Rice was tough, curry goat taste like it was from couple days, service was horrible.
Horrible restaurant would Never recommend.

First time i came here i ordered oxtail.barely not meat just bones and a little food too when it come to paid i gave a $20 and the mean lady says to me i owe you a dollar because she didn't have change.then i said ok give me the money i don't want the food anymore.she refused it.at the end she gave me a something it's look like a deep fry donut and it was hard and disgusting.my advice don't go to this place.don't waste your money.

Me and my family ordered oxtail, rice and peas, plantains and dumplings here and everything was disgusting. The dumplings were hard, dry, and tough. The plantains were hard and burnt not taste at all. The rice was disgusting and the oxtail was a mess. The worst Jamaican food I have had in my life here

It’s always something when ordering from sunrise, they either rush or don’t care because something is always wrong or missing. I ordered bake and salt fish. They sent me just salt fish… what the hell am I supposed to eat it with.nobody eats just salt fish, foolish and lazy staff need to pay more attention. It’s a small order how do u mess it up. Cuz now I’m getting my money back, and lost two customers.eediat ting.

Extremely rude girl with dreads. Zero customer service, gave me the smallest portion of food I've ever seen. Food was tasteless and bland.

In professional and sulking. Went to get bfast I said good morning she didn’t even answer and she heard she said pardon me I repeated and she didn’t answer. I told her about 5 times I didn’t want banana she ignored me. I just walked out. She has no manners if she don’t want to be there she should leave the work for someone else. Worst sunrise location. I had numerous of instances with this location. It’s under bad management the food is horrible. Last time I ordered kidney online the had a note in the bag they were out and sent me whatever they wanted. Please do not go to this location. Queen and airport. Ordered on Jan 15.2023 with a cat scratched note out of what I ordered and went back Jan 20.2023. PLEASE Don’t Go this location waste of money. STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL AND SULKING

Goat was not cooked. When I got home and opened the container, all the goat pieces were red. They would not take it back! Never going there again.

Why’s zero stars not an option? So you open 7: 30, but I walk in 7: 30 and your employee treats us like we’re begging for food? We paid $40 something for like 4 measly combos mind you because there was almost no food, and that service was HORRIBLE. She was so mad that we came in so early, but thats the time you open. Change that girl, never going here again. NEVER!

Save ur money… walked in and was greeted by the girl on her phone. Had to repeat my order 4 times. In the end my goat was undercooked, my jerk chicken was stale, and the rice and peas were stale. Overpriced for the service and food. If I could give negative stars I would.

Honestly I use to order from this restaurant all the time but lately I’ve had enough. I’ve ordered off of Uber eats and obviously sometimes delayed are going to happen but this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from here and every single time my order gets cancelled at least 2 times before somebody put 2 tough festival in the order they came burnt like someone jus didn’t care about their job. It has to be a problem with this restaurant in general as I’ve read from reviews. By the time my food has arrived it’s already cold and doesn’t even taste like caribbean food.

Horrible. Was there 12/11/22, the lady was not nice at all, barley spoke. Used the washroom, it was disgusting, but just got off the road and needed to use it. The dinners were a JOKE. Disgraceful for the price we paid. There is enough meat in all three dinners for one person. A formal complaint will be going to the head office.

This place is a joke. Staff are rude. Food is dry. Patties are burnt and hard as hell. Don't support this establishment until they do better. Waste of money. Hardly any good Jamaican restaurants with good service nowadays.

Just came to pickup uber order. The lady on front is very very very rude. I can’t even imagine how bad they must be treating their customers.

Honestly horrible. I ordered 2 chicken soups, I got broth, with two potatoes and one carrot. No food in the soup. Sad part was both were like this. The festival was dry, hard and clearly not fresh. Don’t eat here.

Terrible customer service. Women was very unfriendly, unhappy and didn't say thank you, please. Pleasantly plump with half scarf covering hair. Avoid this location.

Sometimes I forget how bad this location has gotten and I go in hoping to get good breakfast but walk out as soon I see the lady with RBF
