I went to this location to get a part for my blind. When I got there the sales rep Lynn was on a call but still greeted me as I entered. She finished up her call and asked what she can help me with. I explained that one of the clips had broke and I would likely need a warranty claim. She rummaged through her parts box and happened to have the exact clip I needed. While I was there though she got a couple other phone calls, and was very professional and attentive to all. She was juggling customers on the phone, installers on the phone as well as me and another customer in the store. She was extremely helpful despite how busy she was, she never made me feel like I was a bother.
I also asked her about another window I was thinking of covering, I told her I was looking for a shutter, I showed her a picture of the window and the room, and she recommended another kind of blind (instead of the shutter), she said it would look better in the room. She was 100% right.
Lynn is a consummate professional and very customer focused. I will definitely recommend Sun Shades and Lynn to friends and family for all their window needs.
