Absolutely amazing little place.

Today was my first time going here and I will probably never go anywhere else. 3 loads of laundry done in less then 40 mins wash and dry!

The dryers are absolutely amazing.

They also have a change machine and a spot to buy individual laundry soap, dryer sheets and jumbo plastic bags.

Also it's a bonus that right across the street is a Tim Hortons.

Clean laundromat. If the old Asian woman sitting in a van in the back lot directly in view of the back door was customer service, then this place is very unfriendly and kind of rude (most likely it was a language barrier because my friend approached her to say she "Really loved to do laundry there" and was abruptly cut off by the woman who began to say "no more! No more! ", rolled her window up and then drove away). I would give this place a higher rating except for the one time I went to do my laundry on a Monday morning; there was no change in their change dispenser, and I needed mostly quarters to do my laundry. I'd like to think that they would Want to keep their change dispenser as a Prime feature because it's really useful:) Especially when no other store around wanted to help me out (except for- Thank you Tim Hortons by the way! The supervisor was very nice and tried to find me about $10 worth of quarters). It would have sucked considering I walked from york and adelaide st.with all my laundry in tow.

This is a small laundromat with only six dryers.me and 2 other people all just left with wet clothes to hang dry because there are no staff present and somebody took up all 6 dyers to themselves, all for about an hour time, when the wash cycle is only 18 minutes. A one washer/dryer per person rule being implemented would be wise, especially since there is more washers than dryers.

I went to this place, first time, as I have just moved. It is very small, but quaint. The machines look brand new. They have big ones, smaller ones, and big dryers. The dryers are amazing considering how much time you get for $1.00. I went over there 11/2 hours before closing and there was only one other person there. It's located across from The Factory in the east end.
The building was also very clean and tidy.
I think I will go back to this location as there are a couple others I could have gone to. I walked because it's not to far from where I stay, 20 mins, when you cut through the fair grounds market parking lot.
Very good first impression, good for the owner.
P.s. I don't believe there was a washroom there but I could be wrong.

Very pleasant owners, very clean place, newer machines, very good place and affordable too

So far my favorite laundromat in London. New ish machines versus the 20-30 year old one's I've seen at other laundromats.
The prices are fair (4$ or 2$ per) and there's only ever 1 to 2 people here.
You can bring change in 1$ or 25¢ but there's also a change machine here.

Even when I get a home machine, if I ever have more than 3 loads I'm coming here to save my weekend.

Machines all work prices are good there's no service its Self Service however it's usually Scott machines available immediately
