It was a great experience at the store today as always! Nima greeted me and simply made my day, which was going very rough prior. She helped me find the glasses I was specifically looking for and then casually offered a pair to her liking and.it was perfect! Looked amazing on me that even my husband was surprised. I left with 2 pairs on a great deal they have now and feeling that everything is going to be alright! Thank you to ladies at the Sunass Hut for the happy bright moment in my day!

Very disappointed with the misleading marketing obsolete tricks! Promoting 50% of second pair of glasses, when you need to redeem it they have thousands of excuses to escape. Stay away, very expensive more than other retail stores.

This company is lucky to have an employee who cares so much about her job, these days its a rarity.weve never had service lke this at any other Sunglass Hut. Thank you Chelsea for going above and beyond.

Chelsea was awesome! So helpful with my new pair, adjusted them, answered all my questions, even cleaned them for me! Will forever be buying my shades from her! Wish I could give her more then 5stars!

The first visit wasn't a pleasant one for my partner, as I was next door grabbing popcorn before heading into the store to find aviators for myself. He ended up leaving unimpressed and I took my business elsewhere. Weeks later, my partner and I decided to try this store again looking for Christmas gifts. I waited outside to see how the experience would go for him. I don't know if it's because he's a white male, but both times the Asian employee watches him like a hawk (hovering) or gets security to question why he's in the store. Shopping? ! However, I walk in with or without him and nobody is breathing down my neck. Absolutely absurd customer service!
