My son had an awesome experience here! They were friendly, explained everything to him, made sure to get his consent before cleaning etc.on top of that, they had tvs in the rooms and dinosaur toothbrushes!

Totally had a bad experience here! This clinic have been bugging me to pay for something that we should not and even still tried to take money from our insurance coverage! My son with special needs did not cooperate on our visit and was asked to come back but we never and I was surprised that they still charge for something that nothing has been comprehensively done to my son's dental check up.

Fast, efficient, professional service. My daughter felt at ease and comfortable with her procedure. No complaints.

Went there for first time and worst experience charged $150 to me plus also claimed fee from my insurance, didn’t told me upfront about the extra fees I have to pay, when I booked appointment they should have told me when I asked them about this. I would not regret if the doctor would have done complete oral examination and cleaning of daughters teeth. The checkup last only 3 minutes and done.and then they don’t reply to email as well. Not going back there

They are great at interacting with my three boys, and making them feel comfortable. They take the time, and give the attention needed, to do a great job! Every experience with them has been positive. I personally recommend them.

They aren't honest with me when the doctor finished filling for my daughter I asked her about the filling she said I used new material let us fallow up it after time she has to let me know first, but she put it without permission

Very good with my 4 year old. We've had 3 visits now since he turned 3, and they have all gone smoothly. The staff know how to be present with children.

I was very hesitant at first to put my child to sleep to get her dental work done, the staff was actually amazing and did a great job at making me comfortable and knowledgeable on why it was necessary to do it. My daughter actually didn’t remember anything and her recovery was fast. I highly recommend this place for children.

I went for dental cleaning and fluride treatment. But, they did not do it. Rather, they did X-ray and assessment, that I had to pay unnecessary fee.

Probably the worst booking office I've ever interacted with, just to see a dismissive pediatric dentist with the worst bedside manner - will not be returning.

I had my first appointment for my son at this place this week. Firstly, as I entered, the staff didn’t make me wait at all, instead took us in straight to the room. He was asked to lay down on the chair. The whole time he was treated, the staff was speaking to him just to make the child feel comfortable and explained him what she was doing while also doing the treatment. It was his first cleanup and it went so well. This is a great place for kids and the staff are all friendly. He was also thought on how and when to floss. In my point of view, the overall experience was great and the child did not feel uneasy at any point. The whole time he was watching his favourite show on the tv that was right above him. If you are a person looking for a friendly and nice environment for all your kids dental needs, you should try it out. We have had a very great experience with this dental office and I would highly recommend them. From the moment I called the 1st time till the very end of the procedure was a very memorable experience. Sanjay and Chloe at the front desk were amazing. They were very warm and welcoming.
Dr. Nikhil Sharma was fantastic! He prepared us very well the day before the dental procedure of my daughter. He took the time to answer all my questions, and didn't rush me like most other doctors. He even provided his contact info so that there is a way to communicate directly with him. This helped us ease our stress of going through the whole process. DR. NG (anesthetic expert) and Dr. Christina were also very amazing. Overall, we had a great experience and they did a great job with my daughter's dental procedure.

Dentist extracted my daughter’s tooth without me present and without the proper sedation. Was very rough and rude and had very poor quality of care for a specialist dealing with CHILDREN. Will never be going back because now my daughter is traumatized due to this experience.

Just had the worst experience at this office! DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! We've been coming here for years. We have an Autistic child. This dental office is supposed to be accommodating with kids with special needs. In the beginning, they were. Well, not anymore. They denied this recent visit. They referred/ passed him off to Holland Bloorview because his last session didn't go well. Today was different. Our son was eager and willing to do his exam. Well, guess what they still denied him! Obviously, they are only accommodating to people who aren't 'Special Needs! ' TOTALLY DISGUTED! TOTAL DISCRIMINATION!

Very kid friendly environment, staff were nice and friendly. The dentist and assistant were great with my kid who was her first time visiting a dentist.
