I’ve been serviced by Jimmy a couple times now and every single time he’s been pretty rude. He always forces bio gel full sets on my mother and I when we clearly don’t want it. He always rushes you and when you decide to change the nail colour or find a better one he goes OFF and says that’s why I told you to tell me from the beginning when we LITERALLY DID, like you haven’t even painted the whole hand yet you’ve only done my PINKY! Last time I got my nails done he proceeded to tell the people beside me as we were having a regular convo about getting your nails done and making connections, that I have very unhealthy nails and that I should do bio gel instead of acrylic like? He’s honestly incredibly rude and I’ve told everybody I know to stop going there.

Every time I come here they’re great. Each of their employees are amazing same cost as my old place and this one is so much better

Was able to book a same day appointment for my first time visiting the salon, and was by far impressed with the great job on my nails. Excellent service all the way!

My favourite nail salon to go to! They do a great job on my nails every time and when I get acrylics done here they last longer than they have at any other salon I’ve been too. The customer service is also great! Highly recommend

Best salon I’ve been to since moving to Ancaster 1 year ago! Jen took her time, asks all the right questions, and even offers her expert opinion/suggestions! High quality service and products!

The best people who do the best nails. They care about what they do and make sure we are totally happy with their work. Clean, comfortable and convenient this place is. Massage chairs and chill music always on. I have been to many places, now this is THE ONLY place I will go. Thank you Jimmy and Jen for making me feel so welcome!

Jen always does a spectacular job with my nails. Fingers and toes! She’s fast but also meticulous! From basic to fancy nails…I’ve loved them all! The massage chairs are awesome as well.

First time at Sunset Nail Bar today! Wonderful experience with Jimmy. Lovely staff and very relaxing environment. Would highly recommend.
