I bought chicken chilly which have no tast and they just put a small two pieces of chicken breast

Got take out there and they put my food in an used container. The container had left overs of a different dish ut was all old and crusty too it was disgusting. Made me almost gag once I figured it out. My food was on top and the old food was under it ane all around the edges. Never went back there again. Pity because I just started going there and the food was ok but after this experience I stopped.

Service was alright, but the food portions were horrid. Extremely small portions that did not satisfy. Overall decent food, would only return if portion sizes increased. Naan had barely any butter as well. Nos buenos.

As we were waiting for the food and watching the mouthwatering food photography on the store screen, I was hoping the food is as good as the pics there. And it was indeed very delicious and had nostalgic back homish taste. Chapli kabab, Bihari kebab, biryani and more, shared with my mom, sis and family, all awesome. The young female owner was also very delightful to speak with. Great culinary experience!

Ordered through skip the dish, ordered 2 meat dishes.was not impressed with the portions, came in the smallest container and only like 3 pc of chicken cubes? Not impressed

I ordered one full platter and one half Karachi goat curry. I was been charged for a full goat curry. When I asked the owner why should pay for full when I ordered half, she argued and said we served you full.

Portions of karahi are way too small to be considered as a full karahi! It was less than half a karahi!

Worse service and charged more from the given menu and upon asking replied dinning ate expensive the Uber Eat

The experience at Sultan BBQ and Grill was amazing! The karahi chicken was the best item on the menu, which our whole family loved. We loved Sana, who was very welcoming and had great service. Highly recommend to others and we will be ordering again!

What a Gem in Scarborough the food is really delicious and well cooked, prices were cheaper than other places, staffs are really nice, today was my first time in this restaurant, after having dinner definitely I put this review, I recommend this place for everyone.

The Biryani was and the naan was good. 1 thing. The was not good the meat has some wired taste. And I love what you put like the Allah sign

Worst place to dine in or takeout no wonder why is it not busy at all we ordered chicken chilli and chicken wings and chicken wings were so small and chicken chilli was served in more gravy and less chicken pieces gravy tasted like a lot of tomato ketchup.would never recommend to dine-in or takeout! Waste of money

Best Briyani in Scarborough. They serve halal food. More quantity for less price. The menu has more varieties.

The food combo meals are affordable for a family of two and consist of everything from starter, curry Naan and Biryani. Taste wise Biryani is okay, Karahi and Kebabs are very good.

If you going there just make sure you guys have patience to wait as they took 25-30 minutes because it was freshly cooked and was very yummy. Plus staff was very polite.

Food was good for the mix platter for 2 and it was a solid the hospitality was amazing as well as the service as the owners were great. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to have a family style dinner.

Everything was delicious, they make spicy food but they were very kind when we asked for not spicy dishes and made everything suitable for us. Nice ambience too, we’re definitely coming back

Sorry to have to write this, guys. But I've been wanting to try this restaurant for quite a while. I decided to order 2 chicken kebabs, rice and salad combo. I already bit down on two pieces of tiny bone. Surprised my tooth didn't chip. Also the 'salad' is a tiny portion of chopped lettuce with a tiny piece of tomato. They also forgot to put my drink in with my delivered order. Also the meat is way too spicy. Almost inedible. And I love spicy food. Why does every single thing have to be spicy? Lol even the rice. Wasted money here. I hope skip The dishes refunds me for part because of the drink and no dressing for salad.

Very good eating experience. The staff is very friendly and the food was delicious! I really recommend this restaurant for any family and/or for lunch time.

First time at this place, we tried weekend breakfast Halwa Puri special,
2 huge puris, Lahori Chana, Aloo terkari, Halwa, mixed pickle.
Everything had authentic Pakistani taste, food portions were very generous.
Place is clean with air conditioning, service was fast and friendly.
Nice to see a local family business trying their best to serve local community.
Overall we were very pleased with our first experience and will definitely be back to try their other dishes as well as recommendation to our family and friends.

We had the lamb beryani and butter chicken and it was amazing! So much flavor! This seems to be a family business run by very nice people. I definitely recommend it.

Best Garlic Naan i’ve ever had. They had some amazing variety of chicken and the Ras-Malai at the end was a perfect addition.

Although I haven't tried all of the items on the their Menu, but after trying the ones, especially their "DAILY SPECIALS", I can definitely recommend this Pakistani (Cusine) Resturant to anyone looking for some authentic "HALAL DESI FOOD". There rates are nominal, and above all the portion they offer, especially the rice, could be good for both lunch & dinner (atleast, this works for me).
I heard some of the customers commending their BBQ; havE tried their Wraps (Chicken, Beef and Tikka Kebab Wraps, especially with some extra sauce inside), Biryani, Pulao, Qeema Naan, Halwa Puri (weekend only), and those are indeed yummy; it's just not one time, I have been in a way become their regular customer, because of how they maintain their food's quality&quantity
The food is always fresh, so be ready to wait for atleast 20 mins for your order or better to order on phone and pick up later for those with really hungry bellies
Also had the experience of ordering their Large Tray of CHICKEN BIRYANI, and it was excellent.
They also offer free food for the needy, I think between 3-5pm
For all the above mentioned reasons above, (Honestly, I am not being Paid or Sponsored for this long review) I'd Highly suggest&recommend this PAKISTANI RESTAURANT!

My husband ordered 3 chicken tikka wraps. The chicken is totally burnt - how can you serve this food to customers? Waste of money

Edit: picture added. We were so upset. All 3 wraps had burnt chicken and naan, totally inedible. My mom, husband and me.

We ordered bbq platter, nihari, paya and haleem. The Nihari was excellent, very soft meat. Bbq platter was also good, quantity was good two. Its a halal place.

Not recommended zero quality and zero quantity, they really reduce the quantity and prices are high, as the food taste is also below average.

They have the best Halwa Poori in Scarborough! The puri and halwa had just the right amount of oil. The cholay and Alu were full of flavors. Can’t wait to order it again next weekend.

I always cater at this place. Fresh meat is always used, fresh food is always served. Owner Imran bhai is very friendly and accommodaes to custom requests. From meat dishes to vegetarian dishes, from rice to curries to naan everything is amazing. Good hearted people serving food with love. I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5.

Dine in food is double the price compared to take out and food is served in paper plates. Quality needs to be improved

I order from many places and challenges faced are bad customer service, pickup time when you arrive you have to wait long and/or not organized. Imran from Sultan BBQ & Grill was amazing! Everything as said was delivered on time. Food was amazing not oily or spicy, portion size was perfect and taste on the food was not only liked by myself but my guests enjoyed and complimented. Thats when you know the food catered was indeed excellent. Hats off to Imran and his staff. For sure I will be a returning customer.

Liked the kebabs, the management is good. Food quantity is fine. The naan was amazing. I liked the family running the restaurant. Good desi vibes.

My best friends surprised me with a Birthday Party at this restaurant. It was in the middle of the Pandemic but the restaurant staff was able to setup a patio arrangement for 6 with a shed/umbrella as it was raining. The staff here is very thoughtful and kind. They gave us disposable cutlery! They're really hospitable and nice. They do provide free food for homeless or Needy everyday between 3: 00 PM to 5: 00 PM. Please check them out, they've got delicious food.

Horrible food and pathetic customer service. I got rice pudding and it tasted as if I was eating some skin care product or sunscreen. I started throwing up and it ruined my whole dinner. I drove all the way back just to let the restaurant know so other people don't suffer and the lady at counter was extremely rude. She opened another pudding box and showed me it looks ok. I told her to taste it at which she agreed to refund me. She didn't have the audacity to apologize for the whole experience. She should take 101 basic etiquettes and customer service. Never going back!

I live close by and discovered first time on Uber eats. Have been ordering direct after first order for over 3 months now. This place offers great value. I have not been disappointed so far. The consistency is not the best. The lamb Biryani I ordered and keep going back to, is great at times and average at worst. Still good value. I will take away 1 star for consistency. Else it is indeed a great place for the price and you also have a lot of options to choose from. Extra points cos it tastes like home. This place is a 4.5 for me. But since there's no. 5 option it gets a 4. I recommend this place.

I visited Sultans after 3 years with my son, after his soccer game, we ordered the veal biriyani and the tandoori fish. Both were finished in a span of 20 minutes lol, fresh, meat tender, and the fish was grilled so well and very flavorful.deeeelicious! Loved it, and the service was wonderful we will be back.often I am sure!

I came here with a group for my best friends bday. We were blown away by the customer service. On short notice an outdoor umbrella was prepared due to the rain. The staff had exceptional communication and were very well organized. We also really enjoyed the food! Well done and keep up the good work:)

I came to the restaurant for the first time، There is a lot of delicious food, and eat their veal pulao, bhindi masala and chicken Tikka roll, Everything was delicious and the price was very low, and everyone should come here and try the food

Very nice place for authentic tastes. I got chance to have their Chicken Biryani and chiken Karahi. Both dishes have awesome taste. Looked like every dish is made with care and love. Humble and very friendly owner. In total a great experience to have our lunch there.

First visit was great. Biryani was extra ordinary. Bit today i revisited from Richmond Hill. Travel 40 minutes and ordered biryani and Bhari Kabob. It was 3-5 pieces all burnt. Raita they gave was one month old. Biryani was normal nothing like first visit. Never expected this worst quality in bit expensive prices will never will dare to go again.

Tried the bihari kebab combo. Not so good. Far away from Pakistani taste. No outdoor dining only take out on tables.

I was just randomly walking past this restaurant yesterday, and I decided to try their food. I’m Caribbean and vegetarian and Indian food is one of the few types that offer many vegetarian options. This restaurant ended up being the best Pakistani and Indian food I’ve tasted in years. They deserve more credit. Completely worth the price and the customer service was great. I will definitely be a regular at this restaurant now. Delicious!

I bought BBQ platter for 4, there was no salad, instead platter was full of rice. Quantity of BBQ was also not sufficient. Taste was OK. I won't recommend. I had a bad experience.

If you looking for pakistani bbq then this place wont do justice. The bihari was very dry and lacking flavors. While the kabab was still better and rice were of good quality but bbq platter was full of rice and quantityof meat was very less.

Nihari was also not upto the standard, while the texture / consistency was good it was lacking spice and the meat in nihari was also not of good quality.

This is my go to place for the past 2 years. Good quantity and taste.
I lived on their daily specials everyday for almost a year. The only con is you need to place the order 30 mins in advance for them to prepare even biryani. They recently hiked their prices a little. The meat in their daily specials can be better like before.

Had Naan and shrimp curry. Which I confirmed if it was masala and spicy. And she said yes.

Solid tomato pieces all over. Tasted like tomatoe paste with tiny pieces of shrimps. Hardly 6/7.
The naan was no doubt amazing!

Not bad. Food was fresh and well proportioned. Price was decent also.however the lady cashier seemed offended when my wife suggested that the cooks in the back wear a hair net.

The lady told me to wait until they prepare the briyani, after 15 long minutes I was served a frozen meal heated Partially (probably in the microwave) with the meat still very cold.
