I had a customs height patio door (smaller than a typical opening) ordered the beginning of April through Gentek London, still haven’t received the door, I’m told Sunview is not providing updates to Gentek on the status and leaving everyone hanging. I don’t understand how a company cannot look in their system to provide updates when the door will be ready and shipped. It’s now been 5 months now, and I understand longer lead time for custom order, but simply not responding to update requests timely with accurate information is crazy in this age of technology.

Biased management, hire workers just to fulfill their needs and later on start harassing them. Please research about this organisation and management before joining them. Good luck

Purchased patio door 10 Months. One evening two weeks ago there was a pop like sound in the one piece of glass broke. We have no clue what could’ve caused it, I know for certain that nothing hit it as we were less than 6 feet away from it when it broke. We contacted Sunview And were told that there was nothing they were going to do as broken glass was not covered under their warranty and we could not prove that it may have been faulty glass. I have purchased many windows and doors over the years for other properties we have owned and only one window never broke in the manufacture had no issue replacing it as it was under a year old as well. Extremely disappointed in the customer service we received. This is supposed to be a reputable company that has won awards? How do you plan to make this right?

This place is a joke. I came in 2 days ago to pick up handles that needed to go to a job site right away. First of all the Jamaican guy that was "helping" me out was high out of his mind and couldn't even talk to even try to know what i was talking about, so no help there and I couldn't pick up my handles, I told him I will be back tomorrow so he can figure it out and have it ready for me. When I came in yesterday, the manager told me that the handles were shipped. Another day wasted and had to cancel my job once again. Thank you Sunview.

One of the worst companies i have ever called in my entire life. ZERO customer service. Not even able to ask a question after purchasing more than 10k in their products for my house. What ever warranty they claim to provide is all BS if the rep wont even let you finish speaking. Rude, combative and straight out ignorant!

I have been holding of writing such a low review. I was hoping after all my communication/pictures with Hardy and then passed off to Claudio in quality control and numerous calls with him the ball was dropped again. I started 5 months ago to get advice on a 8 foot triple pane patio door we ordered in for our home in PEI. In the high winds we were.getting a reverberating noise and draft. All I wanted was some advice on if we installed something wrong or if I needed to deal something to deal with the high winds on the coast. No luck. The product is good but the service is lacking. Sorry guys

Sunview Patio doors builds an inferior product. As the owner of a construction company, I like to install products that are backed by the company. The seal went in a patio door and the service department advised that the warranty is up and that they could not do anything about it. I would not invest in products produced by them. A patio door should have a lifespan of more than 11 years.
