If I could give Sunquest zero stars I would not hesitate. They quite literally have no customer service at all. Booked through a travel agency before COVID hit, didn’t hear any updates for a few weeks. Finally the travel agency let us know that Sunquest’s new “policy” was to issue a travel voucher that can only be used within the calendar year. Tried to contact them about a possible refund or extending the voucher to next year, and was flat out told no. Their “customer service number” is out of service and their website does not function at all. They had no sympathy or understanding of customers who were out of work and can no longer afford a vacation. If you want to get the most out of your money and vacation (or at least what you paid for) I highly recommend booking through any other tour operator.

These people do not care about their customers or even try to understand them. Terrible
