Sunita Kollections - Indian Bridal Lehengas

All i wanted to say Big Thanks to owners of Sunita Kollections.

Uncle is very very professional, though humble and nice man and so do his wife.

I had really bad experience with gurukirpa, who literally messed up with my wedding lehnga by getting full amount paid, and the dress they gave me 3 days ago before my wedding day was totally not wearable and then they neither give me my money back plus ruined my time that’s extra.

But Thanks to this amazing couple who run Sunita Kollections.

I went to their store on wednesday and my wedding was on Saturday, they gave me such a beautiful lehnga within so good range and amazing jewllary that made me feel like princess, so basically within 2 day they gave me my wedding dress. All i want to say Uncle and Aunty.

The customer service is great with a touch of emotions. You both are great uncle and aunty.

They have huge amount of collection for wedding and reception.

Great selection! Other stores were so expensive for bridal they have GREAT pricing and the SAME items! It’s good new stuff. They also have very pretty rental pieces for such affordable costs.

Came for a bridal dress and found the best outfit! Mr. Ajay and Priyanka were both very helpful. They also gave a really good discount. They let you try on dresses as well. They have a variety of jewelry and accessories as well as fancy wear and party wear. Highly recommend!

The worst bridal shopping experience! They did not ship my wedding dress on time (it arrived the day before my wedding) and even that, we had to hound them to ship it. Did not even make the alterations properly. Not trustworthy and not worth the stress for your wedding.

The owner was so kind and extremely helpful. I have been on the hunt for a gold lengha and he made sure to show me every option available.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The owner of the store doesn't understand BASIC customer service skills.
First of all, they offered a discount if we were to place an order the day we were there. The offer was 35% to 40% off. However, when we confirmed this information again, not only did they lower the discount to 25%, they also mentioned that it is not possible to do this on customized outfits. Not only is it unprofessional to take your word back after you make an offer, it felt that they were extremely desperate since they said we HAD to place the order right there and then.
Secondly, I dont understand why some people don't know basic etiquette. The male, which I am assuming is the owner consistently told me that I was TOO BIG and that I will need the out fit customized. I am not the type of person to confront someone about these things do I didn't say anything. However, it made me and my friends very uncomfortable. I mean, does this uncle think I didn't know what my size was?
Lastly, they had some variety but it was very clear that they didn't understand what the modern bride would be looking for. They showed us a wedding lehegna that looked like it was from the 90s that barely had any work on it and mentioned it was 5k. I couldn't believe that the other more modern options were half the price.
I see that some people had a good experience but I would think twice because we wasted our time. There are so many more boutiques such Kj Designs in Brampton that are professional and will cater to your needs.

They were able to custom make a lehenga for me in less than 2 months and it turned out perfectly! They have a great selection.

Came here with my fiance all the way from Central Florida and we were able to find apparel for our wedding this year! Ajay was WONDERFUL and such a professional and accommodating gentleman. We are both so happy with our purchase AND experience.

Me and my friend went there for wedding shopping, they don't know how to deal with customers, guy was compelling her to buy lehanga, which didn't even like and the lady she was so rude.
Will not recommend, they are poor listener and zero communication skills.

Worst experience ever! I would not recommend getting your wedding attire from this store. I was reading the reviews and it looks as though even before covid he was not allowing anyone to try on the attire unless they were certain they were going to buy it. He is not a honest person and very shady in the way he deals with his clients just to make a sale. The dress took a very long time to be hemmed, so long that I did not have any time to alter it and the top did not fit properly. For my wedding my top was very loose and in all the pictures the top does not look like it fit properly. I went to go and have my top altered after the wedding, he took my measurements and said he would get right on it. I called about a month later and he informed me that he didn't have my measurements and he needed to take them again. Needless to say, I advised him I was going to come and pick up the dress and did not want him altering anything anymore. I really regret giving this store my business and getting my wedding dress from here. I wish I could give this zero stars because they do not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED!

Highly recommend shopping at Sunita's Kollections. Sunita and her husband, Ajay, were great to work with, and really helped ease the stress of finding a bridal outfit. Ajay told me, "we don't want to add anymore stress to your wedding planning, we want to make sure you are happy and take away some of that stress, " which they did, with all of their great support and customer service! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will be back again soon!

My mother and I recently bought outfits from Sunita Kollections for an upcoming wedding and we were very impressed with the quality and variety of the collections. The pieces are stunning, stylish and beautifully made. Sunita and Ajay were so friendly, patient and helpful. We needed in house alterations, which turned out perfectly. I highly recommend Sunita Kollections and will no doubt return again.

I've been searching for an outfit for a short time, with my 11 month old. I've gone to a few stores with poor customer service. Sunita Kollections was my last stop for the day and here, I received excellent service from Sunita. She picked up outfits for me while I held my daughter and then when I wanted to try something on, she was so concerned about how I'm going to take care of my daughter and try something on. So, she told me she'd hold her, where I can also keep an eye on her. For that reason, I decided to buy from her. Excellent customer service goes a long way for me. Thanks Sunita. Keep being a kind, humble human being.

The kindness the owners showed me from when I walked into that store exemplified greatly throughout my visit as they displayed compassion and so much patience while trying to pick out an outfit and matching jewelry.

Went to this plaza for well groomed store but their prices were so damn high and very poor customer service. I walked to this store which was located beside well groomed, had an amazing service. I custom made my lehenga for my wedding. The prices r great and amazing quality. I have looked everywhere for lehenga but Sunita Kollection price is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place over gerrad street or well Groomed

Hard to find an indian clothing store with good customer service. Even though i Didnt end up buying anything, the husband and wife were so pleasant and willing to help. They were very sweet. They also have a lot of modern stuff. Good quality blouses and saree material. Beautiful lenghas. Definitely my new go-to indian party and bridal wear shop! (Finally!)
