My wife and I recently moved into our new build and needed to get window treatments for some key areas / rooms in our home.

Sunshades Blinds & Drapery were absolutely the most competitive in terms of pricing, and provided excellent assistance throughout the purchasing process.

The store had a nice selection of blinds to review, and the installation technician was very thorough and professional both when they came to measure and during the insallation.

I called them looking for an add-on for a blinds system we had purchased elsewhere. They were helpful and really seemed to know their stuff. They ordered this in for me quickly. My senior aunt was frustrated with the customer service. She had to chase them for installation and then again to come back to repair their mistake. It took months to get it right.

Customer service and response is terrible.
The former owner was very accommodating in facilitating repairs. These new owners have no interest.

Fabulous customer service, and installer Colin explained everything we needed to know about our new blinds, and I must add how friendly he was, the new blinds look amazing, i will with no doubt deal with Sunshade again in the future.

I got new shutters and am extremely happy and pleased with how they look in my condo. From the start when Charlie came to take measurements to when the service people came in to install the shutters they were very nice, and very knowledgeable they finished quickly and were very good about cleaning up after the installation. I highly recommend sunshade blinds and drapery.

Get all your home decor Blinds & Drapery @ Sunshades warm and friendly atmosphere a little expensive but professionally done.

The sales rep was eager, pleasant, knowledgeable, had samples, took measurements, on time and a joy to work with. Thank you Felicia.

Once again, Charlie and his team at Eclipse did a first class job on my shutters. They are top quality and everything from ordering to installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. They rate a 5 star or more.

I purchased the Stobag awning from Sunshade. Delivery time was approximately five weeks and delivered as expected. Installer was polite, prepared and did a great job. Good follow up the next day by the Company and the installer. Awning is beautiful. I would recommend.
