Great experience at Sun Time! Came in the store to purchase a watch strap and the experience was very pleasant and easy. Nice selection and caring kind service. Will definitely return and recommend for your watch needs!

Came in to get a Rubber B installed on my Rolex. He said it would be cost $50 if he did it the fast way and will scratch my watch, or it will cost $100 if he did it carefully. Lol. I left immediately. Never had this type of experience in a watch store before. Owner came off as a scumbaggy guy.

Walked in the store to see some watches. The owner was on the phone the entire time. Didn't even bother hanging up to say hi or anything. Just chatted on the phone the entire time I was in there. Very weird experience.

Came here on a Saturday to get a battery change on my Tag based on reviews. Was not disappointed. Fawaz was attentive with a smile and was not pushy. Done in 5 minutes!

I dropped in yesterday and spoke to Fawaz about getting my battery replaced in my vintage Gucci watch that I needed for a trip I’m leaving on this week. I was expecting him to tell me that I needed to leave it there for a week which would be cutting it very close to my trip but without saying anything he about the time in which I needed it he replaced the battery right on the spot within 2 minutes! I was so pleased with the service and he was even able to tell me more about the watch which I received as a gift which was above and beyond what I was expecting.
