Servers full of smiles, anything you ask is given Pronto.as busy as they might be.
Food always decent.

Spinach omelet, onions were raw, the hash browns were soggy. The toast has been shown the butter. Just a limp experience all round.

We waited almost 30 min for someone to come and take our drink order after menus were dropped off, there were 2 tables that had been served already. We ended walking out and the manager asked if everything was good.when I informed him that no one had come to the table.let's just say he wasn't happy to see us leave. We went to the Sheppard location instead and as always the service was speedy and the girl was very attentive

A hidden gem for vegetarians! Sunset Grill has a fantastic selection of veggie options, and their avocado toast is a must-try.

I don’t expect much from a place like sunset grill. Food was okay, service was quite good and atmosphere is, well the same as every other sunset grill.
If you’re looking for a very basic breakfast without breaking the wallet, I’d recommend.
There are other breakfast spots around this sunset grill but I’m sure I’ll end up going back again sometime.

Went to sunset grill the first time my friends recommended it. And I have been eating here since forever now. I love their chocolate chip pancakes. The waitresses are so friendly and the best part is they take requests without any problem and makes some changes accordingly. The atmosphere and the service is nice too. Will visit here again for sure!

I waited 15 minutes to get service. And there were only like, 5 people in the whole restaurant. And it wasn't even a weekend. What's a weekday like noon hour? They didn't give me coffee right away. And to order my meal, it took another 15 minutes, really sad place. I would never go there again and lousy lousy service.

Food was excellent. At first service was slow but improved once our server was able to get to us. Waiter was very good.

The avocado toast was made of cream rather than of real avocado. So disappointed! The French toast was so dry and tasted like egg. Not a good breakfast!

Update: had the California Benedict it was really good. Glad you can substitute regular bacon with turkey bacon. Again the food and service is absolutely great!

Very poor quality food. Food took about 40 mins to arrive and it was cold! Avocado toast was supposed to be on rye bread but it tasted like it was on cake bread. Glasses were sticky, table was sticky.

Hospitable place, I don't visit this place often but every time it's nice to come back

First time to visit this place for sit down breakfast than drive thru take out. Good location with room for parking. Friendly service. Menu offers breakfast special during the week, Mon to Fri. Big plate can be shared for two people. I like that they have a patio to sit and have breakfast outside which feels like home sitting on your own backyard deck. I say am pleased to dine in this restau and will visit again.

Go somewhere else! Used to come here every weekend but will not anymore. People who cook don’t even wear proper clothes. Tables are dirty so as the menu. People who serve don’t even care who they serve first (people who arrived after us were served first). Waited 30 minutes for menu and after 20 minutes no one came to get our order so we walked out. Hope the owner will take actions because this is unacceptable.

Food was ok, eggs were overcooked though, and even though we got there pretty early on a Saturday morning they said they ran out of peanut butter? Server also didn't seem very happy to be there or serve us.

3rd time visiting Lodestar location they don't give garnish which is veggie sticks with the sandwiches and they sprinkled tons of salt on my potatoes. I called and they hung up on me Tham didn't answer completely

Bad experience, would never go back here again. Our order came out wrong twice. The waitress told us toast came with our order but ended up charging us extra for it and said she couldn’t take back. Manager is rude and got our bill wrong. We would have tipped 20%+ if they admitted their mistakes and removed the extra toast charge. Which would benefit them way more than the $2 toast plus giving good customer experience but ended getting 0% tip.

Just left the restaurant, was not greeted when sat down no water was given meanwhile others who were sat after us were given waters and greeted. We were given menus and once we were ready to order no one was available to take our order. The staff are overworked and need more assistance, management needs to fix this.

We’ve started coming here frequently on weekends since it’s one of the few breakfast spots with patio seating in the area. Servers are always friendly and personable, even when they’re hectically busy. Food is good, highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake French toast!

It's pretty rotten of you guys to charge $1.99 extra for cheddar cheese instead of swiss considering every one of your other "sunset" dishes comes with cheddar. No other location charges for this.
