Sunnyside Window & Eaves Cleaning

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. My troughs are working perfectly this winter.will gladly use them again.

I always need my eaves cleaned as late in the season as possible, since the tree in front holds onto its leaves for as long as it can. They showed up today - December 29 - early. They were friendly, cheerful, did what I asked them to do, seemed to waste no time doing it. And whenever I have to contact the office whether by phone or email, the office staff are also friendly, helpful and get back to me, when necessary, very quickly. What more could I ask for?

Sunnyside was excellent in cleaning my eavestrough. After the leaves had fallen from the trees, two gentlemen arrived. They worked quickly, were very polite and cleaned up the entire area. Highly recommended!

Sunnyside has cleaned my eaves and my windows for about 5 years now. They always do a great job and leave everything very tidy. The employees who do both, are always polite and helpful.
I just had my eaves cleaned again a few days ago on my 2 storey home. They made sure my eaves were cleaned before winter sets in and as usual, I am very pleased with the work. I would recommend Sunnyside for eaves and window cleaning.

My eaves were blocked. I was very impressed with the team of Michael and Julian. Their approach was very professional, explaining exactly what they found that was blocking the eaves and what was done to resolve the problem.

All in all they did an excellent job!

I cannot for the life of me figure out how this company has such a high rating. I booked them for window cleaning and gutter cleaning many months ago. They came to do the windows fairly soon after. The job was done fine. Nothing special. After a month of no gutters I followed up multiple times and each time I was told they were coming soon. Or “by the end of the week”. They have yet to come. Def won’t be recommending them or using them in the figure. Now it’s January and I have full gutters and need to find somebody else to do it. Guess how easy that will be so late in the season. Sigh

any debris that had fallen to complete the job.

Our Mansard roof gutters must be cleaned after the leaves have fallen and before there is any ice or water in the gutter. It is very difficult to get the timing just right. Sunnyside made sure to come at exactly the right time to do the job.

I have used Sunnyside before and will use them again. The crews are polite, fast and efficient. The cost is very reasonable.

Their drivers drive way too fast on residential streets. I’m on a street called Brule Gdns and we have no side walks on our streets. Its very dangerous. One of these days they are going to hit someone.

I am very impressed with Sunnyside and their window cleaners. They did a fabulous job. Screens always have to be cleaned if you are cleaning your windows and they did an unbelievable job! Added the eaves too! They arrived on time, did the work and left no trace of themselves. Thanks guys!

I didn't do a lot of homework on prices at other places, but they came when they said, the guys were very relaxed but professional. I'll use them again.

I have used Sunnyside for many many years for my external window cleaning and cleaning of my eaves and downspouts. The team that came this spring arrived on the scheduled date and time and did a careful and complete cleaning and bagging of the debris. They followed my directions to ensure that some difficult areas on the second story were thoroughly looked after. Great job!

We engaged Sunnyside late In April to do the windows in our downtown house in response to their good reviews. They were punctual, polite and tidy, but the good news stops there. Of the 24 windows we wanted cleaned, a third had clearly visible streaks or smears on one or both sides. We were given no opportunity to ask for remedial attention; they just quite suddenly disappeared. A call to the office got us a promise from the manager to visit the next week, but she never showed. We won't be calling them again.

Did a great job on our windows and power washing our deck. Arrived on time and were very courteous. Highly recommended.

Sunnyside was excellent in cleaning my eavestrough especially during this year of unexpected November snow. The gentlemen came in late December, the first opportunity to work when the temperature was above zero and the leaves were not frozen in the eavestrough. They worked quickly, were very polite and cleaned up the entire area. Highly recommended!

I had my eaves cleaning with Sunnyside. They are so professional at their job and also polite and punctual. Joao and Jamison who came to my home inspect all of the eaves and clean them throughly. I am so happy with my choice.

The crew came on the 4th did a great job, especially Hami. He is experienced; and he has knowledge in popping the windows in and out for cleaning. Me and my husband appreciate their service, taking time to clean the windows that the yesterday’s crew missed or couldn’t get to. I appreciate that the company took an immediate action to send a more experienced team over the next day and follow up to make sure we are satisfied with the cleaning service. Very reliable company!

The company has reached out and explained their do not contact list was experiencing issues due to new software, which although it seems like a convenient explanation for why they kept repeatedly contacting me despite my request not to, hopefully it was an isolated incident and not one others have shared. They say they have resolved the issue, so I at least appreciate that they reached out to talk this over.

My two crew members showed up promptly and were personable and eager to serve. They worked hard to clear out our downspouts. They cleaned up after clearing out the eaves, which was much appreciated. Our windows look fantastic and rainwater is draining properly again.

We have used their window cleaning services on two occasions and have been more than pleased with their friendly communication, customer service and professionalism.

They gave me the time for 9-12 AM. Did not turn up.upon inquiring, provided another slot on the same day and were supposed to come by 4 pm. Again, did not come to do the job. Called me in the evening and advised another slot for next week. I cancelled their booking. Not reliable and un-professional. NO, I would recommend them.

I have been using Sunnyside for a few years now. Their work is 5 star. The work is completed efficiently. The workers tidy up the site and are polite and informative.

With all the pollen in the air this year my windows and screens were filthy. Sunnyside Windows did a great job cleaning my them. I can see out of them again!

The staff were courteous and professional. They were flexible and it was evident that the field - head office communications was working well. We changed our request while the staff were on site and they change go to them promptly. The telephone staff were courteous and eager to help us get what we needed done. They also did some minor repairs on an eaves trough - much appreciated.

I had the Sunnyside crew show up earlier this week to clean my eaves and downspouts. The team was courteous and professional, and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards (unlike some other companies that I used in the past).
