Sunrise Inn

There is a terrible place. Price is reasonable but. There is no handsoap, toilet paper in the washroom. Hand towel and pillow case are very thirty. We didn't use anything. We were very disappointed.

Rooms are excellent, service excellent, Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with all amenities including Hot water supply, bed sheets, towels, and bathroom are very clean. Appreciable services
Very near to Niagara falls. All eatable and other requires Shops are available adjoining and Sunrise inn.
We give 10 no out of 10.
Owner is very nice person and dealing is excellent

Budget friendly, dated but surprisingly quiet and clean family room. The manager/receptionist was pleasant and there was plenty of parking. Walking distance to see Peter Frampton at the OLG Stage with a stop off at ' Local" for drinks on Main Street.

Great place to sleep after a long day. Doors was hard to shut for you had to lift them up, and hot water took forever to get hot. Other then that Great location. No pool, no breakfast area, good parking.
We had a balcony at the front Great view

Very bad service, I called on Friday for a room for three girls and he said they have and then Saturday I called again for confirmation and the guy said he reserve our room already and when we come here on Sunday and called them they said they don’t have any room available. This is so frustrating because we don’t have any space.

If I could give 0 stars I would, drug addicts run the place the maintenance man is always high the second we got there the owners nephew from room 10 instantly asked if we had drugs there’s mice in the walls and the owners nephew kept letting himself in our room while we were gone. Had to buy a camera to make to make our selves feel better. Everyone there is on drugs

To be honest. I was worried when looking up all the motels in this area, from the reviews its scary for someone who.
1. Has never left their city.
2. Has never stayed in a motel.

My experience was far above what others are saying.
I went out for breakfast and was greeted by staff saying good morning and asking if i needed anything.
They said if i did. Feel free to ask.
The room was clean. The bed was made. Sheets and towels were clean.
The floor was not dirty. I couldnt figure out the bedside lamp for the life of me.
I would 100% come back. And recommend to others.

Horrible place to go to the manager was rude and there was mold in the hotel room it’s very dirty inside and it made me sick

The location itself is fairly nice, room was not great. The floor hadn't been swept, there were many stains, and dust everywhere. But the worst thing was signing in, I booked a room over the phone, but when we arrived they said there was no booking. They still had the room I wanted, but then he asked me what price was talked about over the phone. After telling him he bumped the price up 40 more dollars plus tax on top. After saying that price was crazy he offered me the original price I said. Overall not a great experience. Also although reviews mention a free breakfast, there's no such thing here.

This place is a real class act when dealing with the public. People work on the side for them and they dont pay them. They where leaveing and still didnt get paid nor refund leaveing 2 days early. The couple have been staying there since sept/oct 2022. They are homeless and trying to make it in the world. Close this place down if you cant handle people.

The room was dirty, stain on the sheet, stain on the sofa, you cab see outside threw the door. A NIGHTMARE, HORRIBLE

Denies the allowance of service dogs which is against the law but managment doesn't care. Incredibly rude and discrimitory against disabled people

I came in to get a family room, booked on Expedia website they gave me a room layout that differed drastically from what I booked online. When I went to discuss it they did not have room type I reserved available hence I left luckily they did return money. Also the younger guy whom works there acted like a complete jerk by being very rude

La chambre puait et l'air climatisé coulait un liquide brunâtre. J'ai voulu ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer, aucun moustiquaire, et ça sentait le Burger King dehors. Le vieux divan n'avait mëme pas de dossier. L'entrée pour monter au 2ème puait tellement que je me retenais pour ne pas respirer en la parcourant. Le plus horrible motel que j'ai couché.

There was no wifi. Even after complaining, the receptionist kept saying wifi is working for others and deny to do any further action.

The bed sheets were not that tidy.

Worst experience I ever had.
