Super 8 by Wyndham Ambassador Bridge Windsor ON

Should say partially newly renovated rooms, the wall behind the beds looked new but the remainder of the walls were very marked up and had cobwebs in the corners. The room itself was clean besides that. The baseboards were hanging off the wall. Fridge is not cold enough. Breakfast options were pitiful, and the breakfast room was not well maintained. Tables were dirty. Only offering breakfast from 6am-9am on a weekend is not very accommodating should go till at least 10am. Efficient check in and check out. Price was way too high for the offering.

I was offered very expensive and unbelievable rate which was 3 times higher than the actual online rate which they posted. I will Never go and stay there again. I will Never recommend anyone to stay in that hotel. In fact they took advantage of my need as I was very tired from my job, and I wanted to sleep after night long work and they demanded 3 times the rate they had on their r website.

Not bad, but for the price expected a little more. Rooms are OK, coming with microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. TV offered regular cable with limited channels.no movie channels or special options. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure why they required a $200 security deposit. We liked the area because it was away from the downtown area.

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO TO STAY AWAY! THEY ARE SO DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AND NOT GIVE IT BACK. THEY PUT YOU IN ROOMS THAT HAVE SOMETHING BROKEN AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT. SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL EVEN BLOCK YOUR NUMBER AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THE MANAGER IS A THEIF ALSO AND THE WORKERS ARE ALL LIARS.

I would say i am satisfied with the service and hotel. Wifi is really good works very well. Front desk guy is really helpful and co operative. Room is clean as a 2 star hotel they are providing refrigerator microwave and breakfast i am impressed. Overall you get what you pay for.

Aside from the hotel charging my card without my authorization above and beyond the room charges the manager and guy behind the counter lied and were being dishonest about the charges. The staff are very unprofessional and the rooms are disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this motel.

2 stars only because one of the front desk associate doesn’t know how to speak with a guest. Moreover, early Check-in was already requested while booking but the same front desk associate was asking me to pay more and later-wards she agreed for early Check-in.

Went for a meeting the renter was not happy with the services! I asked for a meeting room not given. Wasn't very clean. Because very busy so they really didn't take care of their customers!

This clean and renovated small hotel is exactly what you want if you’re looking for a nice place to sleep that doesn’t cost a lot. Very clean and renovated. There’s a lot of Street traffic from the highway but in all fairness I was in a beautiful corner suite right of the front of the hotel overbooking Huron Church line. I suspect the rooms a little further away from the road will be quieter. Highly recommend.

When i first got into the room it had a strange smell and the fire detector was hanging off the wall. I got candles to get the smell out and ended up getting charged for having wax on the table and the manager claimed it was everywhere in the room. When i checked in the concierge told me i was allowed to have visitors but I also ended up getting charged for having visitors. I called the hotel multiple times to have the manager yell and have a nasty attitude because the claims she had were not valid. Every time i called she ended up making up more things as to why they changed me more. After calling 4 times she claimed I had missing pillows, which were all there. It seemed to me she kept adding on things to not give me back my refund. She was lying about her claims and exaggerated everything. She claimed I left the room dirty, when I had garbage bags left on the side of the room after cleaning. I don’t know if she expected me to fold the towels or make the bed after leaving but I cleaned the room from the garbage i brought in. The manager is rude. If you’re looking for a place to stay this is not the place because they have horrible customer service. I called and asked for extra pillows and the front desk told me to go outside my room and ask the cleaning guy because he was cleaning out there.

On a business trip. The two rooms booked were spacious, clean and comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was good.
Will book again for planned business trips next month.

Generally friendly staff, though some were a bit pushy when considering buying snack items at the front desk. The bedrooms were consistently cleaned and tidy, if a bit dated. New paint and carpets would go a long way to bumping this up. All in all, a decent price (108 a night) for a two queen bedroom. Bathroom was nice! Coffee pot in there was a little awkward though.
