I dropped off some trousers for them to hem with a blind stitch. I dropped them on a Tuesday and I was told to come back on Friday. I actually showed up on Saturday only to be told they were not done. No explanation, just a shrug of the shoulders to say, we didn't bother. Unprofessional and I now understand why the neighbourhood doesn't like them.
