They will literally keep staring and following you during your entire visit and make you feel so uncomfortable

DO NOT GET THE T&C warranty or have them ship items to you it is a total rip off! Back in March I came to the store and they didn't have the sunglasses I wanted so they offered to ship them to me. I purchased them and got them shipped to me. The pair I received were a different colour but I figured oh well instead of going through the hassle of going in over a mistake THEY MADE. I'll just keep them until I want them replaced. Today I go in to get them replaced and they can't do anything. I showed them I tried reaching out over email and received nothing back from them at the time. They still make no effort to do anything. Give me attitude like I'm the only one in the wrong. Don't let them fool you into the warranty if they make any mistake whatsoever they won't be able to help you! Place is a complete joke don't spend you're money here

Horrible horrible customer service at this location. Although they offer lifetime warranty they do not honor that at all

Staff was very helpful. I was looking for specific sun glasses for my husband, and I only had a bad picture of my husband wearing them. Staff really knew just by looking at them, and I didn't even remember that they were Maui. Very helpful!

Great location, my mother was out the country with a pair she didn’t like. They made an exception for a refund few days past the policy date.

Knowledgeable staff - The manger was able to get me discount code so I won’t feel bad about spending $500 on Gucci.

Was at this location during March break, and can’t express my feelings on the worst service ever happened to me. Those people working in this store don’t care at all about customers, neither service nor attention I had there. I would give them minus 10 stars if I could. Their manager is the worst, don’t know how this store still works. Never will go to this store and will tell everybody to avoid sunglasses hut especially Upper Canada mall location.

Worst experience in my life. Also refused refund for a product purchased at a different Sunglass Hut location. Their manager Sherika was very rude, not present at her shift - I had to wait for her for 45 minutes and she still refused. Don't go there!

Simply horrible! Refused a refund within 30 days mark. The store manager Sherika Neison needs to be reported! Very unprofessional, rude and not following Sunglass Hut policy.

If only I can give 0 star I would! I came to this store twice to return the sunglasses I purchased online. The first time I came, she told me to come back as their computer doesn't allow online purchases to be returned! Which I did, so TODAY (12.22), she insisted to do a return as she said there was a scratch on my glasses? She literally cleaned my glasses when I first came in there without any issues except for their computer not accepting online returns, and TODAY, she cleaned the glasses again and told me thát there was a SCRATCH? ! I don’t know what’s her name, but it was a black woman. Also, their staffs are always busy chatting even there is a bunch of customers inside the store! Definitely not coming back to this.

My wife bought a glass from this store and had scratch when I decided to return and they didn’t return the sunglasses because they believed that I did the scratch, so my question from you the owner! Why you sell the glasses which is on the shelves and 1000 people tried that before, any way worth staff as well never ever recommend this store to any one. It is Waste of your money and time
