Sultani Grill & Shawarma

Good Lebanese food served here. It’s not much of a dine in place but we sat down for dinner and the food was really good. Chicken was cooked well, rice was tasty and the fattoush was nice. Only issue is their garlic sauce does not taste very garlicky as I am use to.

Visited from Toronto and really liked the taste and portion of the food here.

The beef tenderloin wrap and tandoori wrap are awesome! Fresh and juicy. The beef shawarma wrap needs some improvement, the meet was a bit dry and chewy. The place is nice and clean. Definitely will go back again and try more menu items soon.

Shawarma place is not like on the pictures: you can’t see the roasters, unlike most other shawarma places. As a result, I got burned beef (chicken was good). If I could see the roasters I would have ordered chicken and my experience would be more positive. Taste wise it is good, portions so-so. Service was good.

Worth the try it’s really nice I tried chicken shawarma with rice, rice is spicy and nice chicken shawarma is too good!

I really enjoyed the shawarma here. They make a great spicy shawarma. I had a mixed but the beef was so good I kinda wish I got the beef. I like that they added lettuce too.

It took less than 10 minutes and cost under $20 for two people to eat a shawarma each. The staff were friendly and the store was very clean.

I'll definitely be returning here.

Ok place to have a Shawarma. I've tried here for about 3 times. I've always felt that the chicken was dry and the garlic sauce was always lacking the garlicky taste. Staff however, is fast and friendly. Hope they improve some recipes.

Came in with a group of 3 shortly before sundown and was impressed by the quick service, our food arrived just a few minutes before iftar. My issue was with the contents of our order as we specifically ordered a mixed BBQ platter and a mixed shawarma platter. The “mixed shawarma” was not mixed at all and only contained chicken, but since we were hungry we did not complain even after the meal when we saw on the receipt that we were charged for mixed shawarma. I found the chicken shawarma to be satisfactory at best. We also requested fatoosh salad on one of the platters but were surprised to see it on both the platters although we did not ask for that. In terms of portion sizes the mixed BBQ was above and beyond with lots of rice and meat, but I cant say the same for the chicken shawarma platter as it felt quite empty in comparison. Ranch was given on the side which we found a bit strange, and the spicy sauce was a lot more watery than it used to be. In terms of flavour the BBQ meats were enjoyable but the rice was a bit bland. This place used to uphold better standards a few years ago, but now food is served in takeout containers and plastic cutlery rather than plates which is very inconvenient for a group and uncomfortable. I would come back to try it again only if I was very hungry and in the area since it was not bad, but I would not recommend it over other similar restaurants in the city.

The food here is amazing! My felafel sandwich almost tasted like crispy chicken sandwich with white sauce from many fast food places. The Toum is perfect! I will definitely come here again and order more dishes

Ordered chapli kabob, they were size of burger patties. For 16 bucks pure rip off. Replaced with half chicken, but man don't serve me back the same cold rice and recycling the same container err. The half chicken was over cooked and dry. The red sauce was water and red peppers. Disappointed by the experience.

Regarding.owners comments.not trying to get free food. Trying to get what I paid for. BTW now that I'm thinking about this.your patties were the same size as the boxed frozen available at any grocery store. I would not be surprised if that's what you are selling. I could have bought the whole box and eat at home for three days for what I paid at your establishment.

Served me old, rubbery, stale, chicken that was clearly reused and not taken off a fresh skewer. You can tell from the placement alone and how sloppy the plate was put together. Called nicely, and the manager said he's not going to do anything for me with attitude and hung up. Do not go here, they reuse old food.

Really enjoyed the Shawarma here and the daily special kabob platter.both were delicious and worth every single penny. Will definitely visit again n again whenever I get a chance.

First time back in Windsor in 10s of years, We're staying downtown at FourSeasons. Here in town with my teen son, was craving some Shawarma/Grill. Searched for something close by but decided not to choose from downtown but drive out. Soooo Worth the very small drive. Sultani Grill is very welcoming, very warm kind people. The front YoungLady taking the order, beautiful smile, sweet and very professional, We were very specific (I feel bad) about how we wanted all the meats, sides, sauces, potatoes, rice, everything packed separately. And they got everything perfectly packed. The chef and kitchen communicated well with the front and he was very accommodating to us. We appreciate all you did! Once we sat to eat the entire spread was overwhelmingly abundance. We ordered platter fam for 2ppl, i really think you can feed 3+ppl. The salads, fresh, crisp. 3 different types of meats, delicious and very fresh. The humus and everything we had is delicious really really good. One more important thing, the establishment very new and impeccably clean! Thank you for our delicious dinner!

My new best shawarma place in Windsor. Well priced, and really good tasting.

A chicken shawarma with lettuce, tomatoes, hot peppers, spicy garlic, hummus, tahini, and fries in the shawarma.

Their plates are a little over priced but their family platters are absolutely amazing. Generous quantity and the food itself is so delicious. This is our new go to place for sure when we need a quick dinner for our whole family of 2 adults and 3 kids!

Where do I begin? I decided to grab my family food from this restaurant. I ordered the family platter which comes with the chicken and beef kabobs. Food was bland & chicken was so dry and tasteless that when throwing it out, I felt bad for any of the rats that were going to go through my trash and eat it. What a sorry excuse for a meal.

The best food in town. Clean, organized and costumer friendly. The prices compared to the amount and the quality of food. I strongly recommend it if you like to enjoy clean we prepared meal.

Delicious food, huge portions, and really nice owners/team supporting this local restaurant. Hidden gem of a place in Windsor. Ample parking, bar seating and indoor seating. We were so satisfied with our meal and looking forward to the next one!

One of best hidden secrets of Windsor. This place always impresses me with their food and their service. You can get a nice mixed platter with kabobs and mixed shawarma and some sides and enjoy it for a low cost. This place caters to your hunger and your pocket.

I did not enjoy my experience. The kofta was dry and burnt on the outside. There was a broken piece of shish kabob stick in the middle of the meat which I bit into. The salad was 80% red onions with terrible dressing. I will say that the rice and baklava were tasty. I was sick for 3 days following this meal, coincidence? Maybe, but I don't think I'd go back and try again.

Was not expecting much from this place - the plaza is a little shabby. But the food is really good! So ignore the parking lot, and expect a lot of really good food for a very reasonable price!

Ordered kefta kebab, portion was small and kebab were dry. Rice was ok, too much of not required salad. Overall was ok, nothing special.

$15.99 platter before taxes, not satisfied with the quantity. Or quality of rice, or salad.

Taste was okay, but definitely say have had better experiences with similar platters from other places. This was my first time and I was expecting more. (The platter as well as shawarma wrap did come with sauces on side).

I got the response asking for the date and time. It was today 19/10/2021, evening around 9 pm. Also, thank you for offering free food or full refund. I will not be ex0ecting a refund for the food that I already ate, but if I ever come next time, all I expect is the value for money sir.

Everyone knows we don't have many halal options in Windsor area, so please serve the customers who only eat halal according to the amount they pay. All I expect is a good quantity and a tasteful enjoyable food.

1 star for customer service. I was probably the first customer In the morning. I ordered a waziri plate and shawarma plate. Paid for it, went to my car and figured out that package for 2 is better value. Went back in asked if I could change…he didn’t accept the request…didn’t even want to make an effort. He seemed like a nice guy just not cut out for customer service.

Got the food, quantity was half of what you get for the same price at a restaurant in Toronto area. Food tasted good, quantity was very small.

Didn’t go back and wouldn’t go back.

When your crave something different something out of ordinary no BK, no MCd something with a bit more authenticity and flavor. A flyer in the mailbox is all it took to give Sultani a try and now I've got a new regular added to my list. Great food, great flavor what you'd expect from middle eastern cuisine. With the many choices in Windsor, I've chosen on to be my go to as a regular if I crave that something different from the ordinary drive through and take out.

My boyfriend and I tried takeout from here last weekend and we both loved it. I had the mixed shawarma plate and it was so delicious. We've tried so many middle eastern restaurants in Windsor and my boyfriend is middle eastern so he is quite picky lol but this I have to say was probably the best we've had in Windsor. Amazing flavours and great portions for the price. Can't wait to order from here again.

Omg, it was our 1st time ordering and we really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was amazing flavorful, generous portions, friendly staff and lovely delivery lady. We loved the falafel wrap, chicken schwarma and the chapli. Found our new favorite middle Eastern food, will definitely be ordering from here again?
