Sunnyview Dental - Woodstock

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my child in for a chipped tooth and they told me it was fine. Skipping to today that tooth is now dead because they told me I didn’t need to fix the damage. I’m extremely upset and now having to deal with a potential emergency, and a loss of a tooth. I’m very upset because it could have been prevented had they actually helped.

Everyone is so nice at SunnyView Dental! They explain everything and keep track of all my appointments with great reminders. Would recommend them to anyone.

Haven't been to the dentist in years but everyone here made me feel so relaxed and not judged about it. I will definitely be only coming here from now on. They are so friendly and the office is very clean, couldn't ask for more.

Linda is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She does an amazing job and it doesn’t hurt. She’s very thoughtful when it comes to sensitive areas. I would recommend asking for Linda specifically when booking your apt!

I went to Sunnyview to get antibiotics for an infection, as it was the weekend and they were the only place open for emergency services. They gave me a prescription which was helpful, but they also told me I had multiple problems with my teeth including 3 or 4 cavities. I felt quite pressured to book a follow-up to address the problems, but I didn't. I ended up going to a reputable dentist recommended by friends, and he said I didn't have a single cavity and my teeth were in nearly perfect condition. Sunnyview lied to me and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My daughter is 11 and had two fillings done, he did an amazing job! He made sure he watched carefully to see if she was in any pain and made absolutely sure she was okay the entire time! Thank you again sunny view dental

This dental office is amazing. Wonderful employees and dependable/reliable tooth care. I switched to Sunnyview in the new year and have had nothing but positive and helpful interactions with the dentists, hygienists, office staff etc. Alissa (forgive me if I spelled this wrong) has been exceptionally supportive and relatable through my journey of restoring my tooth and gum health and has eased the many fears/worries. As well as my dentist (unsure how to spell his name) who has been consistent with seeing me and has provided expert advice during each visit. Would recommend this office and its employees to everyone. Thank you guys for being so great!

I've been coming here for a few years now. I highly recommend. Their hours are great and I have yet to meet an unfriendly face among their staff. Suzanne is my hygienist and she is thorough, warm, and genuinely cares about her patients' health and their experience. I went to the same dentist and the same hygienist for over a decade before making the switch (due to their larger selection of available hours), so I was really reluctant and skeptical. Please know my recommendation comes from a place of high scrutiny and genuine appreciation for the kind people of Sunnyview Dental.

My husband needed emergency treatment. After calling 3 other dentists that weren’t interested Sunnyview was our saviour. Got in the next day and treated him with the care and concern. Staff was excellent. Would highly recommend. The cost to us was even fair

No frills dentist that is open 7 days a week and after hours Monday through Thursday. Good work.

My anxiety was out of this world, the staff was unbelievable reassuring me that it's going to be ok and that the Dr completely understands, he was so good and very patient with me, didn't feel a thing, if anymore issues return i would DEFINITELY be going back, A BIG THANK YOU to everyone

SCAMMERS! I informed them not to do any work on my children that was not covered by my benefits. Months later I get a call from a collection agency for an outstanding bill from them! STAY AWAY! So many options to choose from that are honest & not thieves! Thanks for ruining my credit Sunnyview!

Worst dentist experience of my life!
They will prefer you to come in with COVID or charge you $75 for cancelation. Even with 2.5 days notice.
They have also broken more of my teeth than fixed. Staff is incredibly rude

Susan is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind and thorough and my teeth are so well cleaned. She keeps me well informed on brushing and flossing techniques that I didnt know before. Love yhos place!

Everyone at sunny view dental Woodstock made my dental experience as comfortable as possible. For someone who really fears dental visits, the empathy and patience given by staff is greatly appreciated.

More concerned about your money than helping relieve pain, went in for an exam for severe tooth pain they advised extraction or root canal then booked weeks out and advised to do cleaning before hand… then booked 2 cleanings before the appointment to fix the issue I came in for.

They took about 8 X-rays and did an exam… did not prescribe any antibiotics to aid in fighting the infection causing the pain… now weeks later I had to go to another dentist who gave me antibiotics and gave me more options as well but at this point im in constant pain due to their lack of care until the antibiotics begin to work.

I discovered I had a hole in my wisdom tooth.they were quick to book me in for an examination and were happy to keep me updated with appointments available to get it extracted. I've recently gotten the tooth removed and the doctors and staff helped me feel comfortable.the procedure was quick and painless (for me, anyway).

Friendly staff its clean great hours Linda is very good with me cause I'm not easy cleaning my teeth but she does a great job. Oct. 8 22 had work done great staff rapore take time making sure you relax & ask you if ready to start the work, they take time to make sure it's done right

Went in for X-rays, dental exam, and cleaning. Susan was my hygienist, and I was very happy with her work. She was fast and efficient but more importantly she made me feel very comfortable in the chair and answered every question I had (this is important to me as I get very anxious about dental work). She was kind and made good conversation. My teeth feel a lot better after seeing her.

The dentist was so good with me. I become very anxious attending dental appointments. He took his time with me. This is the first office I really like and trust! Thank you Sunnyview!

Always amazing service, very quick wait times. It's such a bonus that they are open on the weekends for people that work normal 8-5 jobs during the week, and they direct bill!

This was not a good experience this time. My mouth has been sore since the cleaning, I've never had this problem before after a cleaning. I've been rinsing with salt water for the past 3 days and my gums and the roof of my mouth are still causing me pain! I'm not happy! As per the above i still agree with what I said, but i do admit it was the only bad experience i've had with sunnyview dental and i do recommend this dental office. They are courteous, friendly and professional and do go out of their way to make you comfortable

We found Sunnyside dental online and decided to give it a try!
All the staffs were kind and friendly, they are always available over the phone, by text or call. Dr Ibrahim is a Dental Genius, plus his bedside manner is a bonus! Sunnyside Dental opens 7 days a week, so convenient!

The dental assistant had a drs appointment in the middle of getting my broken filling fixed. They actually stopped my procedure so she could answer her phone. I find it very unprofessional and medical appointments should be scheduled around their schedule not during patient procedures.

The staff was friendly and reassuring as it pertains to getting comfortable for what otherwise is a daunting experience, dental fillings. The Denist did a fine job and was very informative on what he was doing. The Denist assistance was a charm too. Thanks Sunnyview for your upstanding work. Appreciated.

Worst service! They made mistake while booking my appointment and after wasting my time they didn’t apologize!

I've never been so impressed with the staff and Dentist that extracted not one but two of my 4 year olds teeth last night. The Dentist was so understanding, comforting and just great with my little man during the procedure. He mad my boy feel comfortable during the whole thing and I can't thank him enough for getting rid of my babies pain. Sunnyview is an amazing place to go to. I highly recommend it.

Had an emergency appointment for a broken molar, got in very quick for xrays and temporary filling.then came back for root canal.like a whole new tooth!

I was asked in an email to do this review from Sunnyview Dental. I was scheduled for a cleaning and feel dissatisfied as I left the office without my teeth being cleaned. Many exrays, which I didnt want were pushed upon me. I felt very negative about my experience and I dont think it was necessary to make me feel so insecure about my teeth. What bothered me so much is I looked so forward to having clean teeth, only to leave with nothing being done. The cost of this experience was 384.00 and my teeth still need to be cleaned. I felt my time was waisted and they charged up my dental plan.
