Disgusting, never come here. The food is horrific and the customer service is no better. The food is undercooked and smells horrible

Upon entry the staff started giving me attitude. I already know what i wanted i was asking can you show me what small and large size look like. She kissed her teeth and made some remarks. Well dang really brought the hood out. Anyways there was a huge line and theyre even rude to their own people like damn theyre here to shop and support the store. Ill just be next door to KFC next time like yeesh. Aint gonna trouble you anymore maam.

Excellent meals, very friendly and professional staff. The ox-tail is yummy and juicy, just the way grandma makes em.

You won't be disappointed if you visited. The Cole-slaw is also very yummy.

Went to the restaurant this morning to get some breakfast, no one was at the counter to serve. There was a girl sitting on a stool/ chair and I called for service and she didn’t even as much as answer, she peeped out look at me and sit back comfortably, **HIRING PEOPLE LIKE THESE CAN RUIN YOUR GOOD BUSINESS**
I will never buy food from this restaurant ever again. If they don’t value my business they won’t get it. I will be calling the management

Sunrise is the only restaurant that will consistently fail to put the meat's gravy on the serving so in other words the food is dry.

Went to grab a patty for a snack, the patty was not fresh or good. Restaurant is dirty, the window housing that the chicken is behind is dirty. Staff is not friendly at all.

Lots of changes needed if the restaurant wants to continue doing business.

I got the jerk pork and it was way too salty.

When this restaurant first opened up at Jane and Finch the food was delicious and fresh. Their fried dumplings were so fluffy and their plantain was nice and sweet. Currently I cannot say the same now the food tastes like leftovers that got microwaved. I can tell it was not made with love or the customer in mind.

Their rice gave me run belly, their potato and curry chick pea tastes sour and their plantain is not fully ripe before it is fried. If you guys don't care to make your food with the customer in mind then do us all a favour and just close down the restaurant. Stop charging people for subpar food.

No wonder you guys have a sign up saying no refund well now you know why people are requesting a refund!

Every time I go there, there’s some girl with a real nasty attitude. It’s like they get upset when clients walk in, I don’t understand it, isn’t it the restaurant’s goal to attract customers and have them return?

Food is bomb. The old lady needs a vacay or something. Time for retirement. Feel bad but daaaamn. You hella cranky.

I have ordered with uber eats from here tonight. I only chose here due to delivery time of 15-20 mins. Late night and from where I live, it's not far at all by driving. If it took an extra 15 minutes, fine. But I waited 2 hours and they were STILL PREPARING. The food is usually already cooked and all that needs to donde is pack and send off with a driver. They driver changed and so did they time change, about 5 times before I had to cancle. My household was all asleep since no one wanted to wait that long anymore.
Dieing of Hanger through the 2 hours. So disappointed by this. If they realized over 15 minutes over the time they said it will take have past, call the customer and apologize. Some people can wait a bit more, but when you are very hungry, you start to get frustrating. No communication.

Never again ordering from here.
I hope no one else has to experience this. Waiting for food is the worst when so hungry.

This may have been the worst meal I've ever paid for.
I couldn't even eat the meal because it was so salty. The festival felt like it was from last week, didn't even try it. My son's roti was so dry.

The portions are so bad i can’t even understand.a large jerk comes with three small pieces and a large oxtail comes with six pieces.don’t come here.waste of money.the elderly woman also didn’t want to give a second coleslaw for the second large meal i got.makes no sense as one comes with each.

I ate here 3 years ago in 2019 and I am just laying in bed can't sleep and just had a memory flashback in my head how dry the rice and chicken was - that is how bad. I will come back to try again, for now, please accept this 1 star. I am sorry.

The reason why I give this rating this restaurant is disgusting and unacceptable you cancelled my Uber order last minute you’re disrespectful not only that you were rude to the Uber person that was picking up my food your store needs to be shut down Dutty! The worst. Rice uncooked, no meat on the oxtail, except for one piece, coleslaw tasted fragmented like it was heated. For 44 dollars I ate the dumpling which was dry. Even the Pop was warm. Horrible.

I hate this place. There’s a lady that has green short cut hairstyle. She so disrespectful. I do Uber and I have been waiting for 25 minutes, I told her please can you let me go and she looked at me from head to toe and doesn’t say anything. And still made me wait for 13 extra minutes and finally said “who are u here for? ” I think she’s nigerian. I wish I could leave 0 start cause this is crazy man

I bought chicken soup, To be honest, I have had many chicken soups from various other restaurants. However, this chicken soup is the worst one I have had from a Caribbean restaurant, It taste disgusting. I had to throw it away. They need to get some more lesson in cooking soup. I will not make that mistake ever again.

I should have taken a pic but, I was too busy eating I had the Jerk chicken with rice and peas with coleslaw and Oxtail gravy on tge rice. It was tun up! Really good

Don't get me started on how this food belongs in the trash. IF I COULD RATE A ZERO I WOULD. The QUALITY of the rice and peas had hard pieces and the oxtail meat tasted sour.the customer service sucks and top it off, THE WORKERS HAIR IS IN MY FOOD! She even had the nerve to say the coleslaw in the fridge is spoiled so she can't give me.why don't they just throw it out? Never going there again. DO BETTER, AND STOP SERVING SPOILED FOOD. The food doesn't taste the same anymore and it seems that they cut up the chicken smaller. There is always new staff every time I go there.

SERVICE WAS GREAT! Best spot in town, Tish was great and I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for Caribbean food! Portions are awesome, you won’t be disappointed at all!

even give a star! This is crazy! How do you say your open 24/7 and the phone goes straight to answering machine! My husband got rice and curry goat! And the rice is hard! My oxtail undercooked! Just horrible! This location should close down! I really cannot believe how bad that food was! No love was found in that food!

Came home from hospital it was 3 am
Wanted a good meal order off of Uber eats when in lobby I saw 2 miss calls step away from phone 5 minutes the picture of the food was taken in the lobby floor I went to receive it and it wasn’t there they did not leave it I’m disappointed because I live in a building where things get drop everyday no ones touches
Other people stuff it’s impossible for my food to disappear as soon it was delivered and took a picture at 4: 30 am in the morning when I live on the lobby floor I called no answer and there’s no voicemail to leave a message

Girl was walking around very slow looking lost. Counting money instead of serving the customers had an attitude and patties and jerk chicken were cold after all that. Literally 1 person in front of me and it took 20 minutes just to get the parties.
