covid, and they had many opportunities to mention this. My wife and I wouldn't have even been as upset if they mentioned this beforehand.

Furthermore my wife did not enjoy her massage at all. Although she was very nice, it was a complete waste of time for my wife. She later explained the female who was supposed to give her a deep tissue Swedish massage was just giving her a finger/hand rub instead.despite my wife asking her to go deeper.

Beware the policy is to charge full price to cancel if you have COVID symptoms. Seems like they would rather symptomatic clients attend their appointment.

I have been coming back here since then for the Brazilian sugaring. Friendly, professional and enthusiastic staff. Sugaring services are phenomenal & always over the top.

I recommend this spa for individuals who are insecure and self conscience about themselves. I’ve never once had a problem or concern with coming here. Judgment free zone & no anxiety when I go in.

If I can travel 2.5 hours back from the country to the city just to come here. It’s definitely worth every penny

I found this place through a Facebook group that I'm a part of and I absolutely love this place! CLEAN! Knowledgeable staff, they do everything from facials, nails, and massages. Went for a Brazilian and a week and a bit later and still no bumps or in-growns. They got a great finishing product for all that. I've recommended this place to all my friends and I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience hear with my first time trying out sugaring. Brittney was great and Jasmine gave me a fabulous massage. Will definitely make this my go to spot massages and hair removal. Everyone was also very friendly.

Jessica runs an amazing spalon. Our services have been with her and Sydney. They are all welcoming, understanding, courteous, and very professional. They are really good at what they do, and although they work very quick, they give each client the time they need. Having been going here for almost a year now, they had our attention before, but now they have our loyalty.

Never in my life I’ve had worse acne on my face. I kept trying topical creams, salicylic acid wipes etc etc and they were starting to come in control. But what my face needed was a professional treatment to complement my at-home efforts and that’s when I visited SM&M and got a cooling Casmara facial with high frequency treatment.
6/5 for hygiene: They were judiciously following all hygiene and disinfecting requirements humanly possible.
5/5 for the Vibe and Service: The vibe, and everyone on their team was super helpful and they suggested what was best option for my problem area. They even told me about what I should anticipate after the treatment and that the facial treatment will help complement and supplement my at-home efforts and they were right.
5/5 for the actual treatment: The high frequency treatment helped to control my acne breakout as Britney zapped them meticulously️️ She was so kind and kept me informed about what she was applying and how it’s going to help.
I highly recommend this place.
They gave me a pocket mirror? (to remind me to admire myself more), and a post facial care sachet from Casmara. Britney even packed my mask in a ziplock bag and asked me to reuse it again within 24 hours as it fit right to my face lol

Came here recently for a massage and Facial. I had my massage with Selena followed by my facial with Brittany and wow. 2 back to back immaculate service experiences, these girls. I’ve never had a full full body massage where they included my feet and hands and turn me over, then the facials came with a face and hand massage, I think I got more than what I paid for it was just so good. I loved it so so much and glad I found you guys, covid has really brought me down and you girls really made me feel special. Very grateful for the experience and will book again. Thank you so so much, I’ve already told my friends and family bout this place.

I love the service here! The staff know how to treat their clients well so they leave feeling well taken care of. They may not get it spot on every time with the results, but they will do their very best to get as close as possible. That, for me, is a huge win.

I treated my son and myself to a massage for his birthday. As soon as we walked inside we were greeted kindly and attended to. The service was smooth and better than I expected. I was nervous about my son being alone in the massage room but the massage therapists made him feel welcomed, safe and comfortable! My son told me he LOVED his experience and I also loved mine! I will definitely be bookkinf here again. The prices are also affordable unlike some other agencies.

I initially found this place via Groupon but I have been coming back here for probably 2 years and the service is always welcoming and pleasant. The Online booking process is super easy and they’re very responsive when you call for questions. My favourite services are the sugaring and massages. They do a very good job and take pride in their work, every visit and always educate you on their products & how to improve your skin. Absolutely recommend!

I highly recommend Walid, RMT. His clinical work is amazing when it comes to therapeutic massage. I just finished chemotherapy and struggling with a lot of body aches, muscle pain and neuropathy. Walid at our first appointment took time to review my medical history and discussed my specific needs for treatment. Before starting, he first explained what to expect during treatment and answered all my questions. He is very professional during the whole treatment duration and the message made a significant help in alleviating some of the pain! For anyone who needs real massage treatment due to pain or if you just need a relaxing massage, I highly recommend Walid. I look forward for my next appointment. It is also important to share that all the employees I met at the Spalon are very kind and helpful. The spalon is also very clean and welcoming. Definitely worth the visit.

It shows in their professionalism. When I come its strictly good client treatment. The owner cares for me so well, and so do the employees. I feel good after leaving the establishment. They make everyone feel special? And they give special care to everyone. Very clean, if you want to find a place that's sanitary, you've found it!
