She found it for me and extended herself to meet my delivery request! Delivery persons were courteous, helpful and professional. Purchased a Green Egg from Sun Country and have returned here and there for patio/bbq accessories. The staff are always friendly and have a deep knowledge of the products they sell. It’s great to have a place like this in St. Catharines.

Don't normally give reviews however wanted to share experience I had. Was in need of a BBQ my Weber purchased over a decade ago (from Sun Country) was done. Contacted Stephanie at Sun Country Monday informed me the new Weber I was looking at was actually lower in price then advertised said they could assemble and deliver to my home in Burlington by Wednesday!

Delivered as promised! Excellent communication and service avoid the frustration of getting lost in these big box stores and support local independent BUSINESS
