Friendly staff and cleanliness of room and hotel. Breakfast good with versatility every day. Room service/cleaning great.

The pool and hot tub was very disappointing - inoperative and not fore-warning to guests.

Noise levels high - kids running in hallway until late at night and room above us noise through-out the nightly hours.

Stayed here for a weekend with my kids. Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Though staff looked like they were miserable half the time, we did catch the odd smile in passing. Check in was quick and easy, room was great, enjoyed the coffee and breakfast. Jacuzzi jets could use a good cleaning, but otherwise our stay was wonderful.

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Our room was very clean and so was the pool area. The breakfast spread was pretty great, offering lots of variety. We also love that we could bring our dog. We will definitely be back.

The hallway seemed to be lacking a lot of heat. Both on the main floor and on the upper floor. Makes enjoying the pool a poor experience

Zach was super accommodating and helpful through a tough time, very nice man and super helpful!

On my second return to this location, Jess was super friendly and accommodating and offered the best service a hotel can offer. So thankful and appreciative of the entire staff of this super 8

We had very bad experience at customer service desk. The girl named Annie was very rude and unprofessional. We wanted to enjoy our stay with small kids but morning complimentary breakfast was a disaster with not enough food available.

Average rooms with mediocre facilities, however price they charge could be compared to other high-end competitors. They mention breakfast time from 6 am to 10 am, I reached at 9.05 am and most of the items were missing. When asked about replenishing them, the staff used some words that they should not have misbehavingly. Did not bother, checked out and walked to nearest Tim's to grab breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience.will never ever go back to this hotel. I would like to give negative stars to this place.the hard time I had to go through during my stay was very unpleasant experience.plz future guest save ur money and self-respect.coz I felt insulted staying at this hotel.front staff to manager everyone is Rude and unprofessional.

Staff was extremely rude upon check in. They claim to be dog friendly but clearly hate dogs/cats. Breakfast they proudly offer is mediocre at best. Just all in all an extremely rude bunch. Umm will try comfort inn next time
