I arrived without any expectations, but it turned out to be the best experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent.

They waited very patiently for me to select my roses and even provided wrapping paper free of charge, they even kept the store open slightly after their hours to allow me to come back

Completely disappointed with the quality and service. Paid over $40 a week ahead of time for a big bouquet. My sister was told to come pick up at at a certain time. Called about 15 minutes prior to pick up to let the lady know we’d be running late due to traffic. She didn’t remember what we wanted at all. Hadn’t written down our order, and hadn’t made anything. My sister reminded her what we didn’t want in the bouquet. She assured us that it would be big and beautiful. When we arrived, it was nothing like we were promised. It was tiny (could have gotten the same thing from Metro for half the price), some of the flowers looked old and it had none of the flower we spent a half hour picking the week prior. Total scam and waste of money. Quite unfortunate really. Would not recommend if you are looking for quality and reliability. Cheap looking and over priced - this is the spot.

I needed a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. I wanted to propose to her and many shops were turning me down because they were closing soon or I didn't have an order (last minute shopping is hard during lockdown indeed.) Sally was not only very willing to make me a last minute bouquet but also did an amazing job. She took such care preparing the flowers and wrapped them in a beautiful manner.

My proposal was a very special moment and I am so thankful to have shopped here for my flowers!

Back in March, while I prepared funaral arrangment for my late mother. I need lots of flowers baskets in a short time. I contacted a few flower shops, nobody was able to take my order. After I called Sunflower and Gifts, the store owner was very helpful. She sent me pictures for me to choose. We worked until late night to determine my selections. And she delivered the large amount of flower baskets in a very short time frame and delivered on time. When the flowers were delivered, I mistakenly over paid her $300, she returned to me. The flower baskets were fresh and beautiful, my family was very greatful for the great service from Sunflowes and gift.

We ordered floral arrangements for our grandmother's funeral and Sally gave us the best we could ever hope for.

The flowers were very beautiful and fresh, and she worked quickly to have them delivered on time. We loved the arrangements and felt that our money was well spent, for the ceremony of someone we loved very much.

This shop owner has a very very bad attitude, and terrible service. I will not never come to visit there again.

As soon as I walked in I felt that I was in perfect hands. I was on the phone looking high and low for sunflowers and this was literally the only spot that had it. The quality of this store is very bad, flowers are not fresh, wrapping is not professional and service is very obnoxious.

I called ahead to ask if they have arrangements of flowers already made. Woman says yes. I go in to pick one up and she has nothing. I ask her if she has any in the back or where are the arrangements? She says "Oh it's so late! Why you come now? I am busy? " Rude woman. Do not lie on the phone and say you have something when you don't and then ask me why I am there and laugh at me. Stupid woman.

Sunflower shop has taken care of me 2 times. They delivered great service with reasonable pricing. 100% recommendable.

Poor customer service, with the florist not familiar with the word "arrangement". When told the price range we were looking for she was belligerent in her response.

This is the best flower shop in Toronto. For all my occasions I go nowhere else to order flowers. I have tried other shops but nobody does a better job than Sally. She is passionate about her work and does an incredible job putting arrangements together. The flowers are always beautiful, vibrant and fresh. Just recently we made several orders for a funeral. Flowers from all the guests were lined up side by side along a wall and it was evident our orders were the most beautiful. Guests were asking us where we had purchased our flowers and complimenting them. Thank you Sally. Sally knows your occasions are special and she will do her best to make sure your flowers are gorgeous.

From Sunny: booked a flower bouquet for my mom’s birthday yesterday. Great product and reasonable price. Will come again.

Bought a bouquet from the store. I told her my budget was $25, she asked me what colour I wanted, she packaged it up for me and she charged me $45 after taxes. She used scotch tape and staples to hold the bouquet together on the stems. She used a wet paper towel to wet the bottom instead of flower foam which you usually get from any other flower shop. I've bought many bouquets before and this is the first time I didn't even get flower food, especially at that price. The worst part of the bouquet is that the flowers died the next day even after it was put in a vase with water. It seemed like she was trying to make a quick buck out of me by selling me dying flowers. The tulips and many flowers included were not bloomed and overall it was very unprofessional work. Would never come again.

Told her how many roses i want and she did the rest. She loved it and that's all that matters she's happy I'm happy. I highly recommend Sally to anyone in the city job well done
