Amazing New Management and excellent customer Service. All Staff are very friendly and polite and most of all very helpful. Laundry is very Well managed and a clean place. They have many machines which are available and the charges are affordable. Dry clean drop off area is also available along with wash and fold making it very convenient. Will surely make this my regular laundromat.

I get wash and fold service here regularly. The place is incredibly quick, excellent value, the staff are friendly and clothes are very nicely folded, and they even text you when its ready for pick-up Thank you!

The laundry is super clean, fairly priced, and has good machines. There's also a spacious, cozy lounge area with free Wi-Fi to hang out while you wait for your laundry.

The new owners of this laundry, Pradeep and Veena, have turned this place around! They are very prompt, kind and friendly.

This place is very clean compared to all the other laundry places. There’s a lot of machines available to use. It didn’t take a long time to get my clothes washed and dried. The owner was very nice and showed me how to operate the machines. Will definitely recommend and come back! THANK YOU!

Lovely place, owner was kind to exchange some coins for debit, and helped me with the machines. Also saw him going around making sure the inside of the machines were clean for the next person.

Machines take quarters and loonies, with washing machines for 4.50,7 and 9, and dryer takes quarter for 3mins. Fair prices to other places.

I have been going here for years. This used to be just an ok place to do laundry but since the new owners took over it has improved greatly and is the best laundromat in kw. I had many great chats with the owner who is very nice and easy to talk to during covid slow times. I do all my laundry at a laundromat and I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else now

The couple who run the show are great, down to earth, nice people, family friendly and have a good clean service

Really great place for laundry! I can wash and dry my monthly load for about 5 dollars. Laundromat accepts only quarters but its not problem because there is change machine on the wall. Besides the place is very cozy and owner is so helpful. I strongly recommend it, if you live in Kitchener.

Very nice cozy place to wash clothes with free wife. The owner Ben is very friendly and professional. Convenient location with restaurant nearby. Affordable. And most of all this site is very clean and nice washer and dryer too compared to others.

This laundrymat is family oriented. The wife the owner is very patient and knowledgeable. She takes time to explain how the machines work.
The owner let's you make your choices in a very patient way. The best.

I had some large bed covers to clean. The attendant was present in the store, and helped me with the machine settings. Very clean laundry store, with great laundry machines.

Neat and tidy place. Not crowded on Saturday mornings when i go. There is a range of machines from $4 to $10. My family of 4 usually gets weekly laundry in the $8 machine. Drying is 25 cents for approximately 3 minutes. I get my entire laundry done in $10. The owner is pretty helpful and suggested me the right size machine on my first visit. Definitely reccomend.

Its a very good place for washing and drying clothes. Machines are very good, and price is reasonable. A guy working there named Ben is very helping. Free access to wifi for customers.

The owners are very friendly and courteous. They have made improvements to the laundromat since taking over. But what I like most is that they are running a clean place. I was just about to start going elsewhere due to lower cleaning standards of the previous owner. Thank-you for the good service.

We drive half way across town to do our laundry here. It is easily the cleanest laundry mat in the area, and their machines seem to break down the least. The owners are super nice, very friendly and very helpful! They're done a lot of fixing up since taking over this place, and it does not go unnoticed!

Very clean and maintained. Machine prices are affordable too compared to other laundromats.

They also offer dry cleaning and wash & fold services too! They have a security system with multiple cameras, so it's safe as well if you leave while your stuff is in the machines.

Can't forget FREE WiFi as well for customers!

Seems clean inside, but a small wash is $4.00 the machines close to the window have digital meter. I will not pay that price when Mississauga is less. I spend $75-$100 a month on laundry single guy, that added expense is way too much.

Very clean and really friendly, owner very helpful, helped get all my laundry inside and then outside again, I had 5 bags full because my washer broke. I will definitely be back. He also wore a mask and only 7 people aloud in during this covid time

When I come to this laundry Mat is always clean and staff is very friendly. They always their customers happy and I'll always will come here to do my laundry. I recommended everyone to come to this place.

This extremely clean laundromat is run by a very nice and caring lady. She is a wonderful owner as she cares about people having a good experience and feeling good about their wash. She's constantly checking, mopping, cleaning, etc.no wonder this place is spotless and smells fresh.

My washer didn't seem like it was generating enough water and the owner did not even question.she just offered to give me another wash. Sure enough, the second washer generated enough water and she right away put a 'do not use' sign on the first washer. Very honest and just excellent customer care.

Owner was also very patient in explaining the machines, charges, etc.she even suggested amount of coins for my dry so I don't spend unnecessary money upfront.

Extremely clean place to go for laundry. Staff always on site and cleaning throughout the day which is great, specially considering our current world pandemic. Safety measures in place so it is also a safe place to go to as some places have free access to junkies and such, this one does not. Decently priced machines and extremely nice and friendly staff. I drive out of my way to go to this laundromat even though I have lots of other ones accessible near me. High recommend. I love this laundromat and it's staff.
