My experience at the Breast Cancer Clinic was good until the Dr.came in to tell me that I was too high risk to do the reconstruction surgery. Which yes, I understood but the reason I am giving such a low review is because after the Dr.gave me the news, she showed absolutely no empathy or compassion to the situation that I will be living with either one breast or no breasts. Her and her 2 Fellow residents just stood there coldly after delivering life changing news to me. I was crying and they just stood there in front of me staring at me in my opened gown telling me I was not going to be able to have a reconstruction. Not even a quick comforting word. I asked them to please give me privacy to change and get out of there. Not a good experience here at all. Dr. Snell felt very cold and clinical to me. I left there in tears and feeling hopeless.

Doctors and technicians need to work Saturday and Sundays. Stop forcing people to book off work Mon-Fri - 9 to 5, so they can accommodate your work hours. Not fair. The province needs to fix this. Patients don't get sick 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Very disturbed with the level of prompt care from this cancer Center.
My mother has been diagnosed with leiimyosercoma, which is very aggressive and has doubled in size within this month as we continue to wait for surgery.
Prompt attention is required for this type of cancer, yet we continue to wait as it grows and and most likely spreads in the meantime.
Unbelievable the wait as this should be priority.
I cannot believe our health care system here.
You think you catch something early enough but they make you wait months so that it progresses and becomes worse.
So very disappointing with this hospital, I had high hopes for Sunnybtook but now I realize, it would have been better to have had her referred to another if we knew they would take their time with treatment.
Doesn’t seem like patient care and promptness are a priority here.
This is very scary and extremely disturbing.

Shoutout to our favorite nurse Laurann! Honestly we are constantly waiting here for hours and blood work/chemo that should be 3 hours keeps us here literally all day (usually from 9-5) …. The saving grace and reason for 5 stars is that Preet, the art therapist, makes our time enjoyable and the injection nurses, John and Laurann, are so kind and friendly. All three of these individuals just put a smile on your face and are amazing. Thank you Preet, John, and Laurann!

The worst service and worst hospital. The doctors do not care at all they are just money grabber from the health care system. No one cares about patients
