Summit Ford

Had my car for 8 days and needed to change a window motor. All they managed to do in 8 days was take off the door panel and leave it in the back seat. When I asked for my car back, I had to wait for an hour while they put the panel back. Won't be back.

I trust my car with Ford. They have the best service along with meeting my needs for a courtesy pickup and drop, and their drivers are friendly and drive safely. Thank you for 20 years of service at Sumitt Ford. Michael is great at thanking care of service needs and keeps me informed.

I have had an annoying rattle in my Lexus RX 350. It has been in the Lexus and Toyota deanship’s numerous times over the last three years with no success.

I serviced my truck at Summit for the first time and was pleased with level of professionalism and efficiency. Had an issue with a rattle, my service advisor Ryan and the tech went above and beyond to find it. Very pleased and I'll be using summit for service going forward.

Service tech was exceptional helpful. He advise the cost on installing tires sensors. Service was done in about 2 hrs. Well done. The service tech kept me inform what if there was any changes.

I'm from out of town and had to do most of my negotiations via text. Other dealers blew me off as a tire kicker, but these guys didn't and they got a sale because of it.

Steve Cortese was my sales consultant and he was exceptional with his service. He was friendly, responsive, and answered all my questions quickly. I felt well looked after and he went the extra mile to answer the many questions I had. I also really appreciate him taking the time to text me. Phone calls don't always work and it's nice to have a sales rep.that can adapt to working with busy clients who are out and about.

I was also very impressed with Michael Briggs in financial services. When you get to the back room for the paperwork, this is the kind of guy you want. He offers good advice and can distill complex info into very clear points that make sense. He didn't make me feel pressured or like I was just another one of many customers for him, it felt like I was talking to a friend. How often can you ever say that about anyone in finances? Also a very smart guy with very good insights on the vehicle market.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford.

Summit Ford Service Brent MacDonald and his team were able to promptly identify the issue and get it repaired. I am also VERY Grateful that I was able to get a vehicle to drive on the same day I brought my car in.

Matt knew exactly what the problem was with my vehicle as soon as I described the problem. Got it fixed for less than what my regular mechanic was charging. Made me think that I should use their service department and get original Ford parts for a very fair price for now on.

Best dealership experience ever! Really great service and I used points to pay for my seasonal tire change … you can’t beat that!

For 6 months we tried to get our dual climate control unit in our 2008 Taurus repaired. As a last resort we took the car back to Summit where the car was bought. Thanks to Ryan and the repair team, no more hassles. Worth every dime! Finally repaired properly!
