Sunrise of Erin Mills has been so very good to our mother, father and aunt. The service and care Sunrise provides is second to none. Our family is extremely well taken care of, with kindness and professionalism and we highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for the best family care in Mississauga.

The care is personal and it is always warm and inviting! The staff here are superb and keep the residents here socially engaged and organize fun and creative activities. A special shout out to Pearleen for always giving 100% and treating everybody like family.

I cannot recommend this retirement home enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and embraced by the warm and caring staff. The facilities are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere.

Sunrise has become a second home to me, volunteering in this wonderful community for the past year. It was also a beloved second home to my uncle for a long time before he passed. The staff and his wonderful caregivers treated him with the utmost respect and care and concern, like he was a member of their own family. He was very happy right up until he passed. Now having worked as a volunteer, I can see the inner workings of the whole facility and am so impressed and in awe of how everyone cares about each and every resident, and about each other. The entire staff try and engage all residents to participate in the wonderful activities, in door and out, to get the best experience and make all residents feel like they are at home. Every staff member, from the fantastic activities coordinator, the dedicated and empathetic nurses and psw's, the entire talented cooking staff, and wonderful front desk receptionists put their all into their daily work. The Director of Sunrise, Diane, has helped create a truly remarkable community and I would not hesitate in recommending Sunrise of Erin Mills to take care of your beloved family member.

We moved my grandma here a few months ago. It was definitely a struggle at first —however, the caretakers have been so lovely and empathetic thus allowing her to adjust very quickly.

I was super impressed with how professional and supportive the staff were at Sunrise. They were amazing at assessing my parents and provided several plan options which fit into my budget. They offer a comprehensive memory care program which was more financially feasible then other competitors when everything else was factored.
